I used it for the first time and was able to place my order within 10min. The location is somewhat busy, which means parking may be an issue. I was there Saturday after lunch hour so was able to park in the lot that served a law firm. They currently are not open for dining in. Take out is well packaged and pretty quick. Note: that day when I went I was the only customer. I did noticed there were a lot of flies in the lobby. Not sure why since it seems to be pretty tidy and clean. Can be a turn off and if not a sanitary concern. The wings are a lot bigger than BWW. When I picked up my 40 wings I honestly thought they gave me the wrong order. The bag was heavy. Being that the wings are bigger we didn't need to eat as many wings to be full. Flavors were good. Since this was my first time, I tried to find the equivalent flavor to my usual BWW...obviously not the exact match but they got their own characteristics. Finally got to try this place tonight, and I was so impressed. Not too sure why the ratings weren't higher. I had ordered online and was ready on time. I came in tonight and got 15 wings, Jerk style, lemon pepper, and teriyaki with onion rings. I've been sitting in my car telling everybody how blown away I am.
