Ordered multiple flavors bonless wings - Korean bbq- garlic parm- lemon pepper- mango habenero. I also ordered the boodoo fries. The Garlic parm and lemon pepler were cooked perfect with a nice crunch but way to salty!! Yhe other two flavors were a mushy mess. Placed a large order for delivery. After an hour we call to check on the order (like, where is it already. How long does it take to microwave a couple of wings). They said they gave it to someone who claimed to be with DoorDash. Really....did you confirm he was with DoorDash and not some random dude? No, because the workers are lazy and incompetent. Here's the kicker, they wouldn't redo the order or refund our money. So if I go into a restaurant, eat and don't pay, that's a crime. Consistently good!! We come to this location a couple times a month and for the past 2 years now. The staff is always friendly and they always read back the orders to ensure accuracy. Although this location seems to have a not so good reputation, I have to say I've never had a bad experience here. Have ordered take out a bunch of times and guy behind counter is friendly and doesn't screw up my order which is always a plus. I really like their bone-in wings...lightly floured golden fried tastiness with a little greasiness added for good measure. Cooked just like I like 'em and quite addicting to be honest. My go to flavors: Garlic Parmesan, Louisiana Rub, Lemon Pepper and BBQ. Mac & Cheese is ok. Not really a fan of their fries. Fresh carrots/celery. Good dips (blue cheese is my fave with chunks of blue cheese). I'm not a fan of online ordering in general. No past negative experiences, I just always worry somehow my order will get screwed up and prefer walking in or calling in order. Wingstop proved me wrong especially on Superbowl Sunday of all days. We ordered a 20 piece with extra sides and it was ready within 20 min. Nothing was missing, it was all good and fresh! In fact, some of us had incredible munchies and needed to go back for more wings. Sooo you may want to order more than you planned on. Just my 3 cents. They can and will give you additional flavors, (at least up to 3 or more depending on how many wings you get), but there is no option to do this with online ordering (max is 2). My friends and I were getting together to watch a movie at the Marcus Theater down the street and wanted to grab a bite to eat beforehand. Luckily we gave ourselves plenty of time because the service was not only bad but slow. Half of the party arrived at 6:30PM. We ordered our food and had to wait for 20 minutes to get it. Instead of calling each of us up to get the food, they grouped two of our orders together with another random customers. Then it turned out that the third order was never even processed so our friend had to wait even longer. We had all requested that the fries come tossed in the house seasoning but none of them were. We had to ask for some on the side and do it ourselves. When the second half of the group came, they also had to wait almost 25 minutes to get their food. The trays that the food came on were sticky and there were no garbage cans available for us to dispose of our trash. The people seated at the table next to us left about 15 minutes after we got there and their table was never bussed while we were there for the whole 1.5 hours. It was just covered in trash. Overall the experience wasn't that enjoyable and I had to apologize to my friends for picking this establishment. read more

We come pretty often and typically order the Louisiana Rub and the Lemon Pepper. We started adding Brazilian Citrus Pepper to the mix and I love all three of these flavors, but sometimes they are lightly seasoned and sometimes heavily seasoned. You're never quite sure how they'll be prepared, so the flavor varies slightly. I wish it was a bit more consistent. One employee often works the register and I don't know if that's the best place for her to be. She doesn't listen (or remember), she mumbles and is hard to understand, and she doesn't double check orders or verify how they should be prepared. For example, we most recently ordered a 50 piece. We didn't state if it was to go or for there and she didn't bother to check, but we sat down at a table and my husband saw from a reflection in the glass that they were prepping a full family meal, which wasn't what we ordered. They were starting to pack it up, which also wasn't what we wanted. We ended up paying more than we should have because we were charged for a family meal and not simply the 50 piece wings. We also had to ask for the drink cup that had been ordered. These types of easily avoidable issues happen more often than we'd like and so we have to be vigilant of our orders when we really come to kick back and not have to worry about dinner. read more

This is a new wing stop location in Addison near Walmart. The interior is open, clean, and has plenty of seating and large tvs. The place is actually spotless (probably because it's so new). Stopped in around noon for lunch and was the only person there. I ordered Parmesan garlic wings and Serrano wings with a side of baked beans and potato salad. The wings were good and what you would expect from any wing stop location. The sides were pretty bad. The potatoes were basically raw and the beans had this distinctive bourbon/chemical taste. Not sure if I would come back. If I do I'll stick with wings and fries only. read more

He was upset at a party that came in a little too close to closing but he was giving them attitude and specifically told them to write a review about his "good service" for taking in people around closing time. The party seemed really sympathetic for the bad timing but in regards to their food they answered "Togo" and his response was "yeah you better." Now I've been in retail and I've had my moments where I regretted people coming in close to closing but I used to maintain my integrity for myself and the company but this guy really just showed his true personality. I have gone to Wingstop at other locations for many years. This was the worst experience I have had. I am very familiar with what the taste and consistency of their sauces should be, so you can imagine my surprise when I requested a 20 piece, boneless, hot and got a batch of grease-laden disgustingness. I have attached a picture of the grease (I removed the wings and literally patted them down with paper towel, they were so saturated) to prove my point. The sauce was flavorless and awful. The wings themselves appeared to have been incorrectly prepared as well, having a color so bright in redness it matched nothing I had previously seen from Wingstop or any other wing joint. To make matters worse, Im guessing the gentleman in the back that prepared them is the owner. If the owner doesn't know how to properly prepare his own food, what are the odds his staff is going to be able to?
