My wife and I order from this location frequently because the wings are pretty great. However, we've had a reoccurring issue with the employees not answering the phone during normal business hours, our most recent experience last week was completely unacceptable. My wife called to place an order for dinner around 5:15pm and somebody there picked up the phone and hung up right away. She tried to call back another 7 times and with the same result of somebody hanging up the phone. So we decided to drive down and see what was going on and when we jumped in our car we decided to try and call one more time and this time somebody picked up the phone and left it off the hook! We were able to hear them talking and working pub the phone the entire ride over and when we walked in we went to the counter and saw the phone right there off the hook, so they didn't need to hear the phone ringing. There was a hand written sign over the cash register that said "online orders only" and the Employees that were working in the kitchen refused to acknowledge us at all when I asked them if this was how they conducted business. Apparently all the people working were not authorized to use the cash register and the cashier was outside doing god knows what. The cashier eventually walked in and had no answers for me. I asked him for the managers information and he gave me a phone number that had no voicemail box set up and has never been picked up since. I have a video/audio recording of this event from the time I left my house to when I spoke with the cashier that I'd like to send to the corporate office and see how they feel about the way there franchise owners employees are conducting business at this location, and I probably won't be coming back to this location again. I guess I'll start ordering from fire wings or buffalo wild wings. read more

So WingStop is a franchise pretty much so independent owners can purchase one and out of all the ones I've ever been to this one was the best. This particular Wingstop uses a lot of sauce on the wings for one. I love the fact I absolutely had to use a paper towel because there was so much sauce dripping on my fingers. They also have a friendly staff and the woman who took my order was super sweet even though we only exchanged hi bye have a good day .... I could tell she was really nice. The wings only took about 15 minutes to come out and there were 4-5 people ahead of me. The place itself was clean and everything looked great. I've been here twice and each time I've Left a happy camper. Parking is reaLLy smaLL and can be annoying but there are additionaL spaces out in the back of the buiLding. Customer service is Legit. The empLoyees are aLways patient and they are very efficient. There isn't ever reaLLy a wait, maybe its the Lack of parking that keeps everyone away?? Forgot to put fries in my order and then when called to figure out refund/correction Pedro left me on hold for 15 min then hung up. When we called back he hung up again. Terrible service not great wings either. Wouldn't recommend Pedro for any customer service gigs. Went in to get fries after paying delivery fee and being hung up on. Definitely not one of the good Wingstops. The place is pretty unorganized. Sometimes i get the wrong order/flavor, waits can randomly be really long, and the food quality is like playing roulette. There was one time when i ordered thigh bites and literally 90% of the box was very greasy crunchy fried batter and no meat. For me that was the last straw. This is the closest WS to our home. We actually enjoy the various flavors, but their results are very inconsistent. We feel bad for the employees because they always seem to be short staffed. However, just because you're thin on help, doesn't mean that bad product can be sent out. One pet peeve is if you ask for extra hot sauce in a cup for dipping, they charge an extra $1. To me, it's a condiment and should be complimentary. Sure, if you ask for 3 extra cups of sauce you should expect to pay. If you're lucky and they're not busy, the wings will be cooked very well and taste great. If they're busy, the wings will be overcooked and tough. We still go here when we have pizza night @ home. Despite the flaws, it's the only acceptable option if you don't want to cook wings at home. read more

I would order online, and go in about 20 minutes after I ordered and I would be told "oh just like 10 more minutes", like great, I ordered online for nothing... Was craving for their mango habanero wings. Yolanda was here by herself and there was a big order ahead of me. She was calm and was able to take care of me and the big order by herself. This is a really bad location. :( I bought my husband a Wingstop gift card for Christmas, we met him for his lunch break today at this location. They had NO idea how to apply the gift card, neither young man that was on shift. One if them actually let me come around and take a look at his POS system. Sure enough, there was an option to load the card and one to check the balance but nothing to use it as an option to pay. We just figured we would save our card for another time and paid for our meal. When we got it, the chicken wasn't fried king enough, squishy wings are the worst! The food is really good and the staff are polite. However, this place doesn't have a trash can for customers to place their garbage after eating. Customers either leave their trash on the table or are instructed to give it to the staff directly near the food pick-up counter. It makes no sense and it's very unsanitary for the staff to use their hands (no gloves) to collect customer trash while also handing other customers their food, cups, receipt, etc. This issue can easily be resolved. I don't eat hot wings often but when I have, this is the chain I've always had. The staff were friendly on the phone as well as in person. My order was to go and while waiting, a customer before me came back after driving home and realizing his order was incorrect. This made me check mine when I received it but I guess I didn't look hard enough. Though the flavors were correct, they were not boneless. Not a huge deal for me as I wasn't going to drive back but did call to let them know. I was told they'd remake them but I just wanted them to know that they may want to keep a closer eye on quality control. They were otherwise what you'd expect from typical Wingstop wings. The bathroom here was in bad condition (imo the blame is mostly on the customer(s) leaving it in that condition, clean up after yourselves people!)
