We saw that there was a large party at the tables and a few people at the bar. We knew it would be a minute but we didn't expect the ignorant behavior that we experienced. The bar tender never greeted us. We heard him speaking with the large party asking if they wanted him to clear the table before dessert. He went back and forth from the large table to the bar clearing the table, still never acknowledging us. Around his 3rd trip back to the bar there were some regulars that must have asked for a refill. He refilled their beers, still did not acknowledge us, then went back to the large party to finish clearing. As he was heading back to the table again we were getting up to leave and that's when he semi acknowledged us. He looked at my husband, still didn't say anything, my husband said 'we're just going to leave'. The bartender just looked at my husband and kept moving to the large party. At this point my husband and I were done being disrespected so we got left. It is very disappointing because I was looking forward to the visit. I don't know if we'll ever go back there again. The bag was dropped off and put it over to the side to finish my drink before leaving. Shortly afterwards, another server came over and grabbed my bag and said my order was mixed up with another lady (who opened the bag and saw she had my food). The server promised me that she didn't touch it and switched out our bags. Deciding to live on the edge, I left. When I got back to the hotel, I had my food, but no utensils nor ketchup for the fries. 0 Stars I see this place has 3.5 stars, but I cannot in good conscience give anything more than a 2. The menu said 3 strips of breast meat, and I was expecting strips, but these were actual chicken tenders, and a good size with lots of meat. They have sushi, bubble tea, ramen, and a lot of other stuff on the menu. They're very popular with lots of people dining in and a lot of take out.
