Me my husband son daughter in law and granddaughter who is 2 ate here Saturday night. I got boneless grilled wings my Husband got jalapeño potato tots with no jalapeño and no cilantro with the sauce on the side. Our son and daughter in law got wings and fries which were soggy, and my husband's tots had sauce all over them. We asked for the tots to have no sauce and wings to be crispy. They remade them. Our server was really nice. Skip to sunday we started feeling terrible. My husband me and son. We have been sick since. We all had a few of the tots. I tried one and didn't like it. We have never had any problems with the one in Crestview hills and will go back there but will not go back to the union location. read more

Tots were awesome. Beer was great. Wings on point. Star did a great job. A+ experience. We will be back.

Unfortunately this plays has really terrible service. We've tried several times to eat here bc we were excited to see wings and rings in Union. We walked in and no one came to the front to seat us for several minutes. Then we were finally sat in the hightop tables and eventually ended up leaving because no one came to even get our drink orders after about 10 minutes. We went to Valle Escondido down the street instead and were seated and given drinks and chips in less than 2 minutes! Our order was taken in less than 5. Wings and Rings management should consider having their staff trained by Valle's staff. read more

Came in since it was newer. Total of 8 customers. Waited 10 min for service after seated. Waited 10 min for drinks- no one at bar. Asked twice and was "on its way". Employees leaning over counters on phone. Waiter said "as soon as he wants to make your drink, you'll get it". Just received partial order of food and no drinks still. Asked for manager. Terrible meal tonight. The fried shrimp tasted like they dropped the entire bottle of seasoning on them. I wiped them off with my napkin. They came with fries but I was charged $2 upgrade for onion rings. I didn't get rings! My husband got a blackened blue burger that was NOT blackened and he had to ask for blue cheese as there was about a teaspoon on the burger. Service was terrible too! She never checked to see if we needed refills ( I ended up drinking my husband's water). Someone needs to teach her how to smile. Will not return. read more

My family was very happy to see this restaurant open its doors and we have visited this establishment 4 times. With regret and disappointment we will not be returning to this location. 1) the food quality hasn't been up to the typical W&R standards. 2) the staff has been slow to execute or not a all, less than the minimum amount of costumer service that is expected at other local restaurant. 3) I ordered a pickup order through their website. However once I went to click "proceed to checkout" an alert popped up saying my order couldn't be received because the restaurant was experiencing a high level of orders. 4) I called the restaurant to place a order over the phone for carry out only to be disappointed again. When I called it went to the restaurant's voicemail. You would think there would be a nice voicemail greeting: "Thank you for choosing Wings and Rings. We are sorry to have have missed you." But no. It was a voice that simply said "the number you are trying reach is not available" My family understands the difficulties facing all restaurants during the pandemic. However our experiences at this particular restaurant has lead me to choose another option for my money. read more

First and last time for this place! No sauce on wings, ordered coleslaw didn't get. Drive thru window is a joke, bring a good book while you wait. My husband and I entered the restaurant on Sept. 20, 2020, at about 4:30 pm. It was our first time, and I was very disappointed that it was very dirty. The entrance threshold was filthy. Everywhere we looked there was trash on the floor. This place has only been open about a month. Very sad. Food was ok, but very expensive. read more

Place has nice setup and great beer selection. I live near this location and was so happy when they opened. Awful service took almost 2 hours to get a chicken sandwich and burger. No apology or explanation offered other than were just backed up. Mind you this was 2 visits in 2 weeks. Won't be back for a long while giving them time to work out the kinks. read more

my boyfriend ordered $60 worth of food and it was mediocre. he asked for dry rub wings and they quite literally tasted like NOTHING. i asked for (sauced) buffalo traditional wings and they also tasted like NOTHING. besides the fact that the wings tasted like nothing, i got 9 drums and 1 flat. what a joke!!! the only food that was semi okay was our roommate's boneless wings. let's also not forget that we paid for EXTRA ranch and got ONE CUP EACH. yeah because one cup of ranch is enough for 10 wings. don't order from here if you want half-assed and food and don't pay for extra sauces, because you're not gonna get it! never eating here again, 0/10 WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!!!!!! read more

We have been here 4 times. Not once have we been greeted with friendliness. The service is horrible. Very slow and they seem annoyed to be working. Tables were dirty and wobbly. Had to put napkins under the legs to not spill my drink. There were no more than 4 other tables in the restaurant each time we have been. Food takes a very long time as well. This is the worst Wings and Rings restaurant that I've been to. The wait staff was not friendly and never showed up after we received our food. We actually witnessed her coming back with groceries for the bar. The wings were under cooked and grisly. The salad my wife ordered had 4 small nuggets of chicken and no avocado.(we later found out the ran out) Please spend your money somewhere else that appreciates the fact that you took the time to eat at their restaurant. We held our end of year banquet here and brought 50+ people to feed. The staff and Manager did a great job keeping up with the drinks and brought the food out as it came up. All in all with the shortage of people in the food industry, they seemed to pull it off without a full wait staff. Servers were amazing. Thank you and we will be back again! read more

That was disappointing. Five people came for dinner. Service was slow, but not in a hurry. Out of five dinners, one came out incorrectly and one not at all. 2nd visit tonight to Wings & Rings in Union, KY. The food is amazing and the servers are friendly. We sat at the bar, where Chastity worked hard to keep our drinks filled while we waited for our food. We enjoyed wings, cobb salad and pulled pork sandwich and rings. Awesome food presentation and taste! If you haven't tried this place yet, it's a must. Be patient as they work to staff up from the challenges that COVID has presented for restaurants. Relax, have a drink, watch TV and enjoy the experience. The food and friendly atmosphere is well worth it! read more

It is really a shame as the wings are really good. Unfortunately, the service is bad and they are always out of A LOT of items (might be C-19 related not sure). I don't blame the staff since it just opened, I blame management as the team is not well trained it would appear. I have given this establishment two chances and there will not be a third.
