Tonight I ordered them "extra wet" and they were still dry. No sauce in the bottom of the container or anything. Dry! The fries are fantastic when you get them fresh. Tonight I waited 20 minutes and the fries were still room temp. So aggravating. They offer root beer online as a fountain drink, but there's not any in the fountain. The cashier tried to charge me an extra $1.29 because the root beer was in a bottle. Um, nope! I paid online and I wasn't paying anything extra. She truly didn't want to give me our sodas until the guy who ordered before me spoke up and said, "Not having root beer in the fountain isn't her problem." If you're looking for scraggly, withered looking wings that are small, barely sauced and dry, this is your place. We also ordered a large fry, and the container was not even close to being full. My first thought writing this is: what? When we got to Wingstop there was already a few people sitting down and waiting for their order. We ordered for a group of six, so we expected a wait, but nothing like this. I ordered the garlic parmesan and the cajun wings, and they took about 45-60 minutes to come out (with our entire order). Several within our party got missing parts of their orders, or their orders were dead wrong, but for the sake of not waiting any longer we left. Aside from this, they only had three workers (so I understand the wait time), one of which was highly unsanitary (taller, seemingly 20-something, light skinned) ; wiping his face without washing them and when he went to the bathroom while we were there, he didn't wash his hands. If I could leave zero stars I would. I attended an event at the basketball stadium on 2/27. Afterwards I was going to wing stop to grab a quick bite. Someone noticed a worker drop food on the floor and then drop it back in the fryer!! That was beyond gross. I had 4 different style of wings, a chicken sandwich, and cheese fries; it really hit the spot as I was craving wings, but was also decently priced. I hadn't had the chicken sandwich before, but I would highly recommend it and adding a wing sauce/seasoning to it, I did the garlic parm dry and it was great. I went there for lunch on 8/28/25 and noticed the employee behind the counter getting frustrated with a customer with a hearing disability. She was trying to place an order when the employee said "Enough, GET OUT!" I told him "Sir, she's clearly deaf." He proceeded to walk around the counter, opened their door to kick her out. I think the last and only other time I've had Wingstop was in California a few years ago, I remember how good my lemon pepper flavor was on the wings and that it had an oil base and wasn't just the seasoning which made it a perfect balance. I placed an order online for the new Wingstop location that opened downtown and ordered all flats fried hard...I chose the classic lemon pepper since that was my norm and got the other half garlic parm. When I arrived at the small walk up restaurant there was one cashier and about 10 people waiting on orders or to order. At the moment I thought to myself thank God I placed my order online. Get home and the first flavor I go for is the garlic parm since I've never had those...they lacked so much flavor and the wings were not fried hard AT ALL. The lemon pepper were a big disappointment it seemed like they were just tossed in oil with no lemon pepper seasoning ‍. I added my own lemon pepper seasoning since I only tasted oil on the chicken. The ranch was the star of the show...homemade, cold, and flavorful! Literally, the worst service I have ever received at a wing stop. I wish 0 stars was an option. I placed a walk in order and while I waited, the store messed up at least 4 orders and gave out like 60 free wings to make up for it to the customers and lucky bystanders. For my order, I originally ordered a 10 piece half garlic Parmesan & half Buffalo mild. When I got the order the garlic Parmesan wings had no Parmesan on them. The guy taking orders went in the back and yelled "y'all made the garlic Parmesan wings and forgot the Parmesan!" So they re-tossed in lemon pepper by my request. So I'm thinking, okay it's cool, at least the wings will be good when I get home. I get home and I have nine drums and ONE flat. I'm shitty b/c flats are legit my favorite.
