I had a really good experience here. I was nervous, based on the other reviews, but it was solid! I wish I had known to order on the app and pick up, I spent about 30 min just sitting in the parking lot after my order! It was very busy. I saw everyone walking in and out rather quickly because they took advantage of the app and saved time. Note to self for next time. I ordered my wings well done and extra crispy, which they were. My only mistake was getting mild sauce, it was rather bland. I had to come home and add a little razzle dazzle to them to spice them up. I ordered 20 wings, and no I didn't eat 20, but if I did, mind ya business. LoL! The cost for 20 wings was just at $24, with tax! That's a great deal in my opinion. The boneless wings seemed undercooked as well... then we can see into the kitchen from our table and they leave the sauce bowls out to keep saucing everyone's wings in the same bowls... you could see dried sauce on the edge of the bowels and wet sauce running down the shelves...disgusting! I ordered ahead and got an 8 piece bone in combo with half mango habenero and half hot. Their sauces were decent and my wings were cooked well. They did actually pack some heat which was nice, but not excessively. The mango sauce had a nice kinda buttery/maple taste which was nice. The fries were really good and I could tell they were fresh. I also got a brownie, but it was pretty mediocre - kinda dry while still being chewy if that makes any sense at all. I am not a huge fan of their ranch - a bit heavy on the mayo IMO. The store was fairly clean when I was there. Although, there isn't a trash can out for patrons to use which I found to be odd. Overall? It's just OK. We believe we were missing an order (we had 2 of the summer meal deals and an extra order of 10 boneless) of boneless wings from our large order but it was so hard to tell because literally nothing was labeled. There were small containers with wings. There were large containers with different flavored wings in them so we didn't even think to count all of the boneless wings before we got started because there was a lot but the more we looked around the more we realized we were likely missing another flavor. It was complete chaos. We had no knowledge of what was the atomic was (which ended up being very non-atomic, the corn was spicier) all the way to the mild. Their online format doesn't tell you that some of the sauces you are offered aren't sauces, but dry rubs. So don't expect to have saucy wings with some of the options. The corn was inedible as there was SO MUCH SEASONING. The fries were soggy. This was our first time ordering from Wingstop and it was a birthday dinner for my 16-year-old. It was his choice for dinner. $60 later and I wish that we had looked at the yelp reviews first because we would've probably convinced him to go to Wings etc. instead. Here's the process, if your tongue is made of cotton and baby lotion like mine, then spicy foods are the enemy... But for the sake of these Cajun flavored wings, I endured this trial by fire...(well not quite, but by Cajun spice). It was a a battle of attrition, Id conquer 3 wings, but then they'd bite back forcing me to drink a glass of milk... But then I'd conquer 3 more but then the wings came with a burning vengeance, almost forcing me to tap out.... After a few rounds of this intense PPV showdown, I eventually thought to myself... Life is too short... I have goals, plans... Things I want to accomplish. I figured I had my whole life ahead of me and nothing, not even these Cajun wings will stop me... Soooo... I tapped out and gave the rest of these delicious but dangerous wings to my wife, who happens to handle spicy foods like they are plain old crackers(hm... Not sure why crackers). I read yelp reviews stating "order ahead of time, this place is busy". So I did so and boy was that a mistake! My wife and I ordered some boneless wings in BBQ, mango habenero, spicy Korean, and Hawaiian. The sauces were lackluster in flavor. However, I would like to try the spicy Korean again, only fresh this time, because that flavor had potential. The problem here is that they are serving a fried product in unventilated styrofoam and they steam so much, the end product is a soggy lump. I've honestly tasted better banquet chicken from the frozen dollar section. The fries were just as soggy and I showed up 5 minutes BEFORE the stated time my order was to be finished. I suggest eating in and MAYBE the wings will be crispy. I will try it that way one more time and give an updated review. But at this point I honestly believe Buffalo Wild Wings puts out a superior product that is cheaper and MUCH more flavorful. I give it a two for the friendly service and the tasty spicy Korean sauce. Wing Pass! This is not two stars because it is new or the staff. The flavor is a huge miss. I tried the top three hottest wing flavors: Cajun, Mango Habanero, and Atomic. Cajun tasted like lemon pepper seasoning. I don't like lemon flavored wings so I could eat those. Mango Habanero tasted like a mustard based seasoning. I got no Mango or Habanero out of it. It was good but misrepresented. Also not that hot. Buffalo Wind wings has spiked me on Mango Habanero. Atomic was hot but not hotter than other wing places too hot flavor in town. It had a peppery taste with a hint of lemon. The lemon was tolerable. The fries were hand cut and crispy but way too salty. My family could hardly eat any of the fries. My wife got BBQ and said it was too hot. I tried one of hers and it had a little heat to it. My daughter had the garlic Parmesan and didn't like that the Parmesan was just sprinkled on. She didn't taste garlic. She said it tasted like butter with Parmesan sprinkled on it. You have to order all your food and beer at a counter then wait to be seated. So if you think you want more than one beer, order them all at once. Otherwise you would have to go back up and pay again. Small seating area. Long wait times for food. read more

Not a big place. Limited seating. To Go may be the best here. The lack of a trash can is noticeable with all the straw papers and misc trash near the drink station. The owner posted the trash cans are not visible because they want you to enjoy your dining experience. I agree, but then why do I have to stand in line to order, stand to wait for a table then wait for 25 minutes for boneless wings? Takes away from the enjoyment. If I have to get my own drink, give me a trash can to put my straw paper in please. Oh, and if I am to enjoy my dining experience, how about napkins at the tables, real forks and a knife to cut the boneless wings to small enough portion to enjoy?? When it's crowded it was tough to move around and get to the 1 roll of paper towels hidden in the drink station behind the tea dispenser. First time trying a Wingstop. Had a great experience. Got wings with a regular fry and some veggies. The boneless wings I got the Spicy Korean Q and it is great. Also tried the Original Hot flavor and it was not too hot. Just what I was looking for. I can't wait to try more flavors. The Spicy Korean Q will likely be my favorite for a long time. Both kinds of wings were crispy and cooked well without being overcooked and tough. The regular fry is a huge serving. You could easily share between two people. Cajun Seasoning was a good touch. Cash register was not ready to take cash, so the gal had to go get the cash drawer. I believe I had the best boneless wings and fries in my life today. Wingstop's Smoked BBQ sauce was absolutely amazing. The wings were tender, juicy and perfect in size. As for the fries, they were remarkable hand cut, deep fried and seasoned to perfection. I believe the food quality is well above average and the oils used are fresh. Waited 45 minutes for two chicken sandwich combos because employees failed to call out take out name and decided to put food behind counter on take out rack. 45min later I had to get up and ask about my order. I am in DEBT to this wingstop and y'all don't even know the half of it. I dropped my wallet here with $180 cash and that's not even the important part. I have things in my wallet that I keep, that mean way more to me than money. And the fact that they tried to reach out to me and find me is insane. I called them and the manager immediately said they had my wallet, which still had everything in it even the money. So I took my kids and I the Coliseum Blvd location and we were the only people inside the restaurant. My kids and I placed our order for dine in. My daughter ordered a 10pc combo meal with seasoned corn And I ordered a 10pc with Vodoo fries. Well my son just wanted a chicken sandwhich with a beverage. After waiting for 25 minutes for our order It finally arrived and was wrong. So I went back up to the counter to tell the lady who took our order that it was wrong. She went and got our receipt and said that my daughter didn't order any seasoned corn and I didn't order the vodoo fries. I told her my daughter and I looked at her and told her what we wanted which was seasoned corn and fries which she proceeded to argue. So I just shook my head and said WOW!
