Not only do they somehow not have the capacity to issue a refund for things I paid for and didn't receive, but my last 3 orders had 2 sometimes 3 things missing each time and their best effort to rectify the situation is to offer store credit! I ordered online through Door dash and waited about 20 mins for my order to be complete. When I got there, the gentleman in the front greeted me and was very friendly. Feb. 20, 2026 and I was in the area and went for lunch. The music was so loud that I had a hard time hearing the person taking the order. About five minutes later somebody else walked in, and I watched her repeat herself several times as well. Both versions of the chicken tenders that I ordered were unbelievably SALTY!! The kids wanted wings! So we tried this place. There was a line but it moved fast. The young gentleman at the register, Pedro, was extremely helpful. He explained the different options to me and was very patient. The place was busy with many customers and doordash orders.
