Representing the letter B for 2018 is the Buffalo Wild Wings in Gaithersburg, although I've been to this location multiple times over the years. I used my birthday deal for free wings once or twice here, including once on a date. It wasn't a first date, we had gone out a few times. Service is usually pretty good. Gotten the Tuesday BOGO wings or Thursday BOGO boneless wings special if it works out. There are a lot of TV's to watch football or whatever sport is going on. I really enjoy the bone-in more than the boneless. The wings aren't top notch, but pretty good. I used to get the BBQ & parmesan garlic, but in more recent years, I've mainly gotten the chipotle BBQ dry rub as it's less unhealthy. Both are tasty. I also got a beer special one day with a food in addition to my wings. The beer was like $3 for a late happy hour I think. At our pick up - all of the employees were high and smelled extremely bad of marijuana as did our food once we got home. I called the store manager Ricky and he said "I will investigate". They're not even trying here. You walk in to pick up a to-go order (that was scheduled for pickup now) and you wait. You wait. You wait. Staff members walk by, they look at you, they ignore you. No one asks you what you need until you finally get tired of standing there and you have to speak up to force someone to interact with you. Then, after they tell you "yeah, we're working on it" -- 15 minutes later you are handed cold, stale fries that were clearly made a long time ago, and you're shorted by HALF of the wings you paid for. I went to BWW in Gaithersburg for lunch because I had a craving for their wings. Unfortunately, I was not able to order. During lunch time they have a seat yourself policy. So as instructed I sat myself at one of the booths. I sat there for 15 min and no one came over to take my order nor was I greeted when I walked in. Two other couples arrived and sat themselves and within 5 min of them sitting down they were given menus and were able to order. Upon arriving to the store we were told the food wasn't ready yet and it would take another 8-12 minutes so we waited in the store. It took them 25+ minutes to finish and the food still suck. The fries were soggy and flavorless. The chicken strip was overly salty. Onion ring were decent while the burgers were trash. What we received that was meant to pass as our dinner from Buffalo wild wings is nothing short of concerning. These two stars are for the carrots and celery and for the fried pickles. The remainder of the meal left much to be desired and my family extremely hungry. We ordered two sets of the traditional wings in a 10 count, the fried pickles, a six piece boneless wing, and a kids meal with boneless wings with mandarin oranges and lemonade. All boneless wings were supposed to come with sauce on the side, and one set of traditional wings was also set to come with sauce on the side. The sauce on the side didn't happen, so we ended up receiving extremely dry, brittle and unflavored chicken with no seasoning whatsoever, not even salt or pepper. The worst part is the sauce that was supposed to come with at least one set of the traditional wings, which was jerk, and mango habanero, didn't come with the wings. Unfortunately, and annoyingly, we were out of barbecue sauce, so we got creative and made a sauce out of a blackened rub, honey, wine, oil, and ketchup. Special attention needs to be paid to the fries. We are confident that these fries were made and left to sit for at least three hours as they were completely unfresh, and not tasty in the least. The most maddening part is that we spent $80 on this meal. Eighty dollars that we're not going to get back in this economy and still had to supplement at home because of the inedible nature of much of the meal is absolutely maddening. I know there's not many BW3's remaining, but if you don't turn around the current state of this one, they'll be one less in the area for sure. Do better guys! read more

I was craving wings so I looked at what was around me and BWW was a interest. The reviews began to make me question my craving but I ended up going anyways. I arrived around 2:45 on a football Sunday. I came in the bar was pretty full so I took a high top table that was pretty secluded. Once I sat down there was a QR code on the table I tried to scan that said I can order with it but it did not work. About a minute later my server approached me with a warm greeting she asked if I wanted any drinks and I ordered which she quickly got put in the system and brought back to me. She took my appetizer and wing order I got the everything pretzel knots and hot bbq wings they were great came out pretty quick and fresh . What can I say they do make tasty chicken and ok fries, but that doesn't mean customers should wait an extra ten minutes for them to bring out the carrot sticks or a tiny cup of Slaw, or wait 20 minutes for a to go box after asking for one. The customers around us were all having the same complaints out loud in the bar area. Simple attention to details would change everything for the better, but this place doesn't seem to care.
