It was right around Halloween, and I came in with two of my sons, just as a large crowd of costumed families arrived from a trunk or treat event nearby. I was amazed at the way the staff handled the sudden influx of traffic. They had a super efficient (but subtle) system for calling out new arrivals coming in from each entrance, for watching the supplies and cleanliness at the drink station, and getting food out to people quickly. It happened to be my son's 7th birthday that weekend, and, proud as he was, he mentioned it to a manager on our way out. The manager asked us to wait a moment. He ran into the back, and came out with a birthday card and a stuffed toy. It really made his day. Thanks for a great experience!
