I bought a 7$ Gyro no seasoning to the meat it barely had anything on it. Must of weighed maybe 1/2 Lb and that weak ass tzatziki sauce flat and nasty. Ordered 20 hot honey lemon pepper wings no honey we're on them 16.50$ and I eat that every time. This time the shit was way to hot my kids didn't even wanna try em. I order them all the time kids love em and a small ass bag of fries. Total 27$ went in the trash so i'm thinking they under new ownership cause that was weak AF! Never would have ever if I'd known that. They need to run my order back or i'm done with them. I could've just went to Pjs or Hot wings for mediocre. Been coming there since I was a young man. Exceptional wings place! I ordered a Steak & Cheese Sub Sandwich for myself and hamburgers for my 2 boys, another family member had the Lemon Pepper Wings which I tried one and found it to be very tasty! My brother came to town from South Carolina and wanted wings. This was our first time visiting this restaurant. We ordered a pizza, wings, and cheese sticks. Waited 20 mins for food, our pizza was given to another table. Told us sorry and that our food will be here shortly. 10 mins later we get wings and 20 mins later we get pizza. Waitress said she would take care of issue. They gave me a whole $3 off my whole order. Will not be stopping by again, will drive a few more miles and go to QT. read more

Went to Wing Citi and ordered a supreme pizza with no onions or peppers on half. The server brings the pizza and I look at it and there is onions on one side and peppers on the other. I say, I don't think this is our food. She looks at the ticket and said yes it is. Evidently you need to more specific about which half because she pointed out the whole pizza did not have onions or peppers. My husband was starving and did not want to wait for another pizza. The server suggested I pick off what I did not want. I take a bite and thought the cheese had a funny taste. I took another bite and realized it was uncooked dough, not funny tasting cheese. we order 100 lemon pepper wings and we were told 45 minutes to an hour delivery time. an hour and 45 minutes later, 100 wings arrived. after paying the driver and getting the wings back over to the party we realized that they were not lemon pepper wings. they were spicy hot wings. we called the store and they refused to replace them. i spoke with what i assumed to be the owner on the phone and he hung up on me twice and eventually i had to actually drive up there to take them back to get my money back. then i didnt even get a full refund. he said nothing to me while i was there except to count money in front of me and then walked away. terrible service. read more

Food wise I have only had wings but, they are some of the best wings I've had. Giant sauce selection! you get a decent amount for the price you pay. Ate at wing city today. It will be the last time. Took twice as long as they said it would. They forgot my fries. The corndog looked like they burned it on the flat top. The sub sandwich had two tiny pieces of meat on it. The wings were pretty good but the menu has alot of other things on it that one would expect to be good. My family has ordered wings from here since they opened for home and have ordered from there for my place of employment and been satisfied til today..earlier we tried to place a delivery order and because they screwed up on our delivery awhile back and delivered two more times since then,now they say they can't deliver..it was their fault in the incident because when we called after 2 hrs and ask where our food was they said they came to the residence,which they didn't,and called..when we asked them to read back the number they called it wasn't even the right number..they told us they would bring it back and we said no..we don't want cold or re warmed almost 2,hr old food..we ordered twice since then with no issues then this..so I say no more..I won't be ordering or will the local business I work for be ordering from here again..the food is ok even that the wings have got very small as of recent ,but its not worth the ridiculousness of not accepting they screwed up and trying to blame the customer..."customer is always right" not here... read more
