I wish I would've taken pictures before I started eating. The service isn't always the best here, but this time around our waitress was great. This place doesn't get good reviews and I now know I should have looked at all the reviews before heading over across the parking lot from my hotel. BIG BIG mistake!! The traditional wings I was served would have shown that death and cooking of the wings happened at least 36 hours prior to my being served 5 of them. The one I was able to bite into was as hard as the rocks found in the parking lot. First of all, the AC was turned off upon arrival. The food was good but the first I ordered didn't have the items made to make the drink. For a bar you would expect for them to have all items available for their drinks. And then I tried to use my coupon that was free and they told me it was invalid when the timers was literally active. The manager and didn't even honor it even though you can see the active timer. I will be telling everyone about my experience. read more

Wings were ok. At least not overcooked. The Thai Chili wings were decent but the Spicy Parmesan Garlic wings were far too vinegary for me. But my biggest grip was the price. First off, instead of the usual 6/12 wings per order strategy these were 5/10 yet the price was similar if not higher than the 6/12 orders I've had before. So, you pay as much or more and get less. Anyway, I ordered 10 wings a small side Caesar salad and iced tea and the price came to almost $22. I probably won't be back. Too high priced for what you get. read more

The serve was horrible! We go out to eat once a week Thursday is the day, because they have 79¢ wings. Today we were told we couldn't get that until lunch, they open at 11pm for lunch. ?????? The wait staff sat around doing nothing and attended to people when they felt like it. One girl asked me if everything was ok, I told her I needed boxes and she never brought them to me. After few minutes someone else decided to bring me 2 small boxes for 15 wings I was just not going to work. We asked for Togo cups to take with us and our waitress said she had to charge us for them. I ordered wings and a cheese burger w/ fries. The fries were cold and soggy, the cheese on the burger was cheese whiz......really! I think the place is dirty, the first two tables we looked at w er e a mess. The wings were a little dry and I only got one drum stick. I will say the staff was friendly and attentive. I've had to wait 45min to get the attention of a waiter, and once I was able to get my order in I was told there would be a 15% gratuity fee added even though the service was awful. I agree with the other review. I don't know what it is but the service absolutely sucks at every bw3 I've been to in the valley. I stopped going there just because of the horrible waitstaff. The greeters could use some work as well. Often there's nobody even managing a location so if you want to complain your waiter just comes back to ask you to pay. Tried the new location on 10th. I can forgive the waitress because she seemed new, but man was she in the weeds and was too anxious to collect her tip. I'm a 20% and up tipper even for mediocre service. This place is just like Buffalo Wild Wings, except it is more expensive. They only have like 6 different flavors on tradditional wings. We tried the hot, lemon pepper, and the hottest one. The wings were good and crunchy, which I like, but it didn't blow my mind or anything. My daughter loved the dinosaur chicken nuggets. I've been here many times. The wings are some of the best I've tried and are larger than most other wing restaurants. Every single time I've gone here I've had attentive servers, accurate food orders, and always find sufficient room to watch ppv's like the UFC. And another plus is they always answer the phone. Stopped in with my best friend to have some appetizers. The onion rings are the best I've had. The breading stay intact with the onion never peeling off when taking a bite. They tasted great as well. I ate at the store on S. 10th and it was aweful. The wings had been precooked (deep fried) and the reheated, served in a bowl in 1/2 of sauce. The fries were limp and soggy with grease. There is food on the window shades so if you sit by a window there is food eye level. The mens room is filthy. Buffalo WW are always fresh and their stores are clean. This place is beat.
