We used to come here for boneless wings, nachos to share, and quesadillas. Hadn't been in a while; as in, there have been "Under New Management" and "Now Hiring" signs up for months. Came in and there were two men seated at the bar chatting with the bartender, and one man finishing up his to-go drink at the table. No other patrons, only one other staff member visible in the back kitchen-- playing on their phone and facing away from the dining room. After a minute the man with the to-go cup left. The bartender saw our party of three but made no move to greet us or inform the other staff of our presence. We left after being totally ignored for several minutes. One word..roaches... me and my girlfriend ate here the other day and the food was ok. Not anything special but ok. We were havi g a good time untill she told me that there was a bug under the table. I looked under the table and there it was a dead cockroach on one of those black bug pads. It looked like it was still alive. We called this guy over who actually ended up being the owner his name was Todd. And the fact that he was acting totally inappropriate to my girlfriend didnt help. He put his hand on her shoulder and she was really creeped out by that. So if I could say anything bout this place is that I'm surprised its still around. read more

I've dined in a few times and ordered carry out many times. I think their service is always good, they seem to really be on the ball even when it's busy. Their food quality just doesn't get any better, always made fresh when ordered and served hot. The flavor is great, and I think this is one of the best wing places next to Buffalo Joe's. Bw3 has nothing on Wings & Rings. Their carryout is good you can call ahead and it's ready to take home. They're always very friendly and their restaurant is clean and tidy. Huge wings, both the traditional and the boneless. Great deal on wing nights. Sauces are very good too. I have 2 small issues...sometimes there is not enough sauce, and the Cajun fries often come with hardly any Cajun seasoning. They literally have the best blue cheese ever, so delicious. read more

The food was good, the TV monitors fine, but this 5 star review goes to the wait staff, who upon hearing my senior citizen dad's order for Jalapeño poppers, apologized, explained that they had been off the menu for 2 years, then apparently ran over to Krogers, fried 'em up and delivered a steaming hot plate o' poppers within minutes to a surprised and delighted Dad. My food was hot and fresh. The waitress was very attentive. Pecan salad was delicious. A good place to relax and have a beer.

I come for the half price chicken fingers. They are the best. However I am seeing a trend. They never have the sauces I want. Therefore I'm making one and only one attempt to get them to get the sauces. If they don't then I am done. There's a b-dubs opening less than 2 miles from me. Will take my business there. read more

This restaurant is under new management. We have been going there for 4+ years and have always had good experiences. The past two times (since new management), they have screwed up our bill in the exact same way. They charged us $2.29 for two kids' drinks. Kids' drinks are supposed to come with a kids' meal (stated on the menu). Both times, we asked about it. Both times, they took off one $2.29 charge and not the other. Both times, we had to ask them to take BOTH $2.29 charges off. Seems a little shady to me that they think we won't notice they only took off one charge when we clearly had 2 kids with us and pointed out that 2 changes needed to be removed. read more

We have been coming here for the last 3 our 4 years and have been very satisfied with our dinners. However, tonight we were very upset by how we were treated. We spent about a hundred dollars on wings and beers and we left a 10 dollar tip. Which was more than enough for just getting some wings and 8 beers. The woman who waited on us went slamming dishes around saying that she was insulted making 10 bucks. We were going to leave another 5 on the table but forget it. My God that's more money than most people make in an hour. I will not be coming back. Very insulted by how we were treated. read more

I ate here in a Sunday night with my fiancé and two if our friends. I had never eaten at this place before but we really like wings so we were anxious to try it. When we first for seated I asked our server if they had any slings because I have a 7 month old. She looked at us like we were idiots and said no. She brought me a high chair which ended up being fine upside down. At about 8:30 our server came over and told us it was last call for the kitchen and asked us if we wanted anything else. I work at a local steakhouse and we would never treat customers that way. We asked our server what time they closed and she said 9. We asked what time the bar inside closed because they normally stay open a little longer and she said "why, do you want anther beer?" And she was really snide about it. Then she told us not to rush and to take our time. The other server on the floor started sweeping and putting up chairs around us. Obviously we were being rushed. As I server I appreciate wanting to get out of work, but at the same time I would never be that rude to customers. On top of the bad service, our wings weren't even tossed in their sauce, the sauce was just poured on top. Lazy and rude. It'll be a while if we go back. read more

Me and group of friends went here. The service was ok nothing special and the food was so so. But the one thing that really shocked me was how unprofessional this place was. We met Todd who introduced himself s the owner. He was so innapropriate. He kept putting his hands on my shoulder through out the night asking how the food was which could be totally miss read but when we noticed that our table was unbalanced after asking a waiter to help and totally being ignored untill Todd walked up. He helped put a support under the table and as he was getting up front underneath the table he rubbed his hand against my leg.so I was immediately uncomfortable and decided to brush it off . But when I was coming out of the restroom he walked up to me and put his hand on my shoulder and asked how the food was? Right then and there I knew this guy was a total creep. On top of all that when I sat back down my friends told me he was checking my out as i walked back. If i could rate this place a 0 I would Todd should be ashamed. Worst service I've ever experienced at any restaurant. Took over 20 minutes to get our drinks after we ordered them. Appetizers came out over 15 minutes apart from each other (we had a party of 11). 3 members of our party had to wait over 10 minutes for their main course after the rest of us were served. When it came time for our check, the waitress had everything wrong and it took 2 different corrections (and 25 minutes) to get it right. All this and they only offered 10% discount. Beer took 15 minutes to get, it was not overcrowded, and it was completely flat. However they did switch it out with a different brand so I thanked them. Then I ordered my wings and asked if they could do light sauce bc I don't like drenched soggy wings and she says "oh sure, I don't like my wings like that either"....there was more sauce than wings. Completely forgot my wedges so she said she would get them right out to me, 10 minutes later I got my wedges and they even gave me some hair weaved through them. My daughter asked for a kids pizza, we got 3/4 of the pizza and she said the cook dropped a corner of the pizza on the floor and she would get it out to us immediately. 20 minutes later when I asked for my check I had to ask them to put it in a to go box. The entire experience took an hour and a half, we got 0 refills....yes 0 refills. I paid for my bill before I complained because I wanted to make it clear I was not looking for a free meal. Their words..."oh really, I'm sorry sir, have a good night". I never complain or send food back but this place was dreadful! Initially I really ripped into this place so I will back my review off cause it wasn't really like eating dog food but close. The manager (I think LaToya??) needs to go back to cleaning stalls at LB ranch cause some people excel at only certain things. I cannot eat here til I hear they got things turned back around; I had wings here earlier last year and not so bad but hey not now. We have rep lunches brought to both offices (20-25 staff) every day and wings frequently from here and others but we will redirect them to Walts from now on. Most things can be fixed so whoever the owner or real director is needs to wake up cause on a NFL playoff Saturday with about 10 people in the whole place-- well nuff said.
