Horrible customer service. Our order was supposed to take 30 minutes and took over an hour.

Worst customer service ever!!! Good luck waiting hours for your food! All the other locations have better service

Finally got a chance to came by. During the visit, it was empty ( I was the only customer) I have to wait over 25 mins for my order. The cashier was friendly. The only reason that I gave the 2 stars was because I observed some practice that was concerning for me, I have worked in F&B for over 15 years. What I observed were: the employees were not washing hands or use gloves when working with foods or changing task. It would be very much appreciated if the employees observed hand washing, wearing gloves and mask. I saw the female employee keep wiping her hands using her shirt to clean her hand. read more

This place is really good. The wings are delicious and made fresh and the fries are WAYYY better than BWW. I gave it 4 stars because they take a long time. If you come to this Wingstop come with plenty of time. I also have it 4 stars because they don't go in order of first come first serve. I received my order after 3 customers that ordered after me which ordered just about the same thing I did. read more

By far the WORST Wingstop location ever. I've been here before as it's conveniently close to home and usually their service is awful but I went in on Sunday 7/28/24 and had the ultimately worst experience ever. I walked in, placed my order (everything good) I sat at the table in the far back close to the restroom. One of the girls that was working that shift walked to the restroom clearly saw that I was sitting there. On her way back out of the restroom she pushed the door open (full force) and hit the chair where I was sitting and the side of my arm worst part is, she didn't even apologize. A group of three guys then walked in and placed their order (friends of the employees working that shift). After placing their order they sat down and proceeded to smoke. They weren't told anything (I myself vape and wouldn't dare do this at a restaurant) instead they took it upon themselves to get 2 cups for soda and didn't even pay for them nor did the employees say anything. While all this is going on, the other girl working that shift was yelling in the kitchen "can someone get me some F*** fries, we're out of F*** fries!". I left that place in a really bad mood, spent 82+ dollars and didn't even get the service or quality of food I was expecting. I'm glad I wasn't there with my children because the way the girls speak in that restaurant does not make it family friendly. I really hope this location cleans house and hires people who have better customer service skills. read more

I'm so mad! The wings were dried out or cooked too much. They used the sauce to hide that fact, but It was distinctly noticeable. It made dinner terrible, a waste of my money, and now I'm going to bed hungry because I couldn't each that much of it. read more

Messed up my order and barely put any bbq sauce on them and the fries were really cold even though the guy behind counter said he personally just dropped them.
