Once again I order online and get there 10 mins late due to their recurring ability to not have my food ready at pick up time. When I asked why this happens I was told because it was just fries and corn it's better to order in store as they make it fresh??? Usually this place is great but the last few times I have been there I've been very disappointed. The quality of the food is great. Love the wings but the service not so much. I got an 8 piece boneless to go with 2 flavors so 4 and 4 and when I get home there are 7 wings. 6 of them are one flavor and only one wing was the other flavor. This is not the only time that's happened. On top of it when I call they say 20 min so I was right on time. I had never eaten at a Wingstop before, but thought I would give them a try. I walked into this Wingstop around 5:00 pm Sunday December 18th. I walked up to the service counter where 1 customer in front of me was in the process of receiving her order. She turned and walked out leaving me next to be served. The employee who had just finished serving the previous customer (a young black female with green streaks in her hair) turned her back to me and began to have a conversation with another employee. Another employee joined in the conversation and the 3 of them talked and laughed amongst themselves. I was left standing there without any acknowledgement of my presence! The young women with the green steaks in her hair walked away from me in order to continue talking with her fellow co workers. As I was standing there being ignored by the workers of this establishment a young man who was standing near the fryer looked at me and could tell I was upset. At this point it had been more than 3 or 4 minutes. He came over and asked me if I had been helped yet. I told him I hadn't and related the lack of customer service I had experienced up to that point. While I was expressing my dissatisfaction with my experience the young lady with the green streaks in her hair kept shaking her head & making funny faces toward her coworker in between glancing my way!! They got my order completely wrong...spoke with the manager on duty he said refund would be processed tonight 10-26-20 so I said thank you. Get a call an hour later from a random number with a guy telling me he is not issuing any refund until i bring back the food...when i told him I wasn't able to do so he said " The only way I am giving you your money back is if I get my food back" And I told him its fucked up they made a mistake and now I have deal with it. After 5 visits (stupidity on my part), a terrible experience. There is NO customer service. The older woman who usually takes the counter orders as people arrive, also answers the phone & gives take out orders to those already placed. She spews personal stories (very long winded) holding up people in line waiting to place their order. The wings, boneless or regular have been dry & chewy. The flavor choices are ok (check their web site), but they aren't available on the dipping menu, which probably would improve the horrible chicken. The cooks are very inexperienced & poorly trained to "boil"& over cook the wings. Save your $$$. Cook them at home or walk a couple doors down to Round table if you must have wings. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE !!! The employees are disgusting they do not wash their hands and touch their personal phones and then touch the food with their bare hands along with the cash registers, cash and cards. I watched one of the employees who handles the raw chicken drop all the raw chicken in the floor and put it back in the counter to use and then proceeded to fry it, so disgusting. None of the employees wear gloves, and no one wears their masks correctly. Nor would they give m a refund after stating I didn't want their food anymore, this place needs to be investigated. Probably have roaches as well. Marta the district manager called me to tell me she would not be giving me a refund unless I sent her proof, keep in mind I did not take any food home with me and cancelled my order but they still stole my money, along with Constance the store owner refusing to refund my money. This is our first time here. It's not busy for me to wait 20+ minutes for my 10 piece combo meal. You may have call in orders but they still need to learn how to manage their wait time for those who comes in to sit down and eat. I see many many many ppl walking in after me to pick up their order. I see. At least 5 employees in the back and still can't manage to get our food out any faster?!? Must be kidding me right? Now I see why the ratings here are low. Maybe I should have just order my food for pick up and sat in to eat, because apparently, that's the fastest way to get your food. I would give zero stars if I could for the service alone. Will not return to this location EVER. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review on an establishment. Ordered my food online. Said 16-26 min pick up time. Arrived at about the 20min mark paid for my food got my drinks and sat and waited. The stuff that was working were very unprofessional. Rodger was running the show and he was just as horrible. Sat for over 30 min before I finally got up and asked how much longer all the while my food was done and sitting there on the metal pick up trey while literally all the employees were standing there by the stove talking about personal drama. This Wingstop is horrible, I ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait and I can five minutes after my pickup time then I had to wait for 15 minutes and I leave and I have cold fries I call back and complain and she tells me to bring a receipt to get a new fry and when I get they tell me I have to have the actual cold fries AND the receipt so now I have to drive all the way back home and waste more gas I call my boyfriend to tell him to bring the fries outside and he has already started eating the cold fries so I call the store and tell them I'm not coming back because of that and she goes ok sorry and goes to say bye when I told her it's not fair this wasn't clarified on the phone and we argued and then she hung up on me. My family is new to the area and I love wing stop so I thought we were lucky to have one so close to us now. Today I took my kids in for lunch. About half way through our lunch I noticed something crawling on the floor. A HUGE cockroach. I got the worker's attention thinking maybe he would come around the front to see it but when I said umm I think there is a cockroach crawling out here all he said was "Probably. They come from Tug Boat and we have someone come spray weekly." What ?! That's all you have to say? This hasn't happened before. Usually they're saucy and greasy. These r COMPLETELY dry. I called n hoped they'd do something about the unusual order.. all the shift leader said was you can come back we will give u sauce or we can add on ur profile that u like it with extra sauce. If I could write a review with no stars for this restaurant, I would! I walked in to pick up an order for my son, I was given the wrong order and asked if they would redo it. The person cooking, I think his name was Elmo, spelled, ENOCH. Elmo proceeded to throw the wrong/same wings back in the fryer, so that he didn't have to get fresh ones out of the freezer.! When I asked what he was doing, this young man who acted like a little girl, came up to the counter and said what's the problem "My Nigga".. Elmo kept saying this over and over again, and I didn't quite understand what he was trying to say? Elmo was literally challenging me! I think Elmo must've been all of 15 years old, and I told him, you have a long ways to go in the world of Customer Service. Elmo kept challenging me, then I asked for the manager or the owner's phone number and left. I will say as well, when I walked into the restaurant, it smelled like a toilet, that is enough to turn anyone off to food you're picking up...
