We ordered from here based off our previous experience eating the wings at a party. We ordered delivery from the Splice app and got our wings in an hour. The Golden BBQ wings were so puckery tart. It tasted good but just a tad too much mustard to make it enjoyable. The ole bay wings were delicious but a tad too salty for my taste. The wings were huge! I am not complaining at all. TERRIBLE. I asked I'm two separate places for contactless delivery yet they stand there ringing my doorbell over and over until I come. They put my boneless wings in the bag sideways so all of my food was drenched in buffalo sauce. The wings are hard, burnt, and feel like rubber. I love this place! I order from here once a week! They have the BEST subs and wings with a huge variety of flavors you can choose from. Sometimes it can take them over an hour of it's busy but they are very nice and prices are reasonable. I am not the type to order out a lot and I don't even know where this restaurant is located so by default on my one rest/cheat day I order from here. I HIGHLY recommend eating from here. I purchased 10 pizzas in the past two days and spent over $400. I couldn't believe that the front desk worker would not give me more than five crushed red pepper packets, and five Parmesan packets for each visit. I asked the front desk person if I could have more, and she replied no this is what you get for your order. I then asked her could I possibly buy the packets and she replied no we don't sell them. I then asked her if I was willing to give you $10 could you give me more packets? She then looked at the Cook spoken Spanish and looked back at me. At this point, I said never mind. The pizzas are really good but the front employees are not warm or welcoming and I will be taking my business elsewhere. It's really sad because I was willing to spend another $800 for the next four days. I have a large work project that requires a lot of people and they need to be fed. Extremely disappointed. We've ordered a few times through eat24 without much issue. However, today our order was disgusting. Our chicken tenders arrived burnt on the edges, and tasted gross. The pizza was decent, however the cheese doesn't stay on the top and was extremely hard to pull apart (which isn't a huge issue, I know). We called the restaurant to notify them, and have them replaced, however our attempt was met with a fast "you'll just have to get a free order on your next one" click. Didn't take our name, didn't ask any information, just hung up. I'm not going to feed my family burnt food, nor do I order directly through them, so the free food next time is pointless. The boneless wings were huge chunks of breast meat that were rubbery. I wouldn't feed it to my dog. The regular wings were okay, nothing that people rave about. And I've gotten better pizza at little Caesar's for half of the price. Cheese pulled right off the crust, even my 3 year refused to eat it, and he'll eat microwaved bagel bites. We always order from this place. It has become a family tradition to order from this place when we are having a special occasion like a party. We always order the honey mustard and the lemon pepper wings. My personal favorite is honey mustard and the zesty bourbon wings. The staff members are always helpful and cheerful. My review is a first impression review.. I ordered from here through the EAT24 app. I ordered the special which comes with one large pizza, 8in sub, 15 wings and a 2 liter soda. -The food: the wings were nicely seasoned and no overly hot. The pizza was ok, the sauce was either dried up or not enough but the kids didn't complain too much. The sub was good. I got an Italian meatball sub which had the right amount of everything. Overall I give the food a B+. The service: Upon delivery I noticed our order was missing the 2 liter soda. The driver apologized and reluctantly stated he would go back and get it. I received my order at 3:30. The driver did not return with the soda until 4:45. I found this to be totally unacceptable as my family was done eating at this point and the location was less than 10 minutes away. So even after I called, no one seemed too concerned to address this service issue immediately. Most places will offer something due to the inconvenience but in this case,they did not. I had to wait a hour and fifteen minutes for a mistake than should have taken 10 minutes to fix. So far as customer service I give it a D. I order a lot of takeout for a busy family so service and accuracy are a big deal to me. I will update if I decide to give this place another go. read more

Been going to this place for several years and over the last 5 times I have gotten food from them I have received burnt food, bad customer service, and been charged waaayyyyy over the menu price for items and when I go back to review refund for my food this last time the owner and front cashier worker proceeded to argue with me telling me I ordered things that I didn't. Me and my boyfriend usually order here once every weekend. We usually get two subs and an order of jumbo wings to share. Their chicken cheese-steak sub is by far the best one I've had yet in the Parkville area and they have so many flavors of the wings. Our favorites are the secret bbq, the garlic parmesan, and the honey old bay. The only thing about them is sometimes they take a while to deliver the food... usually over an hour and 9/10 they don't call you beforehand. If you happen to not hear the delivery person knocking at the door they kinda just wait or sit outside.
