Wingstop has been my go-to spot for a late night snack since college and through law school in Chicago. I can only speak to service for pick ups orders for this particular location. For me, I generally order 20-30 bone-in wings, and they are timely made for pick up. Staff is typically friendly and responsive. No complaints there. The wings are sometimes under-seasoned, but still get the job done leaving me full. The dryness is a hit-or-miss. I am a huge fan of the simple, mild flavor. My girlfriend loves the barbecue flavor. Occasionally, we will get lemon pepper or hot wings. read more

A few issues unfortunately. Order came out incomplete which is fine we waited a little longer for the rest of the order even though the cook insisted it was complete (really? We order six tenders and there were only 2...). When the rest finally came out one of the tenders ended up being raw in the center! We mentioned this to one of the staff and they told us they would get the manager. Cool...if the manager actually showed up. We waited a while (they could have been busy, it was a bit busy) but then we had to go find the manager ourselves. Unfortunately, a lot of strikes against them. I just wanted to drop a quick review for this location. The wings here usually take some time to make. I had made a phone order that, although it was repeated and confirmed twice, they had messed up on. I came in, paid for my order, and expected to pick up and leave real quick until they realized they had messed up on my order. They were very apologetic and accommodating to the situation redoing my order as quick as they could. I just wanted to commend this place for their excellent customer service. I understand mistakes happen but I am glad to see that they value their customer's experience and were quick to fix and make up for the situation. As a side note, Wingstop is one of my favorite places to get wings. I highly recommend getting the lemon pepper and ordering it extra crispy. Wingstop is one of my favorite franchises and this location is the nearest to my home, so I was happy when they were putting it together. I opened the door to this location tonight and wanted to run away! Crowded is OK, but the music in this hallway of a closet of a location was TOO F*CKING LOUD and no one looked happy! The girls behind the counter were yelling over the music and one another... what a mess! I told the manager (he was standing behind the cashiers) they need to turn down the music and he told me "We are supposed to be that loud" but eventually conceded and turned the music down as he snarked "for you, but we have to turn it back up" Read some of the other reviews (the ones you didn't buy and aren't written by staff) and they all point you in the same direction! You staff isn't "stupid" like the other reviews say... they just can't hear what customers are asking for! We sat in the hallway for a minute and as promised the manager turned the music back up, 118db is too loud to eat. We went outside, and it was down to 95Db. We couldn't really hear the "orders ready" shout outs from the hallway, and not at all outside. Design flaw or bad management or both! Not to beat a dead (or deaf) horse, but pretty hard to get past the "Too loud for intelligent conversation" thing if you're going out to eat with people you want to socialize with. Food was fairly good although our fries where cool and chicken was just barely warm. We didn't do take out because we wanted fresh food! The patio floor was a mess and there's an odor of mildew or something offensive out there but at least the audio assault wasn't as oppressive there. Single saving grace of this visit was the young lady cleaning tables. She cleaned 2 of them for us (the one in the hallway and the one outside) I'm ashamed that I didn't get her name but we watched her while we were eating and she was awesome with everyone! Their garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, and spicy flavored wings are the best. We had two orders. One for 30 wings (for our friends) and 20 wings for my dad and I. Our friends loved it. I recommend the wings over the boneless since meat absorbs the right amount of flavor. The boneless seems to absorb too much of the flavor so its overpowering for people who like things bland or healthy tasting. The boneless ones are cheaper than the wings though. The cook has not one oz of an idea what he's doing. I know wings are salty and grease i been eating them since i was a child. But this???? The person who picked up the phone sounded so nice! (what a shock) can't remember her name but I believe it's the manager who's always there? Anyways, sent my boyfriend to go pick up the food and he said that they didn't give him any trouble and the girls there were nice and actually helpful. The total destination of the trip only took him 20 mins to go there get the food and come home. I came here and ordered togo. This is my first time at this location and I was excited to find a wing place near my house! We had a manager on 8/12/22 that is in need of a serious ego check. I walked in with my partner and we placed our order with a nice gentleman who was there to address any questions we had. We sat down and the manager pulled a bunch of employees to where the registers are and basically started pointing out every flaw that I guess they had and was talking so much garbage on them in front of customers. She constantly had to stop so customers could be helped out. My partner then went to address how she didn't feel she was right to do that in front of customers and she said with the most conniving smile "Okay I appreciate that." Then she did this disgusting little side eye like she was mad at us for calling her out. My partner then felt to say a bit more and she looked even more upset then before and she said she appreciated our advice and had the gall to roll her eyes in front of me. I then called and was honest and said she wouldn't act like an asshole and to be a bit more genuine even if she could care less. She then gave me in explicit detail some things in the work place that I didn't ask about and didn't care about and basically pinned the blame on everyone including her I guess superiors rather than take accountability. The other employees were so helpful and nice which is why I'm giving this place a 2 instead of a 1. They deserve better read more

Welcome to the neighborhood. Glad to have some new options in Garden grove that's not Pho. The wings were good but the fries were cold and a bit soggy. It was very budy so was surprised that everything wasnt super fresh. You could tell that the cashiers are still very new because they seemed unsure of the sauces & were still trying to learn the pos system and there were so many employees there that there was overflow of them standing in front of the Condements and soda machines. This has probably been the best Wing Stop that I've been to however. Their wings are always crispy! Especially because I always select the extra crispy option when ordering online. There have been a couple busts in extra crispy fries however, so this of course is a disappointment. I love Wing Stop fries because of the seasoning they use. Its that sweet but salty hit. I placed an order on there web site and gave them my gate code and they had door dash deliver the order and the store manager had the nerve to tell me to call door dash because the driver could not contact me. I told him he needed to call them because they contract door dash to deliver not the customer. I tried calling the dash driver who did not return my text or my phone call and then, I get a call from door dash to process a refund and they were trying to fast talk me off the phone not knowing how long my refund would be.
