If I could give less than one star I would. Online ordering wasn't an option so I called to place an order and was on hold for over five minutes before hanging up and calling back. We were told our order would be ready in twenty minutes. When we arrived and paid we probably waited another 15 minutes for our food. There were no napkins, knives, or ice. They got one of those new soda machines that have 100 different flavors but they only had mellow yellow and Diet Coke. When I asked an employee for napkins she gave me a long piece from her paper towel dispenser in the back. Horrible experience on Super Bowl Sunday. Knowing it would be a crazy day I ordered before noon to pick up at 5:30. When I arrived a few minutes after 5:30 there were about 20-25 people waiting outside and it wasn't a happy crowd. Bags full of food on a table inside but the workers were not calling out names and had the front door blocked from entry. Suddenly, people who ordered at 4:30 were getting their food before me and others including a lady who had ordered A WEEK EARLY. The kicker is the "manager" starts yelling at everyone "I'll shut this mother fu$#er down and ya'll can call corporate for a refund. Wonder how the owner (Big Boss Rick Ross) would feel about that. Since my food still wasn't ready before the game started (an hour after my scheduled pick up) I told them to cancel my order and went across the parking lot and got some wings for the party (who were waiting on Wing Stop wings) at Publix. This store's service is always bad but after this experience, I'll find a different place for wings whenever I want them. I'll never go back here. Service is the worst in South Florida. Horrible from the moment I walked in. We were standing in front of the cashier for almost 10 mins before she ended her PERSONAL phone call on her cell phone trying to make plans for going out to Miami next weekend. We stood around for another 20-30 mins waiting for our food that we order on the phone 1 hour prior. When we received our food it wasn't correct and when I went to say something, the cashier instantly started shaking her head and saying no our order was right before I could even tell her what was wrong. I told her that we order 2 Cajun fries and in received one plain fry. She said no you didn't order that and I can even show you the receipt, then mumbled something under her breathe about people always trying to get free stuff. Well the receipt showed that we did order 2 Cajun fries. So while we were waiting for them to make the fries, she got back on her cell phone to continue talking about her plans for Miami. She saw our fries were ready but took another 5 mins to get off her phone to give us our food!! This establishment is soooo unprofessional and rude. I've never been to Wingstop before but I've obviously heard about it via rap music. I pass this location quite often so I decided I'd stop in and check out what all the fuss is about. I walked in and went straight to the bathroom to wash my hands. Bathroom was messy. Not horrible but certainly not sanitary. Stuff on the floor, broken toilet paper dispenser, just bleh. Whatever, no big deal. Went back to the front to order, I was greeted immediately by the cashier and the staff in the back, nice warm welcome. That's always a plus. My order was taken promptly. I ordered the 8 piece boneless with fries and a drink. 2 sauce choices, I picked lemon pepper (seems to be the most popular) and Korean BBQ. Fair price. Fancy Coke machine. Cool stuff. The woman that took my order needs to iron her shirt or throw it in the dryer to get some of the wrinkles out, it just looked a little messy. Messy bathroom, messy employee uniform. Whatever, next. I placed my order at 12:18 and found a table. The place was pretty busy, not slammed. The restaurant itself smells like dirty dishwater. The floors were grimy, grime caked up on the baseboards. Just not clean. They need to have a before/after hours cleaning party. Throw some bleach on the floor, pull equipment away from the walls and wipe the walls down. Again, whatever. I've worked in a restaurant for 10 years. I get it. But seriously, the place needs a deep clean. While I was waiting for my food, I decided to look up the Yelp reviews for this place.. Just less than 20 minutes. No big deal. LEMON PEPPER WHO? My boneless lemon pepper wings tasted like someone squeezed a lemon wedge on a chicken tender and topped them with a little black pepper. I don't know if the lemon pepper is supposed to be a sauce or a seasoning but whatever it was, it needed more. The Korean ones were alright. The actual chicken itself was good. Cooked well, no chewy bits. The bleu cheese was pretty good. I ordered extra which was definitely not needed. The order comes with a 4 oz cup as it is so that is plenty, for me anyways. Fries were alright. Nothing about my meal today was exceptional. I didn't eat it all, didn't take it to-go. I kind of just wanted to leave. I still feel like I smell like a dish pit. I truly believe that if it weren't for Rick Ross, this place would no longer be in business. I am giving 3 stars based solely on previous reviews. There were no bugs in my food, the staff was friendly, I received my order in less than 20 minutes.
