Not bad. Better than I was expecting. A few changes I would add is toasting the bun it was kinda soggy when I started eating it (maybe 4 mins after it arrived at our table). Also the fries could be cooked slightly longer to be a little crispier. The sauce was really good. The other thing that could work on is the bathrooms. They were kinda gross. Finding this location was very easy, but I'm confident I won't need to find it again. The set up when walking in is sort of awkward, with high walls which seem to block kitchen and grill area. There appear to be a lot of menu items, but the prices seem to be a bit higher than I would have expected. I got a burger and fries; the burger was a big disappointment, but at least the french fries were good. I suppose it's hard to go wrong when you use a bag from the grocery store. After ordering my food, I waited in the seating area, which was a bit dirty and unkept. The floors were a bit greasy and needed a good mopping. given the price and quality of the food, I don't think I would return or recommend. read more

We stopped in after months of anticipation and we were left a little bummed. I ordered the original skillet burger and my BF ordered the brisket sandwich. We split a order of curly fries. The fries order was HUGE! We couldn't even finish half of them between both of us. They taste just like arbys and personally I am a fan. The brisket sandwich was disappointing. Both of the buns were crumbling apart which made it challenging to keep hold of the sandwich. I wanted to love my burger but discovered that the cheese for sure was definitely ruining it. It was bad! The cheese-less bites were good but the cheese for sure ruins it further. My BF had the same cheese on his sandwich and noted that the cheese was making it worse as well. The burgers we ordered (Original Skillet and Blazin Blazin), unfortunately, was nothing spectacular or unique, I felt you could go to any burger joint and order one that would taste the same or even better. The milkshake was tasty but, again, nothing to set it apart from others. I tried ordering a few other items on their menu but the cashier let me know they were either out of it or they'd just added it to their menu so I was not able to order it. I definitely will be taking another visit to try their new items (ex. Sambusa). Location was perfectly located with only 4 dine in parking spots and the rest are 30 mins - more for pickup orders I would assume. Street parking is available. Staff was friendly but the food was bad. You will get better quality food at five guys next door. It's sad because I was excited to support a local small business. It seems like the google reviews are botted and possibly some on here too. My friend and I chose to eat here because we saw it had 4.5 stars. We should have read the reviews first, because it seems like people who have ACTUALLY eaten here agree that it sucked. Photos of food posted don't look like the real thing. Everything we ordered seems like it came from Costco. All I can say is the mark up was incredible and they must be rolling in cash from suckers like us. Truffle burger was more just a standard burger with mushrooms, not a lot if any truffle sauce going on but still tasty! An option for just regular fries would be nice, but the American fries with special sauce and cheese was DE-LISH. My friend had the original. Perfectly cooked, melty cheese, fresh bun, and knowing its halal/no risk of pork contamination made it all the better! read more

Best food and best customer service buffalo chicken fries is my favorite good job everyone

I was super excited to try this place since they have Halal standards for their food. Unfortunately, my experience of my in-store order didn't go that well. It's been 45 minutes and I still haven't gotten my food. I'd ask for a refund but everyone is frantic running around trying to get things done. Not exactly the way I envisioned spending my night. I hope the food is good. It's now 7:15. Now the angry customers are taking attention away from getting my order done. It should be noted that the food is not made fresh. They pull the meat out of a bin and reheat it on the grill. There's really no sense of urgency to get the orders out. One of the cooks walked outside with an order leaving one guy to do all the kitchen work. This place is not ready for prime time. So, it took them an hour to get my burger to me. The excuse the owner made was that the online orders are overwhelming. The burger tastes as you would expect by the way it's prepared. Our first time here, we came in and walked to the register - cashier didnt greet us or ask us "what can i get for you" he gave us a blank stare and waited for us to tell him what we wanted. We ordered the smack and cheese burger, oh so hot burger & loaded tots which ran us almost $40. Once we finished ordering, we sat and waited quite a long time for our food to come out, which i dont think shouldve taken as long as it did considering we were the only ones dining in at the time. When our food came out it looked nothing like the photos advertised. burgers were subpar at best, lacked flavor, bun was dry & the presentation of the burgers didnt live up to my expectations. loaded tots were NOT WORTH $7.99. Serving size was small, & the melted american cheese solidified quickly. The only thing that sorta makes the loaded tots better were the caramelized onions. Extremely clutch that they have a parking lot in this area and the interior of the restaurant was very pleasing and neatly arranged, besides the random books above the fireplace which we found hilarious. Service: 8/10. Staff were great and helpful despite being clearly short handed and tired. I did however end up waiting 15+ min for fries because the limited amount of staff were too busy to realize they were ready for me. Food: 6/10. I appreciate that there's finally a halal establishment in the area but the food was nowhere near the hype we saw on TikTok. The burgers and fries were bland and it didn't help that the buns were stale. The cheese and sauces on our food were carrying so hard but even they were too mid to save the dish. The food honestly wasn't terrible, it just tasted like something you can put together at home. I'd definitely revisit if I was in the area and hungry, but I wouldn't go out of my way. So I decided to try this restaurant after coming across a tik tok video of this exact restaurant but let me tell you the video was a complete lie I've never been more disappointed in my life. So I order the Urban fries, an Urban burger, The chicken sandwich and my niece ordered the Buffalo Chicken fries and an order of the plain fries after the food arrives we give it a taste and it was all down hill from there. The Urban burger was as dry as a powder house with a much too sweet sauce and cold cheese, The urban fries were a good attempt but fell way short maybe if my fries were fresh and not pre cooked it may have been better but I doubt it since it again used that too sweet sauce from the urban burgwr. The chicken sandwich wasn't bad but it wasn't good either again if it was fresh it probably would have been good. The buffalo chicken fries was this places.saving grace because its the only thing keeping me from saying this place is terrible it needs a bit more chicken and for that chicken to have some crunch but the flavors were spot on. Long story short is would I go outta my way to come here...No but would I eat here if I were in the area...probably not being as they are right next door to Five Guys and I know there my food would be hot and fresh. Decided to try out this place from a friend recommendation. The Mushroom Burger was bland and the Oh So Hot Burger wasn't spicy at all. The slice of cheese on the burger wasn't melted as I'd imagine it would be if it was on the grill. The Buffalo Chicken Fries was pretty decent.
