After waiting over 45 minutes for our food, it was inedible. Everything was cold, the kids burgers were hockey pucks, sauce was wrong on the wings. Not even sure what it was. Our nachos had no cheese and hardly any chicken or veggies. We couldn't get our server to come back right away so the kids were crying because they were hungry, my son in law ate a few of his wings and we ate a few of the chips from the nachos until we could make eye contact with our server. I showed her everything that was wrong and she said she would talk to her manager. firstly, the service was terrible... our waitress maybe showed up to our table three times (once for the drinks, once for the food order, and lastly for the delivery of our food), never checked up on us and had to walk up to the counter to ask her to come to our table so we could get fresh drinks and more sauce. secondly, the fact that your staff are sitting in the chairs and not doing anything says a lot about the management. they should always be doing something, it just makes your business look lazy and unprofessional. We frequent Wings and Rings often and the food is always excellent! My favorite is the southwest salmon salad. The cajun salmon is well seasoned and the salad is always fresh and crisp. I was told to grab a seat anywhere I wanted, so I proceeded to a table in the bar area within clear view of the bartender. After waiting forever to be acknowledged, another guy walked in and was immediately greeted by the bartender and served a beer all while I just watched and waited. Just moved to the area. Eaten wings and rings a couple times at other locations. Decided to try this place, carry out. We ordered wings online nothing special. My husband brought it home and there was no plastic ware, or napkings or even a receipt. I started eating and halfway found a hair. Called and the manager answered, who was apparently the bartender, who had packed up my carryout without plastic ware or napkins. She did ask if I wanted it remade, yes ma'am I do I'll be back to get it. But nothing is worse than carrying out food and it being wrong or missing items. My sister swears by Buffalo Wings and Rings, so we thought we'd give it a try. My go to wing spot is Wild Mikes.... but we were in Monroe and thought it was the perfect opportunity to try something new... Okay, so we dined in pretty late (1 hour before closing). I know that's a no no if we expect good service but we had a long drive ahead of us so it was either dine in or eat re-heated chicken. We were greeted promptly and advised to choose our own seat. Our server was very nice, especially since it was nearing the end of her shift on a Friday night. We ordered and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Our spread consisted of both bone in and boneless wings. We were pleasantly surprised by size of the boneless wings and the texture of the bone in. I usually eat boneless because I don't like the sliminess of some bone in wings. They cooked the bone in wings to PERFECTION . If we stopped here, this would be a five star rating.. unfortunately, I'll keep going. We had four different flavors of wings. Cajun, lemon pepper, buffalo, and garlic Parmesan. None of the flavors were memorable. I don't think I noticed any of the lemon pepper at all. The wedges we ordered were just okay and the boneless wings were dry. We were charged for (5) wings we didn't order but received and ate. When the bill came, I questioned the extra charge. Without prompting, the server realized her error and asked the manager for an adjustment to our bill. It could have gone either way... but since we ate them we weren't going to complain. I'm kinda conflicted about my 3 star rating because although the server disappeared for a little while (likely closing responsibilities), she was otherwise great... but a wing spot should have fantastic wings and I think their sauces and boneless wings need some attention. read more

Purchased 20 drumstick received 18. Real reason for call were the greased pickles, they were drenched in grease and soft and real soggy. The fries that came with the dinner were great as well as the shorted drum sticks. Look at your food before you leave the store, if not they want you to return it for "training purposes", or to assure you didn't gulp them down and were too cheap to buy it again. We just ate here with another couple. Have usually had good service. Tonight it was horrible. Each couple ordered a pitcher of beer. Our pitcher had a couple inches of foam. Ok we can deal with that. The other couple ordered a pitcher and two thirds of it was foam. They each got one glass of beer out of the pitcher. We said something to the waitress who in turn asked the bartender to come to the table. We asked for a little more beer and the bartender said she was the one who poured it and in essence we were lying because the foam was not there. All the other couple wanted was some compensation. She refused. So I started typing this. Several minutes go by and she came with a glass and a reprimand that we were treating her "meanly". She also stated she was the manager when asked. We were polite to start with and merely asked for a glass of beer to make up for all the foam. She needs hospitality lessons. read more

I talked my husband into going here because I really liked the pretzel bites I had gotten at a like-named restaurant a little farther from home. The pretzel bites were over cooked. The outside was hard and insides were like day-old bread. When I shared this with the server he picked one up and rather than bringing it to the attention of the manager said, "so should I take them away?Then I ordered the "special " the shrimp basket, and it too was over cooked, shrimp were chewy. Again I mentioned it to server he didn't offer to replace them comp them or anything. Last time we'll go there. We are locals & come here often. Haven't been in a few weeks due to hectic life schedules. Came tonight to find the menu has changed. Basically it's the same food but portion sizes a decreased significantly & prices went up, almost double what it used to cost to for my husband & I to eat.
