Interesting business practice here in this location. I visited other locations in other states but this location surprised me. I had wanted to order the 30 wings for $30 and I entered the location ready to order and they told me they are only accepting online orders, which was odd since there are cashiers here. I sat down and took me some time to order it online. One issue I see is that was waiting in the lobby area for my food but since I ordered the food online, the packager of the food would not announce the order but put it on the rack for online, so I would constantly ask if that was the order and no one would check. After 30 minutes getting my online order which was sitting on the rack, I wanted to get a soda, no ice from machine and there was a bucket of ice on the counter. I got to say this location is just always a mess. They have messed my order up on numerous occasions. Tonight they forgot to add my chicken strips to my order. I didn't listen to the wife and check the bag before I got home.. lessoned learned to always triple check the bags they make. Usually they forget the ranch. I ordered 20 wings -- 6 Mexican Street, 6 Louisiana Rub, and 8 Original Hot. I placed my order online and went to the store for pickup. There were quite a few people waiting for their orders, and the restaurant didn't meet its estimated pickup time, possibly due to the busy lunch rush. I have been to many Wingstops across the country. They all operate relatively the same. It's mainly for take-out, but they do have a few tables. The food is always good. However, the main complaint I have is that food prep takes too long. I have never been to a Wingstop that took less than 30 minutes to get your order. With the exception of this one (took 30 minutes), all the others took at least 40 minutes. Some even start making your order when you arrive, so ordering ahead doesn't seem to matter. You still will have the 40 min wait regardless. Overall though, this location is the best I've been to. They have many flavors of chicken wings, chicken sandwiches, and even various French fry options. I admit their fries are pretty tasty. Certain days of the week they have wing specials. Also, there are deals on their app. I do recommend giving them a try. Just expect it to take awhile for your order. read more

I always enjoy the wings and Voodoo fries with ranch, cheese, and Cajun seasoning. They have the best ranch out there, and that is probably my favorite part of wingstop! However, I'm giving this location 3 stars because of consistent issues with service. Every time I order ahead, my food isn't ready until 20 minutes after the promised time. First time here. In the center of a building with smoothie king and five guys. Lot parking available but can be busy. Food was ready when promised, online order. The wings were good and I will return when I want wings. Had the lemon pepper and the garlic parm. Lemon pepper had great flavor. Garlic parm was good and plenty of cheese. The corn was good. You can get the standard Cajun seasoning or also choose another. I had Cajun and lemon pepper. Both flavorful, Cajun slightly spicy. I ordered the voodoo fries but it didn't make it in the bag and I didn't think to check before I left. I'll need to try it next time. Went in when they said the food would be ready, and it took another 45 mins to get my To go order. Also, check your bag because about half the time they leave something out. This should have been a 5 star rating but after going to pick up me and 2 of my coworkers' lunch and finding they didn't have any sodas except No Sugar options due to their truck not coming, the situation wasn't the best... When I asked about this the young lady seemed frustrated and didn't really have another option to offer. As I was on the phone with one of my coworkers she asked couldn't she get a refund for the soda and I was told it would take 5-7 days, which my coworker said that wasn't a problem. By then I asked my coworkers if I was able to get them a replacement would that be alright; I had noticed there was bottled lemonades in their case behind the counter, they said sure and asked if that could be a replacement for the drinks. At this point the young lady looked a little relieved and said yes. It was then that I realized her attitude was not with me but with her frustration with the situation. I left feeling better than how I felt coming in but it wasn't a great experience. I think the thing that bothered me the most was the lack of communication. Staff was friendly and courteous and had our order ready in 10-15 minutes which seems normal based on other restaurants we've ate at. No issues, recommend stopping by for some wings. I was really trying to support a local Wing Stop in my area. I called in my order at 4:15 PM on a Sunday afternoon. I was told it would take 10 to 15 minutes to have my order ready, which was fine. When I got there 20 minutes later they told me that there were five orders ahead of mine. Even though I called the order in 20 minutes ago there was still five ahead of me I was trying to figure it out. Well I just told him to cancel the order because I was going to be late for work. Came to this location to pick up a carry out order. I arrived and told the employees the name for the order 5 times. After sitting for 30 minutes, I was eventually told "oh we don't have your order in your system". I double checked and saw that they had confirmed receiving the order. When I went back in to get help, the kitchen manager essentially shooed me away saying the other tickets are more important than my order that is 30 minutes late.
