I stopped at this Quaker Lube in the Cleveland airport recently. It's located near B5 gate. It's a tight squeeze with a bar area and about 20 tables but it works. My server Billy was exceptional at handling the various tables and getting everyone's order out. Billy's customer service was excellent as well. I wanted to order wings as I did miss eating them when I lived in Cleveland. However, $10 for 5 wings wasn't going to cut it for me. I ordered the Lube burger with fries. I don't know if I was just hungry or it was just good lol. It's a hearty burger, not skimpy at all. Overall, my meal was good and extremely filling. The service was fast so I still had 20 minutes prior to boarding. I will definitely be returning

This is my second time here leaving CLE and service was great both times. My server Billy was very attentive and friendly. He happened to be my same server from 6 months ago and still greeted me with a smile on his face. Food is always fresh and beer was ice cold. Steady crowd and close walk to my B Gate. Last time I had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich which was very good, too! See you guys next time, Billy!

A shell of what QS&L used to be. Terrible.

I used to love QS&L. The wings were great, the sauces were great. But this visit convinced me this is not the same place that started in Sharon Pa. The boneless wings were awful - was there even chicken inside those breading covered rocks? Hard to the point where my knife and fork BROKE trying to cut thru them. The side salad - a mess, thrown together. At least it was edible.

Overpriced airport location Wings ordered were reheated or cold drowning in sauce. Beers expensive. Worst were the bar seats... not comfortable at all and not conducive to keeping people there drinking... my back welcomed the Delta airlines cushioned chairs after seating on Quaker Lube hard oversized, high chairs with sharp seat edges... menu options were lousy to lame to needing help... I wish I ate at another restaurant at airport at earlier gate area. 10 wings with minimal meat on them, dry overcooked or reheated, 2 beers and tip 50 bucks... Holy my wallet Batman if I was paying

Great place for brunch before you get to plane. Open early and full bar. I got the bacon breakfast sandwich and it didn't disappoint! Would go here again!

The food was decent for an airport but the service was very slow, our waitress seemed to be unable to multitask and she was the only person for table service. Best bet is probably eating at the bar.

We needed lunch and we didn't want to miss our flight (which right across the walkway). Been a while since I've had Quaker Steak and the wings are just as filling as I remember. The flavor of the sauce was there in abundance, meaning there was extra in the tray and on each wing. We were greeted and told we could pick anywhere and our server would be right with us. Our server must've been the only one in at the time, we waited about 10-15 minutes before she came over and took our order. She then came back a few minutes later to confirm which sauce I wanted, which is fine, but maybe write things down and repeat back to confirm. Food took a while but it came out hot and ready. The seating area started getting more and more full and other guests were getting very antsy. Some folks just got up and left with no order taken. I can understand the frustration, but unfortunately for the one server present she was getting the brunt of the displeasure from the guests. Food was good. Service was as friendly as could be but still, not my best trip to this spot in the airport.

Delicious breakfast, hot, served quickly, and my server was very friendly/accommodating. The omlet was hearty, the potatoes were seasoned perfectly, and the toast was yummy too!

    Bartender and server chatting together.

Rude server and bartender. Table was filthy. Wiped it up ourselves with wet ones. We left after waiting 20 mins. Wasn't busy but staff preferred to talk with one another than customers.

Not many breakfast choices in the airport so we settled for The Lube. Only customers early in the morning so service was quick. The decaf coffee was excellent. I had a breakfast sandwich which was decent. Service was good.

The facility is far bigger than I thought it would be. They have a central restaurant with multiple party centers on either side. It's a really BIG facility. New, modern, and quite attractive. With plenty of convenient parking. The wall of the restaurant that faces Cleveland Hopkins Airport is all glass. It affords you quite an impressive view of the airport and the planes landing. The staff we met was pleasant and efficient. Our server, Mina, did an excellent job all night. If there was a weak point, it would be the food. It was not bad (I'm trying to be kind); it was just uninspired, limited, and not really well prepared. Because they do not offer bread for the table our only option was to order the "Soft Pretzel". It arrived badly overcooked, crunchy not soft, and even boardering on burnt. The charcuterie board was OK, but uninspired. I ordered the "Lemon Chicken" which was a full half chicken in a reasonably good sauce. But the meat was dry and it came only with brussel sprouts (yuk!). My wife had the "Walleye" which she simply said was "okay"... oh well. Our guests weren't any more impressed than we were. I will say our coffee and "Pot de Creme" were very good... thank goodness. All in all, our overall experience was "meh"... just "meh". Sorry - really probably should be 3.5

We dropped in for Happy Hour, looking for cocktails and a few bites, and were immediately struck by the well-appointed space. The runway views at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport added an unexpected layer of entertainment--watching planes take off and land while toasting 14 years of marital bliss felt like the perfect backdrop. We started strong with a French 75 and an Old Fashioned--both expertly crafted, but that Old Fashioned? Smooth, balanced, and memorable enough to set the tone for the entire evening. Wednesday happens to be Wing Day ($2 whole wings), and we took full advantage. We sampled Buffalo, Sweet & Tangy BBQ, Lemon Pepper Dry Rub, and the undeniable star of the show: Garlic Parmesan. Each had its own personality, but that Garlic Parmesan was simply elite. Service was impeccable--Emily was attentive without being intrusive, making sure our experience flowed as effortlessly as the cocktails. Speaking of which, round two brought a Cosmo alongside a repeat of that Old Fashioned...because when you find the right note, you stay in that key. For food, we shared the French Dip Baguette--shaved prime rib, provolone, horseradish aioli, and au jus done right--and paired it with the Mega Crunch Fries, elevated with sea salt, rosemary, and a light truffle oil drizzle. Simple menu items, executed with intention. We closed the evening the same way we began--together, with one final round of Old Fashioneds. A Happy Hour well spent. A celebration well honored. A 14-year journey still taking off.

I don't drink anymore, so seeing a non alcoholic drink section was nice to see. I was made aware that the base of the Aplos was very herbal and tart. The first one brought to me was very tart. Very, very tart. I was not a fan, my dad was going to drink it, our waitress: Deja noticed and offered to have it remade. I accepted, the bartender came out to drop it off and explained how she changed it up. She stood by me and waited until I tried it. A bit much, it was better. The tartness was only at the end for a brief moment. They didn't have a specific gluten free menu, but Deja did tell us what was naturally gluten free and/or could be modified. A lot of the food is made in house. A lot of it looked appealing, but they had gluten free noodles that were not made in house. So I went with a trusted filet mignon cooked medium. The demi glace was an excellent touch. The potatoes were pretty good. The broccolini wasn't what I was hoping for. My parents dishes were much larger. Leftovers were had and enjoyed on a second day. I would maybe try the short ribs next time we would go. The building is very rustic and decorative. The bathroom is upstairs; an elevator is present is needed. A very interesting place. Staff and kitchen very accommodating. The prices are high for the amount you're given. Would love some in house pasta that is gluten free with an in house sauce. I was there primarily for the company. Not my favorite spot. I would be willing to go again.
