My family and I have purchased food from this location quite a few times, but never again. On…read moreDecember 21, my wife spent $32.89 on an order that had been cooked in old or dirty grease, which made all of the food be very nasty as being burnt and distasteful. We didn't eat it and immediately called the store. The person we talked to promised to replace the order free of charge whenever we came in again, but the name he gave us later proved to be false. On January 4, we called them to place another order and told the person who answered about the previous order and promise to replace it. Only to then be so totally dismissed by a very rude person who told us they would not honor nor replace the food free of charge. After speaking to two other employees they all told us there was't any person with that name who worked there and also after we told them we would not accept their rudeness and also would not support their business again, their response was they really didn't care one way or the other if we never made any additional purchase. They also made it perfectly clear that good customer service was not of any concern for them. So I'll now continually use each of my social media platforms, to remind others of their rudeness and disrespectful treatment towards their customers.

Crimson Coward (2nd Visit)…read more Came back for a second visit to Crimson Coward and it definitely confirmed why I wanted to give it another try. Food: This time I kept it simple but strategic. I ordered the smash burger combo (only $4.99 to upgrade--great deal), which came with fries and a drink. The burger was stacked with onion, American cheese, pickles, and their signature crimson sauce on a soft brioche bun. Everything worked together--juicy, flavorful, and not overly greasy. I also tried the Quarter Coward (an off-menu item priced at $5.49), got it mild with honey sauce. The chicken was cooked perfectly--tender inside with a nice crisp on the outside. The honey added just enough sweetness to balance the mild heat without overpowering it. Definitely a hidden gem on the menu. Atmosphere: The space is bright, clean, and inviting. I especially liked the open kitchen concept--it gives transparency and lets you see everything being made fresh. Plenty of tables available if you're dining in. Customer Service: You're greeted when you walk in, which I always appreciate. Ordering is primarily done through kiosks, so interaction is minimal unless you need assistance--but the setup is smooth and efficient. Wait Time: Everything is cooked to order, which I don't mind. I placed my order at 3:16 PM and had my food by 3:30 PM, so about a 14-minute wait--pretty reasonable for fresh food. Overall: Solid second experience. Good quality, fair pricing, and consistent execution. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu--especially those off-menu finds

Really, it's the Best fried chicken!…read more For years, Chick n Friends has been our go-to for tender juicy lightly-coated fried catfish. Well, i have been missing out! A friend was in town, hungry for fried chicken, and I remembered that this place pressure-fries their chicken. We gave it a try, and oh my it is good! The large pieces of chicken stays juicy, sealed in a not-too-thick well-seasoned coating, and it was still piping-hot and crispy when we got it home from their takeout. They do this better than the big-name fast-food places! We also had a generous serving of crisp hot potato wedges, some fresh-tasting creamy cole slaw, and their always delicious savory collards. I think the thighs were around $3 each, and they were big and flavorful and well-worth it! Simply the best I've had!

The chicken is pressure fried; a cooking method by which chicken is fried in hot oil while sealed in a pressure fryer, creating a pressurized environment that leads to a crispy skin and juicy, tender meat. The chicken is virtually fried to perfection here. My chicken was also seasoned well. And not only is the chicken is fried well, but also the seafood. The ownership touts use of the highest quality ingredients for their chicken and fish which is believable. It seems all of the food is fried to-order, however, the wait can be discouraging especially on busy days. The customer service is good. Overall a good experience and I will visit again.

There was like a tangy sauce on the tuna which took away from the flavor of the fish and for $22 I was expecting something a bit more. Otherwise, Jailbreak is always a solid choice for drinks and grub. They usually have reservations and larger parties, but it's a pretty open/communal space, so there aren't typically issues with seating. All in all, a great spot for many occasions.

I am not much of a beer drinker so was happy to see they had some cocktail options. I ordered the Blackberry mule. It was just the right amount of sweetness in my opinion. My friend got a flight- their favorite was the Udder Chocolate with Boats and Hose as the runner up. I wasn't originally planning to get food but could not help myself when I saw they had a Chicago style hotdog. It was tasty despite being a bit of a mess to eat with the topping piled high. It comes with a side of kettle cooked chips that somehow managed to be just as good, maybe even better than the hot dog. The bartenders were pleasant and efficient with checking in on us and clearing plates as needed.
