My family and I have gone here since BEFORE I was born. There are other Kenny's in MD but I don't think they're connected. But by far this is the best one in MD! It's such a great price for five huge wings and fried rice. The wings are the 3 connected whole piece so it has the drum, flat, and little wing. The pieces are also usually big. I love their fried rice and mumbo sauce is a must have. Service is quick too! Placed my order of THREE orders of five wings w/ fried rice (15 wings in total) and it was done in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend and so does my family. My brother has gotten all of his friends hooked on this place. I've gone to the Rockville location for years, but have recently started picking up from Gaithersburg because it's closer. The chicken wings are yummy (as always), paired with their mumbo sauce. It's always the perfect amount of crispiness! I recently had the seafood fried rice as well. While I was not blown away by it, it was still good. It should be eaten fresh because it's not as good as leftovers the way regular fried rice would be. If you haven't already tried it, their frozen iced tea is always a hit too! On the downside, they started closing on Monday, on the upside, the less than friendly lady os either gone or has just lightened up a but. The portions that they give you are definitely worth the money and usually last me a few days. I recommend the fried rice, the chicken wings, and the lo mein. If you're going to Kenny's you're probably just looking for some tasty subs or Chinese food for a good price. Healthy eating shouldn't be a main concern. The food is greasy and delicious. It doesn't take that much time to come out and there are no frills when it comes to presentation. If you order Chinese food to go, you get it in a cardboard box. If you order a sub, its wrapped and put in a plastic bag. And if you order their delicious Iced Tea, you get it in a plastic container with a hole cut in the top for your straw. It's delicious and always a deal. You can get a lot of good food for a reasonable price. The Iced Tea from this location beats the others. It's cold (with frozen ice floating inside) and perfect for a humid summer day. Not to mention cheap. I get two when I go there.
