I have been here several times since opening. I have tried a few different menu items and all of them have tasted amazing. The guacamole cart is so fun and the guacamole was delicious. The service here has been fantastic. Waiters and waitresses are attentive and check in frequently. I am still undecided on the atmosphere. We went for lunch and the atmosphere was great. At dinner time, it turns into an almost clublike atmosphere with dimmed lighting, lots of noise, and the dancing robot. They even had a guy coming around making balloon animals the last time we were there. While fun, we definitely had a hard time actually having a conversation with our group. If this bothers you, definitely go at lunch time. read more

Amazing service and fantastic food! One of my favorite touches was the house-made guacamole cart that comes around to each table: fresh, fun, and delicious. The staff were friendly, humorous, and genuinely enthusiastic, which made the experience even better. I had the grilled fish Baja tacos and they were excellent. Thursday at 5 stopped in to try the new place. It was amazing. Now they did have a few opening issues last week but they are on Target now. Food came out hot and fast. Tasted amazing! Everyone was so nice. I had the chicken taco and I can't do spices. It was shredded with just a hint of spice. Perfect for me. Glancing around everyone's food was plated so well and smelled great. My husband has a taco salad with beef. It was loaded and he enjoyed it. The guacamole cart was rolling around to tables making table side guacamole. The whole restaurant has a great vibe. We had to flag down our waitress several times and had trouble with our bill. We also felt that the environment was too loud. We almost had to yell at each other to talk to each other. Got to try this new restaurant today and had a great experience. From the eye catching decor to the big variety on the menu, it's just a fun place to go. Everyone in our party of 3 enjoyed their food and was stuffed with plenty left over. There were so many things to choose from I went with the Birria Fries and really enjoyed them, especially the crispy cheese at the bottom of the dish from where it was cooked. Our server was helpful, fast and our food came out correct, hot and quick! We will have to go back for the live music and the "robots" that sometimes walk around the restaurant. read more

Upon entering we were immediately greeted & seated. The restaurant was very busy but clean. The decor is stunning. An entire wall has a mural painted on it. Our waiter was friendly & brought us chips & salsa while he took our drink order. We ordered chicken flatus & chicken enchiladas with mole sauce. While waiting for our food, they had a ballon artist going around making ballon animals. We watched many cool looking drinks being served. They had lights & smoke coming from it. Our food came out. Food was really good as well as our server.....but the atmosphere and others severs were an issue. It is SUPER LOUD in the restaurant and we couldn't hear our conversation across the table. Lots of servers standing around. When we went to the restroom there was a server sitting on the trashcan. When we can back to our table, I had to say "excuse me" 3 times to get the servers who were standing around by the kitchen door to move so I could get in my booth. Food came out different times, 30 minutes apart. And one order was given twice wrong to my husband. No compensation for the mess up and when paying they ran out of change to give back for the bill. We had a party of four on a Monday. The server informed us it was Margarita Monday for $6.99. We were told all flavors were included. That really excited us! Their drink menu is the size of Cheesecake Factory's menu. (A little embellishment, but it's quite large.) we specifically asked about two different drinks were included and she said yes. The bill was $50 higher than expected. The server informed us that the drinks we ordered were not included. I feel that we were mislead and the bait and switch technique was used. I sent a Facebook message six days later about this situation. We were going by what the server said and the special isn't advertised anywhere where you can see it in writing. It is now five days since I've written the message and have not heard a reply. I would have emailed the company, but they do not give you that option on their website. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing: the dishes were overcooked, and the salsa tasted more like plain tomato sauce. Prices felt high for the quality we received. I know this will sound so cliche', but it needs to be said in this case. If I could give this zero stars, I absolutely would. Our daughter and SIL came over yesterday to watch the Bengals game, and we decided just after halftime to place a food order, and have DoorDash deliver it. Order placed at 2:39 with an estimated arrival between 35-50 minutes later. Order was confirmed right away, and the first DoorDash driver showed up to wait for the food to be ready. First red flag was when the first driver bailed, I'm assuming because it was taking so long to get the food. Second driver showed up, and waited another long time before being able to get the food from the restaurant. Finally the driver was on their way, and since they had to wait, you'd think the food would have been freshly made and at least warm on arrival (we live less than 5 miles away). Driver drove straight to our house, and from what we could tell following along with the tracking through the app, didn't even have to stop at either light on the way. Sit down to eat, and start distributing each person's meal to them, and right away start seeing problems. My wife ordered Texas fajitas, and chose corn tortillas. There were no tortillas provided at all, corn or flour. The chicken was all dried out and way overseasoned (straight to the garbage). Luckily we had some tortillas at home, although they were flour. Our daughter had Birria Quesadillas. The meal was supposed to come with a cup of consomme, plus beans and rice. It came with none of that. Within an hour of eating, she started to feel nauseous. Today, let's just say she is spending some quality time in the restroom (think Taco Bell, LOL). SIL ordered a Grilled Burrito, and chose shrimp for the protein. Asked to have pico and guac on the side. Did not get those at all. I had the Asada Nachos, and asked to have them deluxe which is supposed to add lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. Guess what? I also got none of those, but was definitely charged extra. The nacho chips were flavorless, and inferior to any brand you could pick up at your local grocery store. Only thing positive I could say about mine, was that it had a decent amount of steak, although it was also on the dry side and overseasoned. There was consistency however across the board though. Every single meal was wrong in some way, and all were stone cold. How was it so cold when the driver literally had to wait to be given the food? It had to have been sitting somewhere for a while before being handed over. And it wasn't like three of them got cold waiting on the last meal to be ready. All four were equally cold. I don't think this was a DoorDash problem, this was a El Asadero issue plain and simple. The first driver bailed after like 20 minutes of waiting, so clearly he had probably seen enough to know he should cut his losses and move on to another order. See the attached copy of the order. It was ordered properly, they just didn't fill the order properly. Order was received 70 minutes after having been placed. I wished I'd seen the review that was left yesterday afternoon, probably not long before we ordered. They were at the restaurant, and bailed due to not getting their food after a lengthy wait. This establishment has replied to a few 5-star reviews, but I don't see a single reply to any of lower rated reviews, which there are many. Must be they just DGAF. Lesson learned. read more

The food is good and reasonably priced but this place isn't very fun. We went on Saturday to see the robot that was supposed to come out at 6. We waited until 7:10 but it never came out. It took around 30 minutes for drinks to come out, even my uncle who ordered a soda waited that long. Some guy next to us was vaping and we told management but all they did was ask them to stop vaping. The people were done eating so they could've asked them to leave or even step outside to do it while they finished their drinks but they didn't. So we left before we could see the robot because we don't want our kids breathing that in and no one knew when the robot was coming out. It took more than 20 minutes just to get our cards back from paying the check too. So if you have hours to waste and don't mind vaping or not seeing the robot they supposedly have but you enjoy mediocre food, then this place would be the perfect fit. There's other places around with WAY better food around. Two stars because the servers were really nice and the food wasn't bad. They need better management. read more

Jump Around, Billie Jean, Beat It, and Mambo No. 5) with no visible dance floor, but, between a loud and remarkably clear sound system and basketball gym reverberation, there is no conversing here without yelling at one another.... while everyone else is yelling. Salsa was a little too hot for me. Extensive menu... a few different takes on some favorites... Prices average to 120% Order was accurate and delivered quickly. Straw too short for glass. I was surprised that the rice (arroz) was very veggie-laden (limas, corn, peas, carrot, onion)... not very Mex-authentic. Good iced tea and they did have Splenda (a plus).
