Just had a bad experience. When I pay $67 for 30 wings, tots and green beans at least fill up my portions! I even paid the extra $3 for celery and carrots and I got all celery and two carrots. I really did want to like it but everything about it just felt lazy. The service felt lazy. The food felt lazy. The burger was smaller, and thinner than a typical McDonald's burger, and the cheese on top was cold and not melted. At least the flavor was good. The crazy part was the wings though. I didn't complain and just ate them, but thought surely they weren't right. There was maybe enough sauce to cover 1/6 of each wing. Most of each wing was just sauceless. Like the bottle of sauce was empty or something, and someone just kinda squirted out what was left because they didn't feel like getting a new one. In the picture, you can see there is barely more than a few drops of sauce on one small spot. The other side didn't even have any at all. For what it's worth, the flavor of the wing was good, and so was the sauce, but just baffling someone thought it was cool to just send them out like that. I've eaten here a few times over that last year and have not had a disappointing experience. DJ is always up beat and super friendly, also very attentive to the experience. Drinks stayed filled. Since eating here I no longer visit other "wild wing" spots. The quality of chicken doesn't come close to Wings Ect. The restaurant is super clean and lots of space no matter where you sit. Plenty of TV's and because of the windows it doesn't feel like you're in a basement. The patio looks great but I have not yet had an experience outside. This place is a joke. We stopped for a quick bite on the way to Gatlinburg. MJ greeted us, turned out she was also our server. My boyfriend asked for a cider, she said "we don't have any"...even though there is a tap handle that says "Cider" so we pointed it out to her. She asked me for my drink order, I told her I was driving so I didn't need anything. She said "just one is fine! Or you can call an uber". PRESSURING ANYONE TO DRINK IS NOT OK!!Got the cider--it was flat. Food was basic and disappointing. My boyfriend ordered another beer, an IPA. MJ also said "we don't have that". We AGAIN had to point out the two IPA tap handles. He got the beer and there was very little head. You can tell this entire establishment never gets cleaned. The tap lines need to be cleaned or changed. I went to the ladies room before I left and what do I see? MJ sitting on the bathroom counter with her feet up, talking to another employee. We went there on the national championship night and where expecting a big wait but it was pretty died but there were still some people there. The waiter was good he was quick and nice could be more talkative but he was still good. The ambiance was not very good especially with how the place is setup. It feels like your conversation is being listening to and all and all very awkward. Needs to fix how it is seating wise The food was the worst part of this whole experience the wings were like Tyson frozen wings and the pasta we had was beyond bad something that I could have made at home better and for 18 bucks it was way to much. We attend Wings Etc regularly on Sunday to watch NFL football. Food is great, the wings are my favorite in West Knoxville. The service from DJ is exceptional- he is fun and lively behind the bar- really keeps the customers engaged. They have multiple games on and accommodate patron requests. Fun place to watch football and relax. read more

I checked this place out because it was one of the attractive options across the street from a truck stop. I walked in and was comfortably seated at the bar and served by one of the kindest bartenders I've ever experienced. His name is DJ. He helped me decide what I was ordering with ease. I got 15 wings all flats with fries and beer cheese. I was amazed at how fast and perfectly fried the wings came out. To top it all off they had Sunday ticket so I was able to watch every single NFL game! I love this place ! Will be coming back soon !! read more

Since we are still under Covid restrictions, we were happy because they have a large outdoor patio (dog friendly). There are also large screen TV's on the patio. They have a nice sized menu with a large selection of beers. We each ordered a selection of wings with different dipping sauces and they were good. In fact so good, we didn't have any left to take home. The inside is laid out well, the restrooms are spotless, there is a nice sized bar with TV's all over. Would not waste my time trying to eat the wings that were serviced to our table tonight! They messed up the order and we asked them to fix it. This order was 10 wings in 2 different sauces. (Seemed like no problem.) However, when they returned the corrected wings the first 2 that were bitten into were not cooked completely. They were still bleeding. We asked that they cook another order and to please make sure that they were done. (No blood when you bite into them.) We had several of the employees tell us that their wings have big veins in them and that was a vein. Sorry!! It was not a vein! They returned with an order that was burnt! I asked if they recooked the original wings. One waitress got hostel with that one question! The manager came out to say that they had just gotten an order for "extra crunchy" wings and that's what they sent out to our table. Therefore, we would not have to wait! Excellent service, and wings are outstanding! Was greeted at the door promptly, and I never had to ask for anything the entire time I was here. The waitress was attentive and very friendly! The manager/owner came to the table and asked how I was, and how the experience was. He even gave me a free sample of the beer cheese! Restaurant is clean, and has a traditional sports bar feel. Do not go to this restaurant. The food was terrible and overpriced. On top of that I had to wait 45 minutes for my food and the place only had 3 other customers. And they were waiting too. Then when my food came, I was missing my steamed broccoli that I ordered as my side dish. I asked where my broccoli was and the waitress says "oh it's still in the microwave". Mind you they charged me $4 for this broccoli that was cooked in a microwave!!! And the wings are terrible. My son couldn't even eat his. We sent them back. We met some friends here last night. We had Brandon as our server. He is new and trying his best. We think he did an awesome job. He needs to work on remembering all the beer on tap but he is learning and that is ok. We all have to learn! We ordered wings, celery basket, spiced pickles, nachos, and a wrap. It was all delicious! The TNT sauce was my favorite! After reading the reviews I have to say this it is a new restaurant and people need to learn to be patient. If they are working out "kinks" be kind. Wow!! The food wasn't just delicious, it was incredible!! The wings were larger than other wing spots in town, and the jalapeño cheese bites were just as large in size!! My daughter and I stopped by wings etc. for lunch. We both had, you guessed it, wings. My daughter had the Parmesan wings and found them to be very good. I had one of their new sauces that was in the mid heat range on their scale, and found it to be very mild. The wings were crispy on the outside and still juicy on the inside. the bartender waited on us even though we were in the other room at a table. He was quick to keep our drinks refilled and stopped by several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall good experience and we will be back. read more

I want to start this review by saying I thought I had a semi bad experience on first visit so I made a complaint. It was addressed and investigated and left no detail overlooked, turns out I was dead ass wrong! Although embarrassed I was impressed of how quickly it was dealt with. Now the review... it's a casual friendly place sort of what you would expect from a neighborhood restaurant. The staff are amazing and super friendly! Service was second to none. The food menu is huge not just wings. I actually had a hard time figuring out what I wanted to try first! I went with the jerked boneless wings, they were amazing best flavor I've ever had! My wife went with wings on first visit and a burger the second. She loves wings but she hasn't stopped talking about the burger! LOL we went in originally for lunch but we will go back to watch a sporting event on the many large screen TV's and enjoy a few drinks as the bar area appeared nice and open. Finally a wing place in town that got it right! I will close by making a public apology for my piss poor perception to the owners and staff! Finally got to stop in this place and glad we did! We came specifically for wings and I have to say they did not disappoint. I actually expected to be underwhelmed since the outside just looks like any other fast food/chain wings place. I was wrong. These were the best wings we have had since moving to Knoxville a year ago. Better than Wild Wings, Corner 16, Double Dogs. Wings were large and perfectly cooked- crispy on the outside, juicy and hot on the inside. We also had fried green beans and they were great too. Service was decent, but the highlight of the visit was the manager, Cody. What a great, personable young man. He had a great attitude when he greeted us and when he was out in the dining room checking on tables. Even if the food hadn't been great (which it was), his attitude would have earned a second visit.
