It's refined, creative, and honestly one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. Highly recommend! It was pretty busy on a Friday at noon but they got our order out within 15 minutes. Even so, the staff was incredibly pleasant and welcoming, which immediately set the tone. The location sits on a busy corner but has plenty of parking in the shopping center, and it's very easy to find. Inside, the restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had lots of seating, which I always appreciate. Given the timing, I didn't expect a huge selection, so I ordered a half dozen bagels with shmear and a Diet Coke (which came as part of the package). I asked for three everything and three plain, but they were out of plain--which actually worked out in my favor because I was having second thoughts and decided I really wanted cinnamon and sugar. Both the everything and cinnamon sugar bagels were fresh, flavorful, and exactly how I like them: a little crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. Overall, a great experience, especially considering how close it was to closing time. I'm a big bagel (and bagel sandwich) fan, and this visit definitely has me looking forward to trying other Einstein Bros. locations in the future.

However, the sandwich I had was fantastic and well balanced. There was a good amount of everything without it being too much. Sometimes it's too much. This was great. They also had good, homemade or freshly made sides like potato salad and other salads you could get. It was great.

Jordan greeted us with a glass of Prosecco and directed us where to sit a long table that seats 20. We introduced ourselves to our seatmates and then our first dish arrived. Chef does explain the food before we had each dish, however we wished there was more background and history as to how this place came into being. So expect fantastic food without a lot of details. The first dish was a salad made with all local ingredients. It was so fresh and the dressing made with fresh dill was fantastic. The second dish was a ravioli with northern Italian cheese on a bed of butternut squash puree and brown butter. The pasta was SO delicate and the flavors complimented each other so well. The third dish was a 6 hour braised pork shoulder with ricotta gnocchi in a sauce with Calabrian chilis and I don't know what else. We have been to Italy and all the Italian restaurants in Cincinnati and never had anything like this. It was truly phenomenal. Dessert was a apple upside down cake served warm with whipped cream...fantastic. You bring your own wine, and Jordan is on it by never letting your glass get empty, pouring water, and clearing dishes. Service was so great and she is so friendly and accommodating. The cost was a very reasonable $100/pp and SO worth it. There is no menu, so you go in just devouring what Chef has prepared.
