Numerous times I call 40 minutes to an hour b4 closing because that is when I get off work, no one answers the phone and voice mail is full (I wonder how many more customers called and you lazy shots don't even care to check). I drive across town to make it here within 20 minutes of closing time, their sign is off (even though the sign it self says MIDNIGHT) already all cleaned up... when did you really close? 10? Whoever hired these lazy pieces of shit should also get fired and whoever invested money into this location without making sure that it operates too it's advertised time (that is stated in a big neon writing below "open" ) Maybe the owner hired failures and drop outs that can't read time and operate his/her business how they as employees want to and not what it is publicly advertised to be doing. They have the 100 flavor Coke machine! Very fast service here and super clean. Probably the only downside is that there are no napkins. You have to tear off these brown paper 'towels' off a huge roll. But hey--I'm probably showing my age and younger people think its fun! Music is great. For someone with underlying health issues and catching COVID could be really bad. The response from the lead/manager was that "only during transactions does the person in the front have to wear a mask" which before I questioned or said anything knowing this watched as the gal in the front taking orders, handling food, and passing out orders wore her mask the whole time underneath her chin and when I saw her cough, that was when I started to get concerned. Usually they are a "you get what you pay for" type of place. Generally would be a three-star situation. Not great, but not terrible. Last night was a pretty bad experience. We ordered online, which is never great, but oh well. The order didn't go through and when we got there, our food was not started yet. We decided to re-order and wait for our food. We ordered two ten-piece meals, one with carrots only, the other with fries. Our order came out and we went home, having been in Wing Stop for an hour waiting. The representative clearly heard the 'ALL DRUM' request and repeated it back to me confirming all drum . Female worker was heard in the background laughing as my order was taken and laughing more when the order was confirmed . The cashier did not provide a receipt which will now make it difficult to complain to their superiors . unacceptable and unprofessional. I always get 10 pieces of original, Lemon Pepper "to go" & ask for well done with extra seasoning. Today was my 2nd visit. Overall, based on my two visits, I'm gonna say service is 50/50 because my 1st visit was perfect but my 2nd was not. Was excited to get some wings. Walked into the restaurant and it felt like a freezer box. I feel like it was colder inside the restaurant then it was outside. All the employees were shivering and all the customers that order Dine-in ended up getting boxes including myself and leaving the restaurant. It says it was 65° inside on their thermostat. Couldn't even enjoy my food which is why I only gave it a 1 star. No one should be shivering inside The restaurant that they paid to eat at. The food is good. I never have a problem with the way anything tastes. The service though.. not so good. I always order online and every time I go to pick it up they either say "we don't have an order under that name" or "um...our computer isn't really working right now so we don't have any of your food ready." Etc. I normally don't like to complain but things like that happen everytime I order from this location. Even when they make my order right there in front of me they get the order wrong! I'll order a 10 piece lemon pepper and a 10 piece atomic and they will give me a 20 piece lemon pepper and a bit jumbo size dipping sauce that I never ordered. I do wish management or something came in and actually managed the place. It seems to be run by a lot of employees that are getting paid minimum wage and therefore don't care how the store is doing.
