Service great! Ambience extends only as a sports bar. Food was pitiful. Went with 7 member family. Wife and I both ordered Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Way too overloaded with cheese, tomato and (way way) too much dressing. I cut mine open to just eat the chicken. There was hardly any chicken. Probably less than one tiny chicken tender hidden in this mess. Absolutely pathetic. My wife's was the same. My grandson ordered extra spicy honey wings. They came with only a honey glaze. I'm usually a fan of BWW but wanted to try this out. This specific location only has a small counter devoted to takeout. Still, the hostess was able to place an order for me. She was super nice and offered a few suggestions on what to try from the menu. I tried the spicy garlic and honey boneless along with some potato wedges. The wedges weren't over seasoned and tasted pretty good. The wings fall apart and the ranch doesn't stick very well. Still, they tasted great and I loved the variety of flavors. Grabbed a carry out order on my way to my son's allergy appointment for a burger with wedges and a kids chicken tender with fries and milk. Honestly the burger was massive and had good flavor, just needed some ketchup, and the potato wedges were pretty tasty as well. This restaurant is a great place to watch Bengals and other games. Be sure to arrive early though, to ensure a table with a viewable screen; the restaurant fills up quickly. We had a great dinner last night! Our waiter was a really nice guy and took great care of us and he had his work cut out for him. We had a party of 7 with 3 kids and he kept up with us just fine. I ordered the parm and garlic wings and fries. Both were very yummy and made for the perfect cheat meal. And you can't have wings without a beer so my blue moon was perfect with it! A great place to catch a big game and have great wings. I highly suggest their house made blue cheese dressing containing red wine. The boneless wings seem to be "meater" than normal wings. I asked for mine to be extra well done. (See picture) There is a vast selection of sauces. My wife also loves the salads. This restaurant/bar has a great atmosphere for a major sporting event. We came back and tried again! Sat at the bar and the bartender was outstanding. I wish I knew her name so I could give her recognition, but she was pregnant (if that helps management!) She was willing to go through all the drink options, never let our drinks go empty, we had the sauces we asked for almost immediately, great customer service. Very disappointed in this wings and rings location. I ordered carry out through their website on 10/28 and was quoted a 20-30 minute wait time. I walked in and was greeted by the host and pointed to the carry out corner by the bar. The lovely carry out girl gave me my order with a smile and told me to have a good night! Before I left I made sure I had 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 side cedar salads. I get home, me and my partner devoured the salads because we were hungry from moving all day. Then it came to the chicken sandwiches. I opened mine up, mind you I ordered the Blueberry BBQ fried chicken sandwich and my partner ordered the MVP grilled chicken sandwich with no pickles. I opened mine up and there was bbq sauce everywhere on the sandwich and the wrapper. No toppings at all that the sandwich was supposed to come with and the sandwich was not very appealing. My partner opened his up and there was a little squeeze of MVP sauce in the middle. So I called the store. Mind you, I work as a bartender/server and I understand that these situations happen! Could be a new line cook, could be super busy, so I was so kind and understanding over the phone. I asked the manager to remake my order and I would pick it up since I was only a 10 minute drive from the place. No big deal! I was quoted 15-20 min and made my way there. I walk back into the store and was greeted again by the lovely carry out girl. She apologized about my order and even told me to check it before I left. So as I'm checking it, my Blueberry BBQ sandwich is wrong again. This time there is BBQ AND COLESLAW all over my sandwich and inside the wrapper. No other toppings that was supposed to come on the sandwich. The MVP sandwich is also wrong. That sandwich was supposed to be grilled and no pickles. It was fried with pickles and the MVP sauce was everywhere on the sandwich and the wrapper. Also looking very gross. I kindly asked the girl to grab me their manager to request a refund. He hurriedly came over, didn't even ask what happened nor did apologize and all he said was that it's super busy. Which again, I understand but I felt like because I got a carry out order, I was treated differently. The girl at the carry out desk was super apologetic, friendly, and even gave me 2 free cookies for my troubles! She was amazing throughout the whole process. The manager seemed stressed, didn't apologize for my order and felt like he wanted to give me my refund and leave. We waited about 10 minutes to get a refund and he told me it would take about 24-48 hours to hit my account. I don't recommend getting carry out from this location! read more

Heard good things about this place and decide give it a try. Well, I am not impressed. Service is sorta slow on a not too busy Sunday night. Wings are hard and chewy. Sauce are plain. The hottest sauce is not hot at all. In fact, I have to ask for pure atomic sauce to get a little kick. Cauliflower wing need more breading, it looks and taste like steamed veggies with some lack flavored weakest "hottest sauce"on it. The stuffed tots is not bad, would taste better if come with dipping sauce, instead just a little dripping on the top. The only "highlight" is many TVs around. The wings were served in a bowl and the wings were drenched in the sauce. I ordered the funnel sticks with ice cream and that was delicious. They gave 10 funnel sticks with caramel and a white sweet cream. Price: The funnel sticks cost $6.99 and the scoop of vanilla ice cream was a $1.99. We also got 25 wings to go for $22.99. Ambiance: There are tv's galore all over the walls with your favorite teams playing. Beer is on tap in front of you on certain seating areas. Overall, I'm glad I visited this wing joint. So I ordered a $65 traditional wing platter thru DoorDash and they send boneless wings. I call them and they agree to remake but can't deliver so I send someone to pick up. Then they send me disgusting DRY wings with NO sauce. They have containers of sauce to add to it per some rule. Um the picture on their website shows wings in sauce not naked wings. Oh and I just realized they didn't include my large blue cheese either. And customer service is horrific...got hung up on, told I could get someone to drive there a second time for 20 of the original 40 ordered and then explained people can interpret their order instructions/pics different ways (clearly shows sauced wings in the pic I ordered and explicitly says "swimming in sauce"). I will never order from them again. Told me a $20 refund on a $100+ order was not suitable for my inconvenience and dissatisfaction when I couldn't eat any of it. Terrible!!! read more

For a chain wing restaurant you should already know what to expect. Buffalo Wings & Rings doesn't blow you away, but it's not awful. If you want to come to watch 10+ TVs of sports and normal bar fare and mediocre conversation this is your place! It looks the same as any other wing place, and the menu is about what you could expect. If I could give a 3.5 I would with their veggie options. When I went I got the veggie wings which is basically overpriced cauliflower thrown into their regular wing sauce. Not bad, but nothing that I couldn't make at home. Their apps are run of the mill, but definitely satiate your "unhealthy food" tastebuds. Queso, chips and pretzels? This franchise has fallen apart over the last couple of years and is only a shell of what it used to be. Gone is the Wednesday tenders special to be replaced by a overpriced slider like ripoff. Service at this location has always been an issue but has gotten so much worse that we never dine in anymore at all but the carryout has gotten atrocious as well. Our orders are consistently wrong and often cold. Last order, we ordered 15 boneless wings and got 8! Eight?!? That's not even in the ballpark! Great time while in town for the night. Got to watch a great Monday night Football game had a great bartender and the food was delicious. Try the shrimp dish off appetizer menu...and Dusted cauliflower was legit. This is the closest of this fantastic chain to my home and it didn't disappoint. Our Buffalo Nacho appetizer was a truly epic take on nachos. It had the requisite bed of chips topped with red onions, lots of cheese, jalapenos, boneless buffalo wings, and a bleu cheese dab to finish it off. My main course was a bowl of traditional Buffalo Wings with the Xtra Hot sauce on it and their fantastic house made bleu cheese. The sauce is their second hottest (I'll have my day for the Atomic trust me) and it had plenty of heat and plenty of great flavour as well. Not overpowering (for me) but definitely not boring either. Plenty of meat on those bones too. The onion rings that I got on the side were solid as well although I wish I could have gotten the dipping sauce offered with the appetizer version. This place is great if you're a picky eater. You can pick and choose your type of entree, the sauce, etc. I haven't had anything here that I didn't enjoy! I typically go for the boneless Garlic-Q wings. I love the mixed garlic/bbq sauce. I am hesitant on 5 stars simply because it can get pretty pricey for what you're getting (wings and fries).
