I'm happy there wasn't a pool of oil at the bottom of the wing basket from here but the downside - We ordered for pick up and this location was very slow, the fries were cold, the ranch was runny, and the drink machine was gross and sticky. There was no tea in the tea dispenser, barely any syrup in the soda dispensers, and little to no carbonation. I tried to get tea then switched to Dr Pepper then Coke and gave up because it all tasted terrible and watered down. read more

This is not a great restaurant to order wings. First, after messing up my order, overcharging me, then refunding my card, take two days. I had paid again. The food tastes good. The staff are helpful and friendly. We got boneless bbq wings and then regular wings with a rub, bbq and original. Fries and veggies. The portion of fries on the family pack- 26 wings- was massive and the veggies were minimal in comparison. While the flavors all tasted good they were all DROWNED in sauce. Too much. So much so I was wiping off sauce with my finger and then using a paper towel to remove as much as I could. They could save a ton by reducing the amount of sauces used and pooled in the containers. Next time we would order baked wings and a side of the flavors we wanted. The Louisiana run was too salty and the fries were also over salted but were just the right thickness and cooked perfectly. read more

Make sure you ask for no grease bc apparently they do not care at all about good food quality.. shame we have to go to camp Bowie or elsewhere to get our favorite flavors and fries . Manager was very friendly and refunded my money after I called. I don't blame anyone at this location for what happened. I'm just confused and concerned how their system did not get my order and did not allow for me to get a refund until the next day. There should be a way for the employees to confirm whether an order was filled or not, and if it wasn't filled, the customer should simply get a refund. I have had wings here multiple times. They make the food right how I order it. I've ordered multiple times, (sometimes tricky orders like no seasoning on fries or plain chicken for the kids) they have always gotten the order perfect. This one issue just really rubbed me wrong. I will continue to order from this location. If it goes better down the road I will update the review. This is the worst wing stop location I have ever been to. It is the closest to our house so we have tried it a handful of times and every time they get our order wrong. The manger that you have working there... The white lady running around looking lost. Needs to learn how to talk to people. Do not Holler at me like I am a kid across the store. Going to rate the Five Stars based on our experience on August 25th. First, I want to say the only time we experienced consistent quality from a Wing Stop, is when we lived in another town. Many Dallas and Fort Worth locations do not leave us with great experiences and rarely find a location which we return a second time. Our first order from THIS location was excellent. Seasoned perfectly and portioned generously. It was delivered. Packed well, with items secured. It was very delicious. We were informed the order would be delayed due to volume. It was delivered in a reasonable time frame. No complaints at all. The extra expense for delivery was worth the convenience for that order. We've had another order in-store. Service was above expectations. A recent order did not go as well. A dressing had broken & spilled in the bag. The veggie order was large and we received a small. The fries were heavily seasoned when it was ordered as light seasoning. The wings were satisfactory, not tossed as well as the first order. The convenience of the delivery is voided when the order arrives unsecured and insufficient. The driver delivered with care both times. It wasn't a delivery issue. I'd like to give the location one more order before the need to adjust my rating. I'm not a big fan of a negative reviews with a single inconvenience or order didn't meet all expectations. Regardless of when the order is placed, it should have the same quality. I think this one was rushed a bit because it was close to closing time. read more

Unfortunately, we just haven't been impressed by this location. We have ordered from here a few times. The delivery was free today. That was a bonus. The orders are consistently delivered correctly, but the wings and thighs are SO overcooked! Three out three thighs today were almost like jerky. When they are slightly busy, they are always VERY short staffed. I called to place an order, the first guy passed me off to someone else (no big deal) then the other guy told me to wait a bit because they were busy, then just hung up on me. You'd have more luck drive a couple miles down the road to the Hulen location. read more

Called in an order an they said it'd be done in 20 minutes. I went to pick up about 25 minutes after and they were cleaning up the kitchen my food was no where in sight then they said it'd be done in an additional 15 minutes. we eat here about once a month and the food is pretty consistant, consistantly over seasoned.......the two issues I have are 1)wayyyyyyy too much seasoning on the fries and the tenders ...even when I order light season its no different, I mean damn....way too salty....2) online ordering, we order online and they give a time window when it will be ready......if I show up early I wait forever, If I show up on time like I did tonigt it had been sitting ready for obviously a long time, fries were soggy and cold as was the wings and tenders....they need a way to let you know order is ready like other places do... read more

I have ordered from this Wingstop about 5 times and pretty much every time, they have messed something up. This last time is what is making me write this review. They were out of 32 oz cups but their website still let us order and pay for them. No problem, it's likely not their fault at the store, so we called just asking for a refund on the drinks or the difference or even free drinks next time we got food from there. The lady in the phone was gaslighting us and said that there's nothing they could do since it was an issue with the website. Which is stupid. And she even said that the large drinks were the same price as the regular drinks which is obviously not true. And whenever we were saying that all we want is credit for the drinks, she said "we'll I'm not going to respond to ignorance," and hung up. Fucking outrageous. Never again. read more
