The Male cashier and was knowledgable of current promotions and kept the dining area very clean. The female Manager was a superstar behind the scenes cooking many pick up orders and still making my dine in order perfect. They worked so well together and made place have a great vibe because of how efficiently they both worked. Awesome!!!! is the word for my experience here. It may sound strange, but don't like the buffalo sauce at all, so finding some good stuff was really difficult for me. I like Blue Line's spicy chicken wings a lot, tried a few other places too, but didn't like them at all. Finally, we visited here 2 days back, it was a Monday evening, so there were just 3-4 more customers other than us. Ordered BBQ wings, lemon pepper wings with ranch and honey mustard dips. BBQ wings were great, but I simply fell in love with lemon pepper wings. Crispy wings with flavourful sauce, dipped in creamy Ranch Sauce OMG, my mouth is watering already. We ordered regular fries on the side and the server was cool enough to give us a side of veggies for free. All in all a great experience, awesome food, great service and value for money. Just your average Wing Stop. I've been here twice around 10PM, but never had the experience that others mentioned about the employees saying that they're understaffed and can't assist. The parking lot is pretty small and can be annoying during the busier parts of the day, but feel free to park in the adjacent neighborhood and walk over. The fries were cut pretty unevenly on the two visits here, like some people have mentioned, but this doesn't really bother me...They taste the same anyway! I'm a huge Wingstop fan, but this location is taking awhile to get on its feet. I couldn't wait for this location to open because it's a stones throw from my house. I had previously gone to at least three other locations in San Jose, all perfect, five star experiences (ok, 4 and some change). This location seems to be missing the mark on service and food quality. I plan on giving them one more shot to get the food and experience right. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. They don't care AT ALL about their customers. We have ordered from the website many times, and the order is wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. This time, they left out Blue Cheese sides. Last time they left out the fries. When I called and asked to speak to the owner, the person answering the phone said "he isn't here very much" and that the "manager just quit yesterday" and the person I was talking to "had another job so he wasn't there that much" but he was in charge. He didn't care at all about finding out what was wrong with my order, or fixing it. If I could order from a different Wingstop I would but they on the website you are limited to the closest location. Met a friendly kid working the cash register. Had short chat then left with the food in a bag. Left a 10$ tip on the counter for the guy. Food is fine. Service is awful - you always have to check your to-go order to make sure everything is included. The last three times I've ordered from here they've forgotten part of the order. Also - don't rely on them to call out when your order is ready. I am a big fan and if I keep eating here I will only become bigger . Honestly I enjoy the food here, and continue to try out the different Wing Stop locations. I was on my way home and decided to give this location a try, again I have had the wings from other locations and wanted to enjoy the good quality of food I can receive here. When I arrived the first thing you will notice is now small the packing lot is, and if there are people stopping here for wing stop of picking up their laundry or having some Italian food, you will have a hard time finding a spot to park, please remember that there is parking in the back. When entering this location we were greeted by the employees with a friendly smile and welcoming. Of course we ordered right away as we know the menu and know exactly what we wanted. We placed our order and was told it would be 15 minutes to have our fresh food ready to take home. Of course within 13-15 minutes, we had our food and we were off to sit down and eat. The service was fast and friendly, the restrooms are clean and well maintained. Of course this is my personal preference, as I am sure there are other places that are bigger better and faster, but I do enjoy Wing Stop across the Bay Area, and know that I will continue to return to enjoy the yummy wing, oh yes and do not forget the fries (I call them crack fries) as they are addictive (by my standards). read more
