With the exception of sitting at the bad, I've had one thing in common with every experience: bland customer service. It feels like every time I've sat at a table and had a server, they aren't all that friendly and always seemed rushed. Outside of that, the food is always consistent and great value. I wasn't as pleased with the wings, but everything else I've had I would order again. The goetta quesadilla is on point! These pulled pork nachos were also super great! If you enjoy a good sports bar, this is your spot. They stay busy, so they must be doing something right.

The biggest issue was getting the attention of a server. Even after we placed our order she was hard to find. Especially when we wanted the check. The food was decent, not spectacular, but above average for a sports bar. We were on the west side to see a very limited release movie down the street. Look for my review of Cinemark West if you want the skinny on that experience. I mention this as I wouldn't make a special trip. One humorous note... Their website suggests a great skyline view. Well, the view is of the Skyline Chili at the bottom of the parking lot. Lol

I go to find a seat and got helped 5 minutes later I got a water from the cook. Then our "server" came over with headphones in and took our order. (Quite ridiculous since this is a high end bar and grill) The service was so bad, I had to go to the bar to get a box and my checks. The service comes back with our digital check tablet and is on the phone while we are paying. The fries are good tho! I ordered the East End burger and got an over cooked patty that was 100% frozen. All in all for $24, I'd go anywhere else. The only reason I went there is because Hi mark was packed.

The food is always pretty good, but not great where I'm like "omg this is SO good!" I ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza, which had good flavor but felt like it was missing something; maybe a bit more seasoning or being cooked slightly longer. The toppings were also sliding off, which made it a little messy to eat. Overall, a decent place to grab drinks and catch a game!
