The decor: great looking place, very modern decor. And they do have more tv's than any other sports bar or chicken wing place we have been to. The mixed drinks are very good, but a bit expensive. The food: the side dishes are bad, and the wings average. Why should I spent forty to fifty dollars here, when I could go to Quaker Steak and Lube or BW3's, and get some good food and good service? My wife ordered the chips and guacamole, and it came out exactly like Matt T's picture This should really tell you something: his was not the only time they served rotten guacamole, and neither was mine. It was disgusting and should not have been served. The next time, we got wings and some cold coleslaw, which was warm, and bland gloppy mass, totally inedible. The regular bone in chicken wings were good, but not done a nice golden brown; could have been done a few minutes longer. The service: good the first visit, slow the second one. Wings are only average, nothing to write home about. But this place has the worst service. Never once have I been seated quickly, even when the place is empty. The tables and floor constantly look dirty, which is not appetizing to see as you are eating. The servers take forever to get you drinks, appetizers or food, they are friendly and it clearly isn't their fault, it's the poor management and slow kitchen. I'm updating my review because I've been here a few times since my last visit and it seems hit or miss. Today I went there for lunch. I do like that they have a good veggie burger, but would love to see a vegetarian or even *gasp* vegan salad. As it is, I have to custom order a salad and I may or may not get what I ask for. Today I customized a southwest salad to be vegan. It came out with no avocado and one of the other toppings I asked for was also missing. 2 other people at my table also got the southwest salad and they didn't get avocado either. (The avocado makes the salad imo.) When we asked about it, the waitress said they were out of avocado. My husband ordered a veggie burger and it came with avocado on it. Hmmmm he must have gotten their very last one. The waitress didn't seem to apologetic about the avocado situation. At any rate, I don't plan to go back any time soon. read more

Our family went in for a quick bite on a Saturday evening. We were seated immediately and our waitress came over and gave us our menus and got our drink order. After getting our daughters to decide on their meals (mini corn dogs and mac & cheese), my husband and I made our selections - I got the buffalo chicken nachos, he got a cheeseburger. Our order was out in less than 10 minutes - and the restaurant was pretty busy. My nachos were good - the buffalo sauce was definitely spicy but the bleu cheese sauce they put on the nachos made it bearable. My only complaint is that I would've liked a bit more shredded cheddar cheese and for that cheese to be melted on the nacho chips. I will say, I took my leftovers home and they made a nice appetizer to eat while watching football on Sunday. My husband's burger was done to his liking and his fries stayed hot throughout the eating process. Both of our daughters liked their food - their only complaint was that the apple slices they got with their meal were a little sour (I am assuming from lemon juice used to keep them from turning brown). They remedied that situation by using one of our extra cups of water to 'rinse' them off - and they were fine! We will definitely go back. I appreciated the variety of items on the menu - from the wings and rings mentioned in their name to salads and soups. I love this place. My friends and I are huge Kentucky Wildcat fans and this place has become our home away from home. Of course, BW&R draws inevitable comparisons to BW3s, and while I've never had a bad experience at BW3s, I enjoy BW&R a lot more. Sure, they both have TVs everywhere and lots of beer selections (including beer towers), but what sets them apart is the level of service they provide and the food they offer. The wings are great (as they should be), but I've also enjoyed their burgers, sandwiches and various appetizers. I haven't had a bad meal yet. The thing that I enjoy the most, is that the staff remember you from your previous visit and they go out of there to say hello. Stopped in not sure what to expect but was promptly greeted by a friendly young lady who took me right to my seat. I agree if they came with a dipping sauce they would be even better and the boneless wings were very large. i am not a fan of HOT or SPICY sauces so I went with the most mild they offered. After I received my food and had time to eat some Michael and Nicole came back to check to make sure I was happy and after some discussion he suggested a mild garlic sauce. What a great suggestion. It was just what the wings needed to add a light kick. This place is lucky to have a great server like Michael and they have chosen wisely to have him train the new employees. Our check alone took close to 20 minutes to cash out. Our food was fine, once it got there. The real kicker is we were given our CHECKS less than 5 minutes after placing our order to "fill out surveys" on our food/service which we still didn't have. Stopped through on the way back from a long road trip. Service was friendly, enthusiastic and quick. Location easy to get in and out of with ample parking. Food was excellent with lots of choices. Amongst the 'wing chains' this is my favorite due to selection and consistent quality. This location didn't disappoint. We love this restaurant. Within the wing/sports bar sector, this is the best place you'll find. It may be blasphemous to some, but their boneless wings are the best I have ever eaten. They always have great beer options and there are more HD TV's than you can shake a stick at. Possibly most important, my two year old can go to this restaurant and stay entertained for an hour or two. Stopped by for lunch after doing some shopping, I love the food and atmosphere, and usually we get good service. However today when we walked in a young lady was taking names, the restaurant was less than half full, several dirty tables around the dining room. She said there would be a 15 to 20 min wait, which was a little confusing since it was not busy but it was about 3 pm so I thought they might not be fully staffed. So we put our name on the list( we were the only name on the list) We sat waiting for a table, within a few minutes other guests started arriving, she sat a group and they hadn't been there but I thought they may have signed in online, but next she sat a family of 3 then a group of 4. I asked her what the problem was, why she was seating them after we had been waiting?She looked at us and said" Oh I didn't know you were waiting?" She kinda shrugged and half hearted said she was sorry. I have served for over 30 years at good family restaurants. I don't understand what has happened to caring about the customer? Good service I'm afraid is a thing of the past. It's like if you want to go out to eat you have to accept whatever you can get. Good or Bad. What happened? We come here regularly and sit at the bar almost all the time. The service is always top-notch. Jillian and Asheley are fantastic bartenders and always make sure you are well taken care of.
