Horrible customer service experience at this location. Tonight I came in ordered wings-son ordered loaded fries. Received order noticed it lacked loaded fries but I am in route to Austin. Call store Stephanie who claimed to be GM says I found your order $ 53.76. Greet I didn't get sons loaded fries. She says nor did you pay for them. You were charged for large fries. Didn't order an additional large fry you charged me for something I didn't order. Unless you bring them back - there's nothing I can do. So she charged me for something I did not order then expects me to carry it around with me until I can make it back to her store. She assumed no responsibility. Will not return. Suggest that if that's how she treats customer no one should either!! read more

The staff are rude and never keep kitchen clean. I have seen cockroches around the soda fountain and sticky floors.

If i could give it 0 stars i would. Please stay away! Halfway through our meals my husband and i found hairs! Him in his wings and me in my fries. Literally fried into the fries. We had placed an online order and picked up at 714 pm. So we didn't start to attempt to eat our food till like 830. Halfway through we found that, so we took pics. We were upset and didn't bother on calling till the next day since it was late and our 1 year old was sleeping. So we call the next day and they tell us that they can't the pics as proof and i explained we through away the food but that's why we took pics. They once again said sorry but we need the actual food. Then the district manager calls us not even five minutes later and tells us they called him and told him what happened. He literally told my husband that a lot of people try to scam them around the holidays. Now to us we took it as calling us scammers. He told us to send him the pics and see where we could go from there. I didn't call asking for food or refund they just assumed. I called to place a complaint. I love Wing Stop. This location is a stain on the brand. I ordered a 5 piece boneless strips combo to go. My cashier up-sold me on the new Cajun rub sauce which looked great in the picture. I waited nearly 30 minutes for my wings. One of the employees gave me attitude and a ghetto stare when I asked about my food. I'd had a pretty bad day already and I was pretty fed-up at this point. When I finally got my food, the chicken looked nothing like the picture (I'm not convinced I got the new Cajun sauce because I had never tasted it before) and my fries were cold and soft. As a final flourish, the cashier wore so much scented hand lotion that I could smell it on everything she touched including my drink. It would take a lot to get me to go back. read more

For some reason this location is 50/50 for me. Every other time I ToGo here I have to gamble on the quality of the wings I take home, some times great and sometimes crap. Eating in is always better here. read more

I like the wings, ordered the mild and Louisiana flavors. I've had it a few times and never had any issues. Best way is just to go to their website and place your order online and pick it up. Pretty fast and you won't have to sit and wait inside unless you choose to dine in. read more

Coming from Hawaii- these wings reminded me what good food in the mainland is!!! The wings were fried crispy just the way I like them. The lemon pepper wings were the best! The original sauce hot wings were good as well. Customer service was good for us. Only gave four stars because the garlic Parmesan wings did not have a lot of flavor as other franchises I have tasted them at..... But I would still go back and eat there. read more

not sure why they have boneless wings on their menu. its very obvious they have no concern in making them good. i say that because what i was served for boneless wings should not have ever been served. very small almost like popcorn chicken from KFC, actually KFC's popcorn chicken is better than what i was served at wingstop. also very dry and mostly all breading. not good at all. i will however say, i have eaten the regular bone in wings a few times and they are always great. just need to stop serving the boneless. the manager at wingstop should go to temple and try the boneless wings at pizza wings and things, thats how boneless wings should be. I love the wingstop in Killeen. They are always so accommodating. I have a difficult order but I never catch any flake from them when placing it. The manager makes a point to make sure to check if everything is okay when I eat there. Miss this place when I'm ordering the same order in SA you can tell the difference even over the phone. read more

This Wing Stop has the worst customer service I have ever seen. My wife & I were in the store on Friday night watching the store manager stand over this family's table arguing loudly with a customer. It was so disturbing to watch, that not only did it disrupt our Friday night meal, but he made a scene so badly that everyone in the store stopped eating and was just staring. I felt like calling the cops for the family who was trying to enjoy their time together. Finally, after the lady asked the manager for the 5th or 6th time to leave them alone, he finally walked away. We got up and left. I don't know why they didn't ask for their money back and leave too. I will never return to this Wing Stop again.
