I like wing stop a lot, usually! Customer service is king in my book and so is not being cheap. Hillsboro and powerline has crappy service and small wings. Go to the one on Lyons they are great! I had two orders one full 8 pc meal with fries and a drink and a 5 count they only gave me one ranch. when I asked to get another one the lady there said it was $1.05 for a small thing of ranch! You buy a full ranch dressing for that at publix! She even tried to act like she was sorry with a smile but it was fake. Last time they actually did leave out my ranch. Also partly my fault but i was the only one in the restaurant and they forgot to give me my drink. Either way I want to go sell ranch in the parking lot for 50 cents and make a little extra cash read more

This location is the closest one and I live their wings. Unfortunately the newest group of employees have the WORST attitudes ever. The girls have the worst work ethic around. The service at the Deerfield location is once again horrible! We love the flavor of the wings but the entire order has been right 1 time in the last 10 and we no longer will order from here. You must check your order - missing cheese for cheese fries, no dips, no extra seasoning on fries. Today the order was picked up & my husband was told that our order was ready and the fries were missing!! It's a shame that the online ordering is so easy to use but it apparently doesn't translate well to the store. There are other restaurants/fast food stores in Deerfield who sell wings, it's time to go where they can get the orders correct. read more

I've always ordered to go, the wings are good and so are the fries, but I just tried their boneless wings for the first time and I have to say, not happy with them, tried 3 different flavors and still not good. They didn't taste fresh, tasted more like a frozen Tyson chicken bag that they just refried. Because of this I changed my 5 star to a 3 star. Finally got a chance to try wing stop good wings but not great! I tried the original hot, Lemon pepper & Garlic Parm. Hands down lemon pepper was the best. I do not recommend the seasoned fries they were soggy and oily. Not at all what I was expecting when they said seasoned, the fries barely had any seasoning when I asked for extra. This place has got to be the worst wing place ever . I don't know how they stay in business. Their wings are greasy and have no taste. I took my daughter because were having a wing craving, we also ordered the fries which came to salty, so I went up to the counter and asked for new ones to be made with no salt. Terrible place. I ordered Parmesan and Garlic. The order was a mess. First I was told by the girl that didn't know what she was doing that my credit card was not good and make me pay cash. Gave me BBQ wings instead of what I ordered, and a bunch of parmessan. And they where arguing that, it was my order. I show them the receipt that I just got a couple of minutes before! But to make things worst I arrive back home today, check my bank account and guess what! I was also charge on my card for the wings!!! ARRRRGGGG! Stay away from this place! read more
