We like the beer specials and some of their unique menu items like the Gyro quesadilla. Yum. They have good salads too. We stopped here after a trip to jungle jims. The service was fantastic. Our waitress suggest we try the pretzel bites and we were not disappointed. She was so helpful and got us sample sauces of their wing sauces until we finally narrowed down what we wanted. We all had the wings. While this sports bar is a chain, in my opinion it doesn't feel that way. A group of us on our guys night out go here for the wings and beer. There are huge big screen TV's playing current sporting events. The wait staff has always act as though they know us (ok some actually do) But everyone is friendly and helpful. What we go for is the "grilled Tender" specials. WOW I can tell you, you are not gonna find a juicer more tasty grilled chicken anywhere. Of all the chain wing places; this is one of the few that I like going to. I think the food is tasty and the service is normally good. I do think that wings are over priced but I guess it's the going rate. I prefer the grilled boneless wings and the Garlic-Q sauce is really good! I have also had their salads which are worth getting. This location had a very good craft beer list the night we were there - so kudos to them for that! read more

Great food and service. Loved the mix and match type of wings for wing month. My husband was able to get traditional wings and me boneless along with 3 sauces. With the mix and match the sauces came out on the side which I loved because the wings were still crunchy and I could choose how much sauce I wanted. We also got the appetizer sampler with pretzels, pickles and mozzarella sticks - great choice. I do wish this location participated in the City Saver book. read more

We placed a large carry out order for about 10 people, late on a Saturday night. Their customer service on the phone was phenomenal. They made sure to repeat back the order and ensure everything was correct. When we arrived to pick up the order, everything was hot and fresh. For a chain sports bar/wings restaurant, this place is alright. The food was sort of meh and not particularly memorable, but the service was great! It was definitely pricier than I would like to pay for the quality, but the prices match the higher-class vibe they're going for. It feels like they want to be sort of a step above places like BW3's, but they sort of miss the mark. It's dark and echoey, and the layout is kind of weird for a sports bar. It's like they couldn't decide if they wanted to be a bar or a restaurant, and the mash-up just doesn't really do it for me. If I were with a group of friends who all wanted to come here, I would go along, but I don't see myself seeking it out again. read more

Now we have been there when she has not been working and it took a long time to get our food. If you stop there during M-F days ask for Tiffany, she it the best. read more

What was a nice experience ended on a sour note when our "to go" order (my son couldn't join us but wanted some wings delivered) seemed to be taking an extra long time to arrive at our table (our earlier order had arrived in 10 minutes). We were patient but eventually had to go investigate ourselves after 30 minutes had passed. Our waitress seemed to have forgotten about the order when I asked her about it. It was discovered to be sitting at the bar for over 20 minutes. The food is always good and I'm hoping this was just a fluke which I understand happens in even the best places. read more

First time here while visiting family. Had the buffalo nachos and the onion rings... Really good!!! Nachos had a ton of toppings but the cheese was the best.... They weren't drowning in cheese and for someone who eats nachos everywhere, it's clutch. Onion rings were crispy and very good. Boneless wings were big and meaty with good sauces. Went to BWR to relax last week with a friend after shopping nearby at Jungle Jims. I ordered a beer. Friend order wine. She was served a half a wine glass of wine. She asked for the glass to be filled up but was nicely told BWR only services 4 oz wine pours. Wow, at $5 a glass that is hi-way robbery. Even those tiny 187 ml wine bottles are 6.35 oz. I ordered wings. I calculated that for an order of 5 wings the cost $1.28 per wing. Shock! My friend ordered a gyro. It was dry desiccated meat with very little moisture(sauce) to reconstitute it. The cost for the dried gyro?.....$10.48. Anybody ever pay that much for a gyro anywhere? Anywhere? On the other hand, the wing sauce was good, the fries with Cajun seasoning was good, and the beer prices were average. My friend advised that she(we) are not coming back anytime soon until wine glass policy or price changes. As it was for this quick stop for a snack for two cost $43 with tip. read more

First time buffalo wings & rings, it will be the last. Very poor quality food. We had a gyro and a philly chessesteak. - big mistake. The meat on both sandwiches was way over cooked, to the point of being tasteless. The gyro had almost no toppings just whatever the meat was and the flat bread. My husbandI and I both looked for the cheese on the cheesesteak. The meat was so over cooked it was a very dry sandwich. When we where asked how we liked the food the waitress paused for one second and walked away before we could get out that the sandwiches we not good. We love the Buffalo wings and rings. ..bigger wings and love the sauces...especially their blue cheese dressing..we always get 2 large blue cheeses...I've ordered from the Eastgate location and the location off Ronald Reagan. ..no problem...we always order barbecue and original medium, extra well done, extra wet. We ordered twice from the location by jungle jim's and they can't get it right. We didn't say anything the first time, benefit of the doubt: 2nd time we called to let the manager know, that the order was not extra wet like we ordered...Manager said there was nothing she could do and she can't guarantee the wings extra wet...that we should have ordered sauce on the side. Ok...why were the regular sauce extra wet and not the barbaque...hmmm...why wasn't the sauce on the side suggested at time of order...all I hear are excuses. If you guys need training maybe they should visit the other locations. I Really Hate Leaving Poor Reviews But I Work In THE Customer Service Industry ..It's Aggravating When People Can't Do THeir jobs Right. Buffalo Wings & Rings is essentially Buffalo Wild Wings little sibling. Its a sports bar with lots of tv's, sports bar food, and beer, only on a smaller level. BUT....dont let the size fool you.....as the most important part to me is the food itself....and that is where this place scores. I got 10 of their boneless wings in the teryiaki sauce along with a side of their famous onion rings. I'll go on record and state that the wings were the best boneless wings that i've had. They were large in size, cooked perfectly, nicely breaded, and the sauce was PERFECT! The onion rings were also excellent. They rank right up there in the top 3 that i've had. THey were a nice size, but not too big where all you get is a giant onion. The breadind was crispy, yet not overbearing. It was just a great meal from start to finish for me. The only reason it doesnt get a 5 star for me is the price. 10 wings, onion rings, and a sweet tea cost me 20 dollars.....which is a little steep in my opinion. But if money isnt a worry of yours, then I would tell you to make sure you check this place out if ever given the chance. read more

Every time i come to this restaurant i never seem to get good fresh food. It makes me wonder why i come back (prob the sports). But i can get that almost anywhere. When i order my wings they usually come out dry and mostly cold. And dont bother to get the boneless wings, they seem to get smaller and smaller every time. Then when i talk to a server about it, it seems like a huge hassle. The portions of fries have gotten smaller also. And when i get my ranch for the fries its only a half of a little cup for 50 cents. What happened? Sorry for the rant but this place use to be great. I think my friends and i will take our business elsewhere. This was my second time visiting this location, the first time was fine I used my "5 free wings" coupon from a survey I did. Server at the bar was african american and served me and honored the coupon. On my next visit which was today, I came and asked the hostess where to pick up a to-go order, she stated the bar. I went over to the bar and stated I was picking up a to-go order, when the server brought my food over I stated that I had a "5 free wings" coupon (again from a survey) that I would like to use. The server said I can't honor it, is it for dine in only? I told her the coupon says nothing about dine in and that I'd used one before. The server again said I don't think you can but I'm going to go ask the manager. When she came back she wrote down the code and said well if the machine doesn't take it then I can't honor it. I watched from the counter while she put in the code with a attitude and whispered something to her co-worker. The server returned to the counter slapping the receipt down and saying, next time you shouldn't use a coupon on "wings day" because you're not getting a good price! I said okay, signed the receipt and left. I left her no tip because she so desperately didn't want the coupon to be used or honored. When I got to work I noticed my debit card and some cash was missing. I called them and asked if they had seen a debit card and $30 dollars cash, of course they didn't have a clue about the cash, but my debit card was indeed there. I was so frustrated by my experience that I did't secure my wallet. They gave my fiance a hard time about getting my card back, just a big mess! I just really got the vibe that they were racist and un-welcoming. I will not be visiting this location ever again! read more

I am not an experienced food critic or anything like that, but I know what I like, and I like this Wings & Rings. I would have to say Wings & Rings really has a good thing going when it comes to how their sauce choices are set up. Most wing places have one heat level per flavor of sauce. ie if you are to get a bbq based sauce it's usually pretty mild, and if you want something hot, you gotta go with their buffalo flavor. I love hot foods, and I love bbq, well Wings & Rings lets you pick a flavor or sauce then a heat level on top of it. As for this particular Wings & Rings, it is the best one I have been to hands down. You can tell the oil they use is always at the right temperature (nothing lets me down like a soggy wing) so the fries are always crispy and the wings are the perfect texture. Wings are bar none my favorite food, and I know them well, and the wings here are great. On top of the great food is the great atmosphere (I sit in the bar area so I cannot give an opinion on the dining area). Decent sized (up to date) TVs, plenty of seating for a sports crowd, great service, decent drink prices, and plenty of sports decorations (not tackily done), and the lighting is perfect. read more
