My friend and I stopped by for lunch and ordered the Thai Chili and Lemon Pepper wings, as usual. We waited an unusually long time just to be seated, and then waited again far too long for our food to arrive. What should have been a simple, enjoyable hour-long dining experience turned into nearly a two-hour ordeal. To make matters worse, we ate our dinner surrounded by dirty, uncleared tables, which made the environment feel neglected and uncomfortable. Our server, however, was friendly, attentive, and communicative throughout the experience, clearly doing their best under difficult circumstances. I sat at the bar around 5p and it looked like the staff were all in a high school friend group fight. Nobody was at the hostess stand so I walk up to the bar and sit down. After ordering appetizers the bar tender told me to "wait a little bit for me to come back. Shit is flying in the kitchen with the staff." So I waited and proceed to see staff come out over the next 30 min at various points all shaking their heads while swearing under their breath. At least three different people. When trying to order, the staff continued to talk to each other with their backs turned to customers. I genuinely felt like a burden being there because of the way they handled it. I ordered the bottomless apps and tried to get a refill from the first order multiple times, but as you can imagine, the locker talk drama was too juicy between employees. When asking questions on the menu, it was very short and annoyed responses. I used to work in the service industry and have a thick skin + empathic understanding for the workers. It seems like a complete rehaul needs to take place. Get some people that actually want to be there. I wish I could put less than 1 star for the review. read more

The last time we went they hit the order wrong & didn't bring any celery/carrots. We thought they weren't included anymore but we asked and server said, "you didn't get any", after we had finished our food! I enjoyed the atmosphere at Buffalo Wild Wings. I enjoyed the huge screens all around, the menu options, and my waitress was delightful. I had the Triple Bacon Cheeseburger with fries, strawberry lemonade and a shot of Don Julio reposado. The burger is very filling but it doesnt have much flavor just oil. I hoping it'd have more of a cheesy and bacon flavor. The bacon was so burnt, it looked like a patty lol. The patties weren't as seasoned as I hoped and they looked very flat. The fries were thin and not as enjoyable as I'd hoped they'd be. I'm BIG on fries so that was disappointing. I wish the fries were a bit bigger. My drink was very sweet, as the waitress mentioned to me, but still good. I asked for a shot of Don Julio to add to my strawberry lemonade drink. They have good drink specials here, I have only ate here once and ordered the boneless wings which I was not a fan of, didn't love the atmosphere but I would go back if just looking to sit at bar or watch a game. I have had smash burgers delivered from here several times and they were very good!
