After ordering appetizers the bar tender told me to "wait a little bit for me to come back. Shit is flying in the kitchen with the staff." So I waited and proceed to see staff come out over the next 30 min at various points all shaking their heads while swearing under their breath. At least three different people. When trying to order, the staff continued to talk to each other with their backs turned to customers. I genuinely felt like a burden being there because of the way they handled it. I ordered the bottomless apps and tried to get a refill from the first order multiple times, but as you can imagine, the locker talk drama was too juicy between employees. When asking questions on the menu, it was very short and annoyed responses. I used to work in the service industry and have a thick skin + empathic understanding for the workers. Been going here for years and the service and food quality have been going down at the same time prices have been going up! We only go for the wings and last few times we've gone the wings were really small!! Looked like from a baby chicken. The drummette was only around 2 inches long with very little meat, one or two bites max. The wings used to be meaty and large. 10 pc wings are now $18.99! The service is hit & miss. The last time we went they hit the order wrong & didn't bring any celery/carrots. I had the Triple Bacon Cheeseburger with fries, strawberry lemonade and a shot of Don Julio reposado. The burger is very filling but it doesnt have much flavor just oil. I hoping it'd have more of a cheesy and bacon flavor. The bacon was so burnt, it looked like a patty lol. The patties weren't as seasoned as I hoped and they looked very flat. The fries were thin and not as enjoyable as I'd hoped they'd be. I'm BIG on fries so that was disappointing. I wish the fries were a bit bigger. My drink was very sweet, as the waitress mentioned to me, but still good. I asked for a shot of Don Julio to add to my strawberry lemonade drink. And the CDC has determined that vaccinated persons, even if they have the COVID virus, they do not shed enough viral particles to infect anyone.
