Finally got to stop in this place and glad we did! We came specifically for wings and I have to say they did not disappoint. I actually expected to be underwhelmed since the outside just looks like any other fast food/chain wings place. I was wrong. These were the best wings we have had since moving to Knoxville a year ago. Better than Wild Wings, Corner 16, Double Dogs. Wings were large and perfectly cooked- crispy on the outside, juicy and hot on the inside. We also had fried green beans and they were great too. Service was decent, but the highlight of the visit was the manager, Cody. What a great, personable young man. He had a great attitude when he greeted us and when he was out in the dining room checking on tables. Even if the food hadn't been great (which it was), his attitude would have earned a second visit. My husband and I gave this a try. He ordered the All American Diner Burger and I got the Ultimate Nachos. The Ultimate Nachos were not ultimate. The only cheese was a spot on the side of the nachos (absolutely none on the nachos) two little droplets of chili and a few onions and jalapeños. We told the server and she brought me a small container with a wee bit of cheese. My husband's hamburger was scrambled. We didn't bother to take pictures. It was an awful meal. She went and got me some anyway just to say that's all I get for free if I want anymore I was going to get charged. We finished eating our wings and nachos and ask for the check. Went to get food and beer.. the bartenders fought with us on the fact of a beer brand was domestic or import. Then the whole time of being there you can hear them talking about it. This is honestly the shittiest place I've ever been for wings. Everything is extremely over priced, the bartenders are garbage and the service is a waste. The food is subpar at best, it's operated worse than a fast food joint and I'll never been back. First night there, it took me over an hour to get my food and the place wasn't more busy than a Wild Wing Cafe. Don't waste your money. Despite the reviews, give this place a chance! The food is fantastic! We shared a large order of loaded tots. They use the type of cheese sauce that's served with nachos at the ballpark. Yum! I had the Philly and it was perfectly seasoned and cooked. My son had the Big Nasty Burger, which he loved, and my hubby had wings (which looked amazing, but I'm a wimp who doesn't eat spicy food.) For dessert, we shared these raspberry cheesecake chimichanga things that were super-tasty! Our server was attentive and gave us her honest opinion about food choices. Food was really good. Service on the other hand.... was here for over 10 minutes before anyone came to our table to ask about drinks. We were served after two other tables that came in after us. Upon ordering I asked for to go Raspberry cheesecake chimis I received not to go. Someone came by asked if we wanted boxes I said yes, please two. 10 minutes later still no boxes. Finally, our waitress came back and I had to ask again for boxes. Really disappointing on service. Definitely not a place to go to if in a hurry. Would've given a 5 star had we had better service. Wings were not cooked fully. pink inside,too chewy. Service was good,beer was cold. I give everyone two chances. We all have bad days.

They need to change their "domestic" bucket specials to "crappy light beer only" specials. Because when you ask for a craft American made beer and get told it's an import and you show them on the companies website that it's made in Colorado, and get told they are not gonna argue with you, it pretty much sums up this place. Can't review the food, because the first 15 minutes made me want to finish my cheap beers and leave. Was excited to have a new wing place in the area, but can't say I'll be back anytime soon. Wife and I stopped in about 4pm on a Friday for a couple of drinks for Happy Hour. So we sat at the bar with a view of the kitchen and ordered a couple of Michelob Ultra drafts. Seemed slow so we asked for our check it was $11.00 plus $2 tip for a total of $13 for 2 small draft beers I don't think they charged me that much at Walt Disney World which is the happiest place on earth. read more

Couldn't get a refill, napkin, sauce, etc. After we received our food we didn't see the waitress for 30-45 minutes. Also, the sauces were absolutely horrendous. Wings did not disappoint!! They were huge and had tons of meat. Sauce was awesome. Also the smoked cheese balls they have were delicious. The curly fries were amazing. The atmosphere was pretty cool too. I bet this place will be packed during football season. read more

I hate to be too hard on the place, because the staff seemed really attentive and did take the food I couldn't eat off our bill...but the food and drinks here are just not good. It's bright and loud and the seating is not very comfortable. Went for lunch. Several observations: The parking lot is challenging to get into/out of ... perhaps one factor in all the other occupants biting the dust, cause you really must want to dodge traffic. The manager apologized as we went in that they had only 2 servers this day unless we wanted to eat at the bar... bad sign with them open this long. Our waiter Tyler was pretty prompt getting to us and serving drinks; took a bit longer to place the order. The food actually arrived hot and relatively fast. Tyler did say that the wings we wanted were a "lunch special" with fries (which were GOOD), but he neglected to say that added $2 to each plate...shame on me for not asking and on them for failing to have the "specials" printed somewhere. LOTS of large TV screens... about every 5 ft... with several stations tuned in. The wings were OK, pretty meaty...must have 2 doz sauces from mild to Zowie. Every item on the menu appears to be at least a couple $$ overpriced, but the menu has a bunch of barfood options. Never saw a drink priced menu. All things considered, we'd probably return here if friends selected it but doubt we'd return as our choice. read more

Tried again, can't say that it's any better. Ordered the Caesar wrap again, same issues. A lot of tortilla and not much chicken. Rather dry. Husband ordered the same thing and said his was loaded with chicken and not much else. Said his was dry too. Had to ask for hot fries, mine were ice cold. Husband said his were warm. They bring out new fries and they were hot just weren't cooked long enough to want to eat them. We won't be back. Visited on a Sunday afternoon to check it out. Wanted to watch the Masters Golf Tournament so sat at the bar. Bartender got us 2 beers and asked if we wanted menus. We said no and he said "oh, liquid dinner" the next time he came by I informed him that we just wanted to check the place out and had just eaten pizza and smoked wings at another restaurant. So we continued to watch the Masters and we're checking the place out and the majority of the servers were wearing their masks on their chins or under their noses. The bartender's mask was up the entire time. Then what appeared to be a manager person came behind the bar to take inventory with another guy. Both with their masks on their chins. They eventually ended up in front of me and I could no longer see the Masters...so I moved!!! Really Rude!!! I asked for my tab... $15 for 2 beers, ridiculous... won't be back! read more

Very disappointed in this restaurant. Decided to try this wing place. After taking our drink and food order, we got our drinks about 25 min later. Then 20 more minutes they showed up with the wrong order. After waiting an additional 40 mins. We left and will not be back. We will be going back to wild wings! read more

Brand new restaurant and what a disappointmen! We ordered wings from there tonight.....14 wings, 4 pieces of celery and 2 small containers of blue cheese dressing = $21.83! Actual cost of 7 wings was $9.99. If the wings had been good, we wouldn't be complaining. They were either badly over-cooked or they were left over from the "lunch rush". They were dry and shriveled up. To cover up the problem, they just added extra sauce over the top. We will definitely not be a customer nor we recommend this restaurant to anyone! read more
