When will Corportate realize they have a failing company? WIngstop wings are some of the best around! However, their service is notoriously baaaaad!!! Workers are downright mean, not paying attention to customers, giving customers wrong items and forgetting items. Managers that can't make change. And have bad attitudes. Food allergies are no fun!!!! Eating out can be a complete nightmare. My husband decided to order food from a restaurant I was not able to eat at. So I walked over to Wing Stop! Here I go, letting another person know about my allergies and handing them my allergy card. The manager comes to the front and talks to me about my allergies, he looked up ingredients pulled out bags and scoured ingredient list. We came up with wings with buttery Parmesan sauce that seemed to be safe. My husband brought in his food and I ate along with him at their table. Afterwards the manager asked how was the food, I said "I'm Alive" he laughed. The food was great and I lived through it. I ordered through Uber Eats and got: 4-piece tenders - 2 Louisiana Rub + 2 Hot Honey 4-piece tenders - 2 Hawaiian + 2 BBQ 3-piece tender combo - Louisiana Voodoo Fries + 3 Cajun tenders + Diet Soda Here's what I actually received: 2 Louisiana Rub (packaged together with the Cajun tenders) 2 Cajun (should have been 3) 2 Hawaiian 2 BBQ I'm completely missing the Hot Honey tenders I was most excited to try, especially since so many people rave about that flavor. The two Louisiana tenders from my first 4-piece order were packaged with the Cajun tenders from my combo, which made it even more confusing, and I ended up short a Cajun tender. The fries and drink were fine, but between the missing tenders, the wrong packaging, and my promo for a free 4-piece apparently not being applied correctly, I'm disappointed. I met an employee and manager at a local store. Ken said I wouldn't be disappointed. So, I stopped in, order 2 different flavors of wings and they were done to perfection. They were meaty and both the Cajun and Korean BBQ had a nice little bite. Not too hot, not too mild. Thanks to Ken for convincing me to try them. Unfortunately, the normal manager, Anthony, was not around. Waited over an hour, ordering online stated that the food would be ready in 16 minutes. Huh? Really guys, $60 worth of food, fries are cold, chicken was ok, and didn't even revive the correct dressings ordered. I do think this place needs a bit of a district manager to come in a sweep the dead weight off and get shit moving. This is my first time coming to Wingstop. The service was exemplary.!! Five stars. The food was so good and it was served so hot. It's a very large portion. There's no way you can finish it all. Ordered 25 wings- 10 mild, 10 BBQ, and 5 garlic parm add on along with seasoned fries. This is what I got (see pic)I called as soon I got home. They said they can remake order and will be done in 20-25 minutes since we wanted well done. I headed back up there 15-20 minutes on way depending on traffic and trains. 10pm at night. No longer interested in eating but wanted my moneys worth. I picked up. No sorry ! No we apologize! No manager to come over to make sure I was pleased. 12 an hour to cook all chicken, sauce and box all orders, clean entire line, clean and filter oil in fryers, stock all coolers and freezers, sweep and mop entire kitchen, clean entire kitchen, while 1-3 other people do wherever isn't on this list. Didn't really mind though until they started asking me for more and to do things I felt were unsafe (moving 5 350+ degree bars of oil at same time without help just one example) Walk in nothing stocked all trash full 10 orders need to be made and only half the food down. Wingstop is very disrespectful and rude to anyone who is disabled. They discriminated against my boys who both have muscular dystrophy. They have absolutely no compassion for anyone who has limitations or is disabled. The staff said that it didn't matter that they are disabled. So, if you want to be treated horribly. The Berea Ohio location is the place. I'm sure it is the same at all wingstop locations. I had to give them 1 star to post review. They don't deserve any stars. read more

Ordered online. I ordered 10pc boneless and 2pc chicken tender. When I got there to ask if my order was ready (which it was), the person at the front acted like I was inconveniencing him. Got back in my car and checked the bag to make sure everything was in there. I saw three separate boxes, so I assumed it was all good. Worst place to work. Employees bartering the food for other food at other restaurants during their lunch. That's a form of stealing. It's not their food to barter. One time I saw a handwritten note from an employee for 40 wings. When I asked why it wasn't rang up on the register, I was told it was for Chipotle. Then I noticed an employee leave with the items and come back with lots of food from Chipotle. When times were extremely busy, one particular employee named Hailey would be sitting in the back room, on her phone, watching videos. The rule was no breaks during busy times. But Hailey made her own rules. She would be sitting in the back room, eating for over an hour! And you were only allowed 15 minutes when you weren't busy. On occasion, you could take 1/2 hour, but you had to clock out. Hailey never clocked out. This is also a form of theft. She also had charges in Berea Municipal Court for theft because she stole from a company. When I first started, I noticed that there was a tip cup out on the counter. Hailey decided who would get the tip money and passed it out to about 1/3 of the employees. When I asked one of the workers why she didn't divide it among other workers, I was told 'because she's pregnant'! This place is a JOKE.
