This is the worst restaurant I have ever ordered from. Management is awful and it's not the first time I've witnessed this type of behavior. I decided to give them another chance this year for Superbowl ordered a large order for a party I was hosting the week before believing the website which made it seem ordering way in advance would ensure prompt pickup. I was so wrong store was packed and some employees including the manger were insulting customers and yelling at them. Such unprofessional I don't understand how this location is still in business I waited hours and after asking a few times found out my order had been cancelled by the manger no explanation. I paid in advance and asked for my refund slip but was cursed at so I left. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card if someone for corporate can contact me regarding my refund that would be great. I understand it's the Superbowl, but they should have been prepared your employees were screaming at customers telling them to go to Dominos next door. Well Dominos dud great I ordered from them no issues and everyone was friendly. I will never order from Wingstop again and all my guests who were regular customers will never order again. read more

I orders from this location for delivery and the food did not travel very well. The fries were placed in the top of the bag uncovered so they arrived cold even though this location is very close to my home. The boneless wings were also lacking in the amount of sauce and seasoning. However, the hot honey seasoning on the fries was very tasty and their house made ranch is always spot on. read more

I spoke with the District Manager on 09-10-2024 regarding the fact that I ordered two different meals and received half the order with different drinks we didn't order. How do you know what we drink or allergic to?? His main concern was focused on how did I get his number. Check with your Team lead who said they were the manager at this location. Such lies!! I would drive to another location before visiting your location in Germantown MD ever again. Mr. Chris stated he would call me back the next day when he got to this location. He never called me back and it's ok because your title is just that a title. You do not keep your word and you definitely do not handle complaints professionally at all. The only reason people even deal with this sad place is cos of the wings and convenience, how do they keep hiring rude staff who dont bother to check the order before sending them out, they have the audacity to tell you to check your food before you leave!! I wish I could give them zero stars! I ordered wings for the Super Bowl on Saturday at 11 am for a 545 pm pick on Sunday. I had to wait 2.5 hours for the food. What a disaster! They should have stopped taking orders if they couldn't handle the demand. Very poor management. Unbelievably bad! I just went there TODAY Jan 24, 2025. This place is Horrible... Customer Service is terrible and the place is filthy (see pics). I ordered a 10 piece combo half lemon pepper half garlic parm ALL FLATS. With the music being sooo loud I guess the young lady couldn't hear me... No problem, ppl make mistakes. The problem came in when the manager came and was soooo Nasty and unprofessional to me, then when another customer came in, he kept asking "why didn't they answer the phone or when they Did answer, they would hang up on him (I actually saw the young lady at the counter pick up the phone then hang it up) I don't know if it was the same guy but she definitely hung up on someone. Then the manager tells me she has to charge me extra for all flats (no problem) I tried to hand her the extra dollar she says "I have to go online and get a refund (5-7 days) only after I made her see how absurd that was, she finally took my order again and started fixing it. As I was waiting I decided to get my drink.... There was no ice in the machine. I informed them that there was No ice, they took my cup and went to the back and filled it with ice. Then someone else come in orders and they got to fix their drink...No ice. I told the customer, I had already told them about the ice machine being empty. The manager gets upset at ME for talking to the customer about the ice machine being empty. Sooo one of the workers proceeds to fill the ice. Man when she took the cover off that machine, I almost threw up .... The rest of the machine was FILTHY too (see pics) EVERYONE has had the same problem with this establishment HORRIBLE Customer Service.... Sub par food... wrong order... just Bad bad bad. I know a few ppl with Montgomery County City inspectors. I KNOW there are many more violations in this place. The counters and tables were dirty too. And the young lady at the counter was drinking some kind of drink without a lid and it was just sitting up on the counter. I manager was Super upset that I took pics of her dirty store. She threatened to put Me out she said it was store policy that no one could take pics in the store . Ppl we CAN an WILL get this place either cleaned up or Shut down. I love Wingstop, but I always have an issue at this Germantown location. When I'm really craving Wingstop, I have to convince myself to actually come to this location (since it's the only one in my area) and be ready for problems. Today when I arrived, 5 out of the 6 kitchen staff were out in front of the store chumming it up; while there were at least three parties inside waiting for their orders. I commonly have errors with my order. I wanted Mango Habanero today and this is what I got...basically plain with a little bit of sauce on some parts of the chicken. When my order came up, another woman got visibly irritated because she had definitely been there much longer than me. I thought they had eaten already and were still just sitting at a table. I have been going to this wingstop for years now and what more is there to say than it's an average wingstop experience, decent employees that are usually swamped in making wings for massive orders so they don't have much time to get to in store customers. That is to be expected with the massive online orders they get. I suggest ordering online and waiting around 10-15 minutes then coming inside and the food is 99% always ready. They did recently increase the prices on their menu so don't be surprised if you haven't gone here in a while. I usually go with the 10 piece combo pack and for the price around 11-12 dollars I feel like it's worth it, I get boneless half Korean BBQ and half Mild. I think it's worth trying out but don't go in expecting 10/10 customer service they're minimum wage workers don't be a Karen if they take a while to get to you. read more

I understand they just open and they should have time to smooth things out but this is ridiculous. They either answer the phone and leave customers on hold over 20 minutes or don't answer at all. They force you to come in the store to order; due to ordering flats only is impossible online. The wings are so dry, it forces you to get extra ranch to try to make them moist. This is hideous. Wingstop gives you free fries for a survey. I am a huge fan of Wingstop! This Wingstop has not quite gotten up to par with the rest of the franchise. My wife and I ordered a 20 boneless combo with 4 flavors, fries, and two drinks to be picked up. My order was ready when I came to pick the food up. They had one of those newer drink machines with a very large variety of soda combinations. The service was friendly. My experience in wing stop while picking up my food was excellent. There is a very short drive to my apartment from Wingstop. As soon as I got home my family sat down to eat. The original hot boneless wings barely had an wing sauce on them. The lemon and pepper were in a pool of grease. And all but three wings in the whole bunch were way over cooked. It was like eating fried chicken rocks. The fries were incredibly soggy and the cheese given to put on top of the fries barely even tasted like cheese more like a thick yellow milk substance. I plan on going back to Wingstop because I believe they were having an off night. We all have off days so why would a restaurant be any different. I also believe that if I would have taken the food back up there they would have redone my order. read more

They say Door Dash picks up for them which is not anywhere on their site. I frequent this location as well as many different wing stops, since wing stop is one of my favorite places to dine. But today (08/09/2023) I had a horrible experience at the wing stop located at Middlebrook RD in Germantown MD. I ordered 20 wings and a side of French fries online. I end in the store about 20 mins later to pick up my order. When I left and checked my order in the car I realized I had no ranch like I asked to come with the order , so I went back in. I asked the lady at the register and she handed me one ranch. I asked her for another one since I have 20 wings and obviously 1 ranch would not suffice. She said no , so I proceeded to asked the man that was in the kitchen if he could give me another since 1 was all I got. And he shook his head no. The same lady that handed me the first 1 said I would have to pay additional. I sent my husband in to speak with the manager who says her name is Ariana , to get my ranch. (There was no line or extra orders being handled, they were just standing around. ) He asks politely for one and she proceeds to shake her head no because he never ordered anything. When he tells her our order and that 1 ranch isn't enough her response was "so what! ". The workers that worked this evening are rude and should be taught better customer service skills. The size of the wings were way smaller than usual and the over all service and ambiance was horrible.
