First, I have to say, I do like Zaxby's food. And the servers always seem nice enough. I don't have a complaint there. The thing I have a problem with is, (at least at this location) they can't get an order right to save their lives. It's like they're being trained to not get orders right. In the past I've gotten home and had to drive right back because of missing things. But the thing that's certain as the rising and setting of the sun is, they will forget the sauce. So we pulled in to try the new chicken tacos. This isn't a knock on the employees that actually do all the work . They have no chicken tacos none nada . Unprofessional staff. They give away food to their friends and associates that they know here. I sat rite there in line and heard the lady come up to her after she walked around the lobby "girl I been calling you to see if you at work so I can get a plate" The heavy elder black lady in the back with a low hair cut giving away plates to a guy who may be her son or boy fiend. But he was their prior to her getting there to do some work. I get here order an funnel cake wit extra powder sugar. I was denied on that. The lady wit the broken arm said she can't do that. I politely tell her it can be done. You can ring me up for an extra ranch and put powder sugar in place of it. She tells me there's a certain amount they are suppose to use. I then tells her I use to manage one of the locations in Texas. So I know you can do what I'm asking. She still refused it and I informed her, if I was the manager here, all of you would be gone, terminated rite here on the spot. For giving away food. Poor job performance, violation of health codes wit the flys in the lobby due to poor house keeping and no hair nets on. I really tried to give this place a chance after reading the negative reviews. I'm leaving this location with no food after waiting in line for 25 minutes. There were only two people working (severely understaffed) I rode around the drive through first to which a worker informed me that it was closed so I went inside instead. After about 15 minutes of waiting I'd seen 6 people (I counted) leave the line to go eat somewhere else. I don't blame the workers. Found the chicken and fries to be mediocre, not bad but nothing to write home about. I'd say other traditional fast food chicken spots have better and are cheaper. The salad was pretty much what you'd expect from fast food -- bed of watery romaine and some cheese, bacon, and croutons. We ordered at the drive thru and the customer service was not very friendly. We also ordered and paid for extra sauces and didn't get them. We weren't expecting much as it is just a fast food joint, but we won't be coming back. read more

Me and my wife used to love getting salads from here as a quick and easy dinner on the way home from work. We will no longer be stopping in here as we were deliberately and excessively skimped on our portions tonight. What can you say about this place? Food quality & flavor are consistent. It was kind of slow the tables weren't in tip top shape lots of crumbs. Service was quick, the food was hot & fresh though. The ketchup was old and super vinegary. The boneless Buffalo wings had no sauce on them and the fries were cold.

Service is always friendly! I always come here for a big Zak snack meal and I make sure to add extra seasoning on my fries. Love it! The toast is a hit as well. My favorite drink is the sweet tea but they do offer a plethora of flavored drinks & sodas at their drink machine indoors. In terms of customer service, they were definitely a five. Everyone made a point to greet us as we walked in and ask if ensuring was okay during our visit. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and it had a good flavor but could have been trimmed a little better as I got an attached piece of fat. No biggie, I just trimmed it myself. When I got a response it was "I did say Welcome to Zaxbys" in a very rude manner. I gave my order and went to the window. She rolled her eyes at me and said you backed the line up. Every single store I go to now has awful tenders. My family and I frequent your locations. We spent anywhere is from $30-$50 every time. I live in Sherwood Arkansas there's a store around the corner. I will not go back to that location because of the inconsistency of your tenders. Tender should never be extremely brown and hard. Last night I went to your Jacksonville Arkansas location hoping I would get better quality food. Granted it was like 15 minutes before they closed and the manager said that everything would have to be cooked to order and I would need to wait for 15 minutes. I was happy to wait because that meant my food would be fresh. But no way it was awful the only thing fresh was the traditional wings. The tenders were very brown and hard they were hot but they re-dipped them in grease... the fries were soggy and cold.
