DOS: 05/12/2019 around 8:45 PM I am extremely disappointed in this location. My family and I have been customers since they opened and last night was the worse service we've ever received. Our order consisted of original, bbq & garlic parmesan (made up most of the order) boneless wings and to our surprise the garlic parmesan wings were actually lemon pepper. We didn't notice until we were at my mothers home located off Green River Rd. Immediately my brother called to notify them of the mistake, he was brushed off so I called instead. Initially I spoke to a woman, I believe her name is Angie - she was pretty rude, but offered to switch the order we just had to drive all the way back (not close) before they closed(within 40 min). I explained this mistake was putting a damper on our night and it was late and our other orders would be cold by the time we made the switch - I was hoping for a "note in their system" and picking up garlic parmesan another day. Since she only offered the switch I told her what I would do was that I was going to drop-off the intact order on way back home to Temecula and get my money back. She instead offered me 10% off next time which is nothing especially if we had to eat something we don't like at all. My mom on the other hand ONLY likes garlic parmesan so my brother made the drive all the way back to get her garlic parmesan wings. I called back and spoke to a man (didn't catch his name) and explained we would be picking up the correct order - he was not happy and was combative with me about me calling earlier and not wanting to go back. Now the following is what upsets me: To the eye they corrected the order, but this is what they did instead. They refried the wings we took back and lightly seasoned them with garlic parmesan. Disgusting pieces of grease with lemon, pepper & garlic parmesan is what we served - everyone tried one and straight to the trash. Now will we be going back to this location? NEVER! I went to the Wingstop #34 Corona location and placed an order at 8:56 PM on 05/25/2021 for 30 Wings and Large Fries and paid $40.72 with my Mastercard before closing hours and when I found the roach, the location was closed. Therefore I was unable to reach someone the same night. I called the following day and was yelled at and talked over by a rude employee who would not transfer me to a Supervisor,  give me the Supervisor's name or Corporate telephone number! I had someone else call and they were given another Wingstop number as Corporate! When I calked that number, I asked to speak to a Supervisor and that Supervisor gave me the Corporate number. That Supervisor advised me that he could not help me that he could not help me with any problems from another Wingstop and that I had to call Corporate. I called Corporate on 05/26/2021 and an official report was made. I had not been contacted as of 06/14/2021 so I called Corporate again. I was advised that the file was still pending and if I was not contacted within the next day, that I needed to call Corporate again. I received an email response from Corporate 06/15/2021 from GM Hershey who stated that she could not find any notes documented for that day in the daily log book and that she is offering me 10% discount on my next meal order. She also stated that the roach I found in my large fries was NOT a roach but a burnt piece of corn!!! I attached a pic AND this in NOT a burnt piece of corn as she stated! This is totally unacceptable AND this place needs to be shut down because of their unsanitary conditions. This is sickening and unreal! I can't believe the response and the way this is being handled in 2021. In this interaction and the way I was treated by Hershey the GM, I now see and understand why the employees are so unprofessional, rude and disrespectful to the customers. It starts at the top and trickles down. I wished I could go to a higher source so no one would ever have to experience what I have. If I could give ZERO stars, I would!!! read more

No where on the app does it say "you must have a valid ID and card to pick up order." When you already PAY, then the email says it in very very small font. If I would've known this prior, I would NOT have ordered. I sent my partner to go get it for me because I have a limited time frame on my lunch break. When he got there, the manager was ALREADY fighting with another customer about the same issue. After a constant back and forth battle, the manager refused to give my partner the meal. He suggested a picture with the ID and card and he said no. I had to physically drive to the store to get it. The manager DIDNT even look at my card, he just gave me the order. What was the reason for him to be on his power high? I then asked for him to remake it because it was cold(since I had to drive all the way out there) and he initially refused. He then made it but threw the bag at me. I am so disappointed and disgusted this this behavior. I want to be contacted and compensated about my horrible experience. The managers name was Pershi at the Ontario Ave location in Corona.What if I have Covid and couldn't leave my house to get the food? He wouldn't give it to me? What if I couldn't exit the car because I was handicapped? Mind you, it was already paid for and we happily provided email confirmation and a valid ID/card photo but he REFUSED. Usually I have nothing negative to say about this location but today was a complete disappointment we ordered 15 wings the wings where great and a side of fries for my 1 yr old my husband picked at the fries before I or my son did n he ate a fry that he said tasted off but he didn't think much of it my son then picked a fry and spit it out when I realized the fry was literally black rotten I immediately realized my husband had taken a bite out of a rotten fry we threw them away hoping my husband wouldn't get food poisoning. well just a couple hours later my husband spikes a fever and is vomiting.Food poisoning!! They said they can't cancel even though I called 3 mins after placing the order she said the door dash picked it up already. 20 mins later the door dash tells me they are on their way to pick up the order. This wingstop keeps missing. Anyways they've gotten my order wrong a few times, I've called once and they were willing to fix it so that was nice but the other times I didn't bother. Came here on a Rainy Night with my granddaughter, not happy with the service here, ordered two Combos. Came with 2 fries, 2 drinks and 8 boneless wings each, they were about the size of Chicken Nuggets at McDonald's It came out to about $24, to much money for what I got, and then I ask for a extra ranch dressing, he said 75 Cents! I think he was the manager, way to keep the Customer happy you Idiot, and then I notice everyone was leaving their trash on the table, because there wasn't a Trash Can anywhere inside this place. This Wingstop had gotten very Inconsistent with their wings so I stopped going there. Today, I decided to give them another chance. My order was for wings "well done". I even asked the guy at the counter (he was the one who took my order) was he sure the wings were well done...he assured me they were. This place has horrible service, they always mess up on your order and refuse to fix it or replace it, the middle eastern lady will call you like a dog telling you no and only 10% next time and free fries.
