I placed my order online and called the store about two minutes later because I wanted to make a modification to my order. The employee, who I believe was the shift lead, put me on hold because a customer had walked into the lobby. After being on hold for about three minutes, she came back and told me my order was already ready. I was surprised because it had only been about five minutes since I placed the order. It doesn't seem realistic that the order could have been freshly prepared that quickly. When I arrived to pick up my order, I mentioned that I had been put on hold and never given the opportunity to make the change. Instead, I was simply told the order was already completed. What concerns me even more is the quality of the wings. It appeared that the wings had already been cooked and were just being tossed in sauce when the order came in. The store advertises fresh-fried wings, but based on my experience, I question how long they had been sitting before being served. I used to visit this location frequently, but the lack of customer service, poor communication, and concerns about food freshness have left me very disappointed. We typically love Wing Stop. This location has been good in the past. However, we ordered from there yesterday and it was so bad. The classic wings were small and dry. The boneless wings were small. They left the large veggie side out of my order and I didn't notice until much later. The employee didn't show me what I ordered so that was probably a red flag. They weren't even busy. I paid $50 and feel ripped off. I think I'll try the other wing stop next time, even though it's twice as far from my house. Disappointing! read more

At this point, it's my fault that I continue spending my money here. I've received incomplete orders and cold wings, but without fail, my boneless wings are always dry. It's as if they barely use any sauce because one side usually has no sauce at all. And whenever I've complained about it, I'm always told that they are only allowed to use a certain amount of sauce. I order wings on Super Bowl Sunday this year and knew it would be busy. I made an online order and gave it an extra 45 minutes before going to get it. When I went in there was about 30 people waiting inside. I waited in line and went to the pickup window and let them know I was picking up. I was told my order still wasn't ready and it would be about another hour. Ok. Fine. I was able to sit and watch the game. After waiting another hour and fifteen minutes I get back in line and let them know I'm picking up. I'm told they don't see my ticket. I'm wearing a bright orange hoodie and ask that she doesn't remember me? She said she does but they don't see my tickets. It's an online order so I have the email. They search and find my ticket somewhere and tell me 1 more hour! Never mind, can I have a refund? I'm told to go to the register. I wait in line. I'm told since it's an online order I have to contact them through the website. I've sent three notices through their website and called twice. Still no refund and it's been about 6 weeks! So I never got my food and Wingstop is not refunding my $51, they just robbed me.
