My first time ever at a Longhorn Steakhouse. Knowing this was a chain, I didn't have high expectations. However, I was very pleased with my experience at this location. An extra star goes to the excellent service we received from our server, Denisha (not sure if I spelled her name correctly). She was super friendly and helpful! Denisha was familiar with all the items on the menu and provided great detailed suggestions. And she was spot on! She also checked on us regularly, and really helped enhance our dining experience! The soft and warm bread is pretty addicting. For apps, the Texas Tonions and Seasoned Steakhouse Wings are popular classics. Both good starters, and the tonions weren't overly greasy, which was a pleasant surprise. The porterhouse was nicely grilled. It's been a little over two years since I been here and not much has changed. The food and service are still fantastic. I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye again. It was juicy, had minimal fat, and cooked to a perfect medium rare. No sauce was necessary. I also had the opportunity to try the Seasoned Steakhouse Wings, the Shrimp & Lobster Chowder, and the Steakhouse Mac & Cheese. All delicious! If you're a fan of dry rubs you have to try the wings! As far as service goes, the hostess wasn't very welcoming, but our server Denisha was awesome. She was friendly, respectful, and accommodating. LongHorn continues to impress me. I will be back! We went to Longhorn on Friday, Jan.23 for our anniversary. We were seated in a corner that seemed nice and quiet but we were SO wrong. A large party was seated next to us, and at times, we couldn't have a conversation. The children at that table were walking around and it just ruined the ambiance. We went out on a Saturday night so we knew we were up against a crowd. This was our second choice since we had a 4 hour wait at the first place. So we go to Longhorn with a 35 minute wait. This was actually not a problem. First off, We felt very bad for our server. The restaurant was completely understaffed. The servers had way too much on their "plates" to handle. They need to hire more employees. They have the money to afford more help especially since their food is quite subpar! Low quality food that to me was not even edible. Their ingredients are cheap, tastes horrible and overpriced so of course they can hire more servers. Also, my daughter ordered a martini and it was the quantity of less than 5 ounces. Andrew corrected that. Maybe if we had the steak, something that they are known for and not all appetizers we might have been alright. They have the appetizers frozen, shipped in, they warm it up and send it out. It's a chain, I get it but ugh. Considering the amount of time we sat and waited for anything to happen sealed the deal for me. We laughed every time we heard. Sorry, I'll be right back. Came for hub's birthday last Thursday. Came out around 7:00 pm. We were seated right away. This was our first time at this location. Our waitress was great. Took our drink orders promptly and provided hot bread. She checked on us regularly. We ordered our meal and I was told no baked potatoes. I was bummed but went with mash. When our meals came out low and behold there was a delicious baked potato. The waitress said she decided to surprise me when the kitchen informed her they were ready - it was a very nice surprise. Came to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday and the restaurant appeared to be having kitchen issues based on an overheard conversation behind us. All good, we can handle it. Ordered a filet, just like my hubs. Both got the same size, his medium, mine medium well. This is a picture of what was served to me. his was thick and perfect. I wasn't able to call due to my work schedule & they are only available M-F 8 to 4:30. Had dinner at Longhorn on last night. Joined waitlist seating online and we were seated within a few minutes of arrival. Right from the start it looked like this location is short staffed. We only received 2 menus but we were a party of 4. Hostess said she'd return with 2 more menus, but did not. No big deal. Waited a little while for waitress to take our drink order and we also ordered our food choices at the same time. Waitress, who was very nice, returned and said they were out of baked potatoes. How does a steakhouse run out of baked potatoes? It was 6 pm on a Sunday. Substituted loaded mashed potatoes. Assuming mashed were made ahead of time or they are different potatoes. Got food. I ordered a 6 oz filet med. well. It was red. Didn't send back since it took very long to get the order to begin with. Brought it home to reheat in the air fryer. Daughter's boyfriend ordered steak done medium. It was bloody. We spent about 2 hours there and it was over an hour before we received our food. Hoping this was just a bad day but will probably wait several months before we return and give it another try. read more

Thoroughly enjoyed this place! I took the family here after leaving the mall and we had a huge meal. We started with the Seasoned Steakhouse Wings and the Spicy Shrimp. Our server, Oday recommended them both and he was spot on. The wings were crispy and well seasoned. The shrimp came with some spicy veggies and was better than calamari. I had the Porterhouse and couldn't finish it. The drinks are affordable and generous. My wife ordered a strawberry margarita and the drink came with the cocktail shaker still full of extra libation. She did make a good recommendation on getting a full bottle of wine as it was more economical per glass as 2 of us were having the same thing. They brought it out and placed it on the table with 2 glasses and walked away. First for me as every other place I've been to poured a glass. Not a big deal though. A couple of years ago I was at a Longhorn Steakhouse in North Carolina and had a negative experience. However, I wrote a negative review but then realized that it wasn't fair that I didn't notify the manger and give a chance to rectify the problem. So on this visit in Pennsylvania I had another rare negative experience. I ordered the tilapia with grilled shrimp. Yes I know seafood in a Steakhouse and your complaining? Well I found about three pin bones in the fish. Now to be honest the meal was so good that I fought through it. When our waiter came around, remembering that I neglected to speak up at the previous Longhorn, I mentioned it to him. Shortly a manager came over and thanked me for telling them so no other People would get bones. Nice but maybe a little discount or comp my iced tea? Nope. Next problem, we got there at 7:30 for dinner, not very crowded but service was very slow. Over an hour to eat. Sorry but not acceptable. No apologies for this Faus pas either. Am I too picky? 5 Star food, 1 Star waitress. I took my parents to Longhorn to celebrate my Mom's birthday yesterday and the food was delicious, but the service was disappointing. Our server, Tuyet, barely smiled or even looked at us, instead hurrying through every interaction like she didn't want to be there. From snatching the menu from my hand, to dropping the take home container on the table, it was just abysmal customer service. Making matters worse, this wasn't the first time we've had Tuyet as our server. She was just as unpleasant the last time we visited Longhorn, but we figured she was just having a bad day. Apparently this is the norm. Thankfully the food was great. I had the salmon with rice and broccoli, and my parents each had the Renegade sirloin which they really enjoyed. The loaf of wheat bread provided before our meal was super fresh and a welcomed surprise. We would have ordered dessert, but were so disgusted with the service that we left early. We ordered online. We called numerous times to alert them that we were waiting there for our curbside order and they didn't respond. When they finally did, they said they gave our order to a different customer in error. We waited an additional 45 more minutes for them to start the order from scratch. The food: there was a missing order of rice, no onions or mushrooms on the chopped steaks but in different containers sitting in grease and VERY overcooked, very little gravy also in separate containers and no extra that we'd asked for, a way undercooked lobster tail, burned and greasy brussels-sprouts. The food was almost inedible and some very salty. We called and asked for the manager. After everything that happened, all she offered was a gift card or refund each at $50.00. How insulting! After all of the inconvenience of waiting, our family and guests not having dinner(s) and some incomplete and the terrible food that wasn't even made correctly-all she offered was $50.00 out of an almost $90.00 order, 12% which was the tip. We felt we should've gotten a full refund. Three nights ago we ordered a 10oz salmon, paid for it and only got a 7oz salmon. We never even advised them about that but nonetheless, we were not happy about it. We've dealt with other mistakes from them but this was the worst and it wasn't handled to our satisfaction.
