If I could give negative 10 stars on a review I would in a heartbeat. The instant I opened the front door and before I could even attempt to place a simple order for Large fries for to-go, the woman working the kitchen barked at me in the worst tone imaginable and told me I was an idiot and I "Needed to order online" and refused to take my order. I have never had such unbelievably terrible service, no lack of service!!! All I wanted was to make a simple and small order for my lunch and spend my money on what I thought might be good food, now I never want to eat at this establishment ever again and I will encourage anyone to stay as far away as possible from this "restaurant". The woman working the closing shift on 9/10/25 was a brunette wearing a wingstop hat, she has been the single worst server I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I still can't believe someone would willingly turn a paying customer away and tell them they can only order online, Insanity. Came in around 2pm on a Tuesday. Not too busy when we arrived but 3 more groups of people came in after us. I had never been to Wingstop prior, Terrance was helpful telling me about the different flavors and type of options they have available. We ended up going with the Big Nite bundle it's 25 pcs of boneless Chicken. You can choice 3 flavors and 3 dipping sauces for $15.99 I wanted to try the Hickory smoke BBQ but didn't want too many as we really wanted mild and hot. So he told me I could do 5/10/10 option. I like that they accommodated my request. The boneless wings we so good flavorful and crispy. The 3 ranch dips we received were bigger cups than I was expecting so that was nice as I like to dip my hot wings in ranch. I wish the bundle would have come with celery but we knew this prior to ordering. Overall we will come back and try a few more flavors next time. read more

I literally love wingstop so much, I come here all the time with my boyfriend. The customer service is honestly really bad but I deal with it because I love the food. They always make it really good but the wait time is absolutely insane. Like 10-20 minutes lol. At some point I've wanted to smack everyone that works here at least once. But it's so local to me I just kinda handle it. If it's your first time having wingstop I wouldn't go to this one because the people are kinda rude and gloomy, but if you're thick skinned and hungry for some bomb ass food then go for it:) read more

I read the reviews and was pretty hesitant to come here. I've never had Wingstop but my 12 year old recently had it at a friend's house and wanted to get more. I placed an order online and it was ready at the expected time. The wings were great and the fries were really good too. The young man at the counter was very friendly and let me know he had just finished our order. When we got home we saw that they gave us more wings than we had ordered--score! However to begin they didn't give me all the wings with my order I ordered an 8 piece boneless and as you can see it's not eight pieces then secondly they didn't even give me what I wanted they gave me parmesan chicken not garlic Parmesan then the other flavor was not coated proportionately and was like a basic piece of chicken so I was already was having a bad night and the cherry on top a piece of hair on my fries not knowing if that was the only one or not bothered me because me and my child both consumed these fries. Where do I start? I promise I like giving 5 stars- but not this place. Waited 20-25 minutes in store after my order was supposed to be ready. I was told it will be ready in a minute. It goes south from there: Watched a food delivery person try to get her order that was placed an hour ago previous. She asked for a manager and the guy laughed and said "he's probably sleeping" And the 3 staff went on to ignore her. I assumed there was something I was missing so I stayed out of it. Watched another dude come in to pickup his order and he said it was wrong so they made him fries, gave him a soda and corrected his order. 3 others came in and similar scenario ensued. I don't like to complain so I waited a little longer and the. Finally the First Lady who was the food delivery driver came back and asked for a manager. I watched a guy stumble from the back- I think he did just wake up. He said he would get her order in 10-15 minutes. While all this was going on I was watching the 3 guys in the back rotate from the cash register to making food without washing hands. No one had gloves on, I watched two of them adjust their pants and then toss the wings in the sauce... I then asked if my order was ready and one of the staff handed it to me. I'm fully okay with the staff, they were alright- but there is zero order/organization. I checked my order and noticed the ranch broken so I took the bag and asked the manager if he would hand me another and he goes "I got you, but just stand behind there first", point at a tile line.... Come on man. I've been more than calm cool and collected with ranch hands and spill in the bag. He gave me the ranch and I looked for napkins to wipe my hands off. I took the food home and it's wrong. My fiancée's tenders had a short curly hair on the first piece and mine was the wrong flavors... Wow first time ordering here. I got my order of course it comes with ranch. Well they forgot to put it in there. And my fiancé goes back in to have the lady basically call him a liar. The first time was major by giving me the complete wrong bag and when I called in to tell them about it they said they couldn't refund me but they "put my name on the books" for a free meal and to just say "hey my name is on the books" next time I come in. I ordered Wingstop yesterday and when I walked in I realized they switched management again, which was no problem I still ordered. They were not very enthusiastic the customer service was just not there, but we all have bad days right? So I still ordered I spent $40 I specifically told them well done on my wings and fries I got home my chicken was not well done the skin was like rubbery and my fries were soggy, I ordered 2 blue cheese and two ranches, I got 3 ranch and one blue cheese. I had ordered delivery via door-dash. No problem at all via delivery but as I pulled the to go container out of the bag I noticed it was immediately dripping with grease/ oil. I figured I'd let it drain for a second. I then quickly realized there was still a crazy amount of oil in the container remaining. I opened the container and started moving pieces of the chicken to a separate plate. Each piece of chicken moved dripped with oil. I've ordered Wingstop and fried chicken in general via door-dash a decent amount of times before. I know very well the expected amount of oil to come with fried chicken. But the pools of oil at the bottom of this container after having been drained twice was absolutely ridiculous. This place keeps getting worse and worse! the staff looks so careless and the worst customer service, two girls at the cash register did not greet and wearing AirPods (brown hair and orange/blonhair teen girls) they are wearing ripped jeans and crocs. Place looks in need of some sort of new management and a cleaning haha! most of the lights were off, they handed out drinks with their fingers in the cups! they had a tip jar out that's just a large cup with a written tips on it. This is my go-to Wingstop it's literally across the street from where I work. I normally place online orders for convenience and have never had a wrong order. Usually the wait time is pretty accurate also. Everything is always cooked perfectly...ok the fries are occasionally kinda soggy but most of the time they're perfect! I am Wingstop regular and I want to continue to support my local community restaurants. I thought it was time I write a Wingstop review for this location. I am a true fan of Wingstop's popular Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan wings. However, I took a different turn and decided to try Lousiana Rub for the first time. Wow! The flavor is definitely on point with the rub seasoning and it was extremely moist. However, I think one of my biggest problems with Wingstop at this location is there ability to stay consistent. I order the Lousiana Rub as mentioned and it was really good. The second day I order it again AND I called in the order to make sure they added extra "rub" on the wings. Well... when I got the wings they were extra RUB-LESS a.k.a. DRY and nevertheless, overcooked. What a disappointment. I just want everyone to be on the same page. The recipe hasn't changed and the temperature should be the same right? I still ate it though. :) Although they are under new management and she is doing an excellent job so far. She is still working to undo previous mismanagement inconsistency. The newly hired staff are great and are very welcoming every time I pick my order up. I drew this conclusion due to the fact that Wing-Stop focuses their work on perfecting their wings and flavor compared to Buffalo Wild Wings, which has to deal with running the restaurant as more of a wing bar than a place to get quality wings. When I first ate at Wing-Stop, I vividly remember getting garlic parmesan wings and lemon pepper wings. When I bit into the crisp lemon pepper wing, the flavors exploded in my mouth with subtle hints of lemon zest and the ground black pepper made the unusual couple taste perfect and it was a sensation I have never felt with BWW. The online system is very easy and is helpful if you want to customize your order. Although lately, we've had issues with our order. They have the 100 flavor Coke machine! Very fast service here and super clean. Probably the only downside is that there are no napkins. You have to tear off these brown paper 'towels' off a huge roll. But hey--I'm probably showing my age and younger people think its fun! Music is great.
