Feb 2026 BEWARE! The drink machine doesn't work and they're selling flat, no fuzz, hot soda. Their website doesn't reflect this, they won't comp nor refund for the drink, and they give you disgusting Dasani bottled water instead. The Operation manager and General manager did nothing. Their veggie sticks are consistently spoiled. WS just lost a customer. Bathroom was disgusting. Only one was working. Wings and celery were fine but was served rotting and spoiled carrots. I was passing through craving tenders and fries. This was the first spot I saw. 2 women and a man were working, they all greeted me when I walked in. All were attentive and working very efficiently. The tenders were the best I've had. Big, juicy, crispy. The fries were a fresh batch and very well seasoned. I'd recommend going to literally any other location or a different spot entirely. I placed the ordered online it said 20-25 minutes or so, I waited 30 to pick it up since I figured it's an evening so may be busier. I waited 15 minutes inside for it, again not a big deal. But the service was horrible. They weren't recalling names on the bags, so if you already missed your name, you wouldn't know. A woman came in to order, wasn't greeted (no one was). She waited 10 minutes and just wanted to order was two sides of ranch. The fries were so greasy and soggy and had a weird aftertaste. Absolutely tasted like the oil hasn't been changed in a very long time. Just don't even go here, you've been warned. Ok this is a rough one with a twist of saving grace. The place looks great as you approach and even as you wait for your order to be taken. But as you stand there and then eventually wait for your food to arrive you will notice that this place is filthy and quite possibly has to have some sort of health violations. Maybe it was the grime caked onto the tables or the sticky mess they have despite being "clean". Maybe it is the dead flies in the windowsill, the layers of dirt on the front counter or the absolute disgusting ceiling but there is definitely something not right here. Now the people were nice and the food was really hot. Like so hot I had to wait for it to cool for a good solid 20 minutes which is a guess good because that kills anything that got onto it from the state of the building. So there is the saving angle protecting me from getting diseases from just walking into this place. Lastly, this place does not accept cash unless it is exact change. Couldn't give them zero stars but here goes. I along with 15-20 more people today ordered online, or doordash to get wings. At 1200 I showed up to find the store closed, with no sign, or anything. I called the local number and got the message that "they were busy helping other customers" TO THE OWNER/MANAGER. Your business model is broken, taking orders online without producing the product is fraud and theft. If you can't get workers in there to make the wings, maybe you should come in a cook yourself or close down online ordering/ or just close shop up. I will be attending a Fort Meade counsel meeting soon and will recommend that this place with its shady business practices be looked into for addition to off limits list. Preordered for the Super Bowl party a week in advance only to show up early, be told that it that it will be 30 minutes late from the due time...then to come back 30 minutes after to be told that my order hasn't even been worked on and that it should be 40 more minutes. I also noticed that walk in orders were being processed as that came in therefore deprioritizing pre-orders. There's a few factors I consider when making a decision about a restaurant or establishment's rating... 1. Food-Did I like it? 2. Service-Was the staff friendly and helpful? Was my order correct? 3. The establishment/ambiance-Was it clean? Did I like the decor/vibe? 4. Value-Was it worth it? How were the prices? I got a medium wing combo with fries and a coke. I chose the lemon pepper wings, all flats with blue cheese. The wings were ok. I prefer a wet honey lemon pepper but that was not an option. The french fries were really good I'm assuming because of the seasoning they use. The coke was a fountain drink and tasted weird. The blue cheese somehow was the worst I'd ever had and tasted like no other blue cheese dressing I'd had in my life. They do however, provide a pretty good size dipping sauce for your wings and I appreciate that. I did not have to buy an extra dipping sauce like I usually do. The staff was very friendly and when I walked in, I was greeted within a few seconds. Great job there! The restaurant was not very clean. As I was getting my fountain drink from the machine, I noticed how it was in need of a good cleaning. The counter where I had to get my cup top and straw was also dirty and I almost didn't want to touch anything and considered not even getting a cup top. Something had spilled on the tops but I found one that didn't appear to have anything on it. The straw dispenser was also in need of a good wipe down. I used the restroom while I was there and that too was dirty and out of toilet paper. The prices were pretty good compared to other places so no complaints there. I paid $13.98 for a medium 8 piece wings combo, all flats with French fries and a 20 oz fountain drink. I just checked the prices of another Wingstop location that's nearby and it somehow cost less at this location for the same items by almost $1 not including tax so prices vary by location. Overall, this was my first experience with Wingstop and might be my last. While the French fries and staff were great, it's not enough for me to return especially given the poor standard of cleanliness of this location. I'll just stick to my usual wing spot that's considered to be the best in America. Lol read more

I ordered some wings and fries to-go last month, and when I had to wait additional 18 minutes for my order to be ready. I had a hunch that I should double-check my order, and my fries came out cold. So I asked one of the staff members if they could make a new set of fries. I live up the street from this WINGSTOP, but never tried it due to the bad Yelp reviews. I trust Yelp with my life. I should have kept trusting.... I went on a rainy night after craving wings while 7 months pregnant. While I was waiting for my food, I saw a worker in the back taking wings out of a big white bucket with blood pooling on the bottom of the bucket. The MOST appealing part of this was that the worker (Caucasian guys with curly hair and hat) was picking the wings out the bucket and putting them in the fryer with BARE HANDS!! literally scooping the wings out with no gloves or anything, just bare hands. How is this okay or sanitary?!? It was disgusting to watch. Digging in the bucket almost elbow deep scooping chicken wings with bare hands. I was immediately disgusted. I canceled my order and requested a refund. I will never patronize this establishment again. Not to mention, store was disgusting. The front lobby was dirty with sticky grease all over the floor. Stay away from this location. It's the worse one I e ever experienced. The floors were greasy and slippery enough to side across, the tables were all sticky, the restrooms needed a lot of attention, and one of the employees (extremely tall guy)was eating carrots while walking back and forth between cooking and the counter and in from of customers that were trying to order. When one lady asked them to please clean the restroom the employee walked away and said ok (carrot eating guy). They didn't clean them. It was so nasty I felt dirty after being in there. This was my first and probably last time ordering from this Wingstop location. I ordered the All-In Bundle that includes 16 boneless wings, 6 tenders, and large fry. The issue I had was that they didn't put enough sauce on the tenders, which made it not as tasty. It needs more sauce! I got half lemon pepper and half mango habanero, as you can see in my picture - it's little to nothing on there. I love lemon pepper so why!!! The boneless wings and fries were hot and good so +1. We came here last night for a very late night dinner. We got the all in one family box which came with 16 boneless wings, 6 tenders and a large fry all for $19.99 (which is a steal in my opinion). I got 8 hot lemon, 8 honey bbq, 3 cajun bbq tenders and 3 plain tenders with voodoo fries. The hot lemon sauce was good, very lemony but like basic buffalo sauce. The bbq sauce was extremely thick and sweet but good, the cajun bbq on the other hand was very spice heavy but it didn't blend very well. The sauces mostly covered the chicken but it was a little skimpy. The main and pretty much only problem I had was the actual chicken used to make the boneless wings...I had multiple come up with some kind of hard cartilage in the center of it which forced me to throw those pieces out. The voodoo fries were yummy, probably my favorite part of the meal but I wish the toppings were throughout the whole thing. The menu didn't have any prices on it and for 10 wings, large fries, and a drink, $20 seems crazy expensive (but my one star review does not have to do with the price). I entered the restaurant at 5:14pm and although no one else was in line or in the restaurant, I finally ordered my food at 5:25pm. I waited in their dirty dining area where it was clear no one had cleaned the area. I finally got my food at 6:08pm and when I opened up my food in the car, my wings and fries were cold?? I absolutely do NOT recommend this Wingstop!!! On September 29th I placed an online order, when I got home I was missing half of my order. I tried to call them... no answer. I drive back to the store and they pull out my order that has been sitting on a shelf for 45 minutes and said " we are sorry we forgot to give you this". I requested them to redo my order because my order has been sitting for almost an hour, the manager says it will take another 40-45 minutes to get your order bc we are busy, but we can give you a refund. I opt for the refund and he says, "I can't process it, I will take a picture of your receipt and the owner will refund you next week. Hmmm.... 3 weeks later, no refund. Each week I have stopped in and spoke with a different manager and each one claims they are going to assist. Still no refund!! I write a complaint to the Wingstop HQ and they sent me a $5 virtual gift card with no resolution . My order was $69!!!! I was really craving wings so I decided to give this spot another chance even though each time I go, I am disappointed. Yet again they did not fail to disappoint. My husband and I ordered a combo meal order and repeated it back twice when we went to pick up the food it was wrong. Unfortunately my husband did not notice until he returned home. He went back and asked them to remake the food that was missing. And before leaving he checked the bag again just to see that some food was still missing.
