I wouldn't even come back here if there were any other good wing places within 10 minutes of my house. Calling in to order take out and the person answering the phone is 7 out of 10 times extremely unprofessional. Sometimes they straight up don't even answer the phone, or have an hour and a half wait time that I end up just driving to Wild Wing in Powell( 20 minutes away) because they'll get my wings faster. Tonight, I called ahead to get wings to go and the lady hung up on me in the middle of asking how long it would take to pick up. Tried to call back but the phone just rang for about 5 minutes straight. Waited 45 mins because sometimes it takes that long especially on a football game night, and they never made our food. This was our first visit ever to any Wingstop. We waited longer for our Togo order than expected(per our app order it said 16-21 mins). Took us just 15 to drive there and we probably waited another 15, at least. The staff was very friendly but seemed to be lacking some hustle. We got our order and was really good! The flavors were fabulous. We got the big group pack which was 50 boneless, 2 large fries, 2 veggies sides and was supposed to come with 4 dipping sauces. We got everything except for the dipping sauces. We ordered 3 ranch and blue cheese and came home with a blue cheese, for 50 boneless wings. We almost purchased a side of 5 boneless as well. So 1 dipping sauce for 55 wings .. kinda stinky. I was looking forward to trying their house made ranch. I purchased a sweet tea which was more like unsweetened. I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews... but the service at this place was so so bad. My boyfriend and I and one of our couple friends ordered one of the crew packs. We submitted our order online, got a confirmation email at 6:48pm saying our order would be ready by 7:12pm. We didn't get our food until 8:40 I understand that places get busy on Saturday nights and if they would've given us an accurate pickup time I probably wouldn't be so upset but being almost two hours late preparing enough wings for four people is unacceptable in my opinion.. I've eaten here several times, take out several times as well. Since this store has opened it seems to undergone a few iterations in management. Some good, some bad. On this visit i was suprised to see new staff and management. Gone was the obnoxiously loud music, replaced by sports on tv. More staff was in hand and the manager was discussing work with the staff. A friend of mine has been raving about Wingstop for over a year now, so I figured it was time to check it out. I got the lemon pepper boneless wings with fries and a drink. To say that it was a revelation is an understatement. The fries are indeed deserving of their nickname "crack fries" - the lightly sprinkled sugar over them makes these fries absolutely irresistible. The blue cheese dressing is the best I've ever had anywhere. No joke. Everything is made to order, so the wings and fries come out piping hot. Tip: call in your order ahead of time so that you don't have to wait once you arrive. I can say that after my first experience at Wingstop I am definitely a fan and can't wait to return. read more

"Great ambiance, okay wings" If you're looking for a NEW wing place to try WingStop is worth the visit. I rolled into the newly opened WingStop on North Broadway this week for dinner. There were a few other tables occupied and we were able to order right away. The selection is not extraordinary, eluding to the fact that of the 12 flavors of wings they do have, they must do them write. Price was about what you'd expect at a wing place: around $11 for a decent sized meal of around 10 wings and a side. The flavors of wings the server are: Atomic, Mango Habanero, Cajun, Original Hot, Louisiana Rub, Mild, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Smoke9, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian, Teriyaki, Plain I opted for the Original Hot, Teriyaki, and Garlic Parmesan and some fries. The chicken wings themselves were cooked to near perfection, my dismay lies with the flavors themselves: The Original Hot is the staple of ALL wing places and as much the ultimate litmus test on which they should be graded. I was somewhat disappointed with WingStop's Hot as the sauce was more vinegary and could have been thicker (I may be splitting hairs here, but the Hot sauce recipe should be near perfect before you open a wing store). Speaking of not getting the quantities of ingredients right: the Garlic Parmesan was essentially plain wings doused heavily in Parmesan (too much Parm and not enough Garlic)The Teriyaki, thankfully, was done quite well and salvaged the disdain for the other flavors. A few other quick observations: The wait time was slightly more than average of what you'd expect; The service crew at the time seemed very friendly and enjoyed working there; the environment and decorating motif is really cool, I thought; I would go there again to try the other flavors. read more

I went here for lunch and simply put, it was great! Some of the best wings since I remember the original Wings and Things in Orlando back in the day. I got 10 original hot and 5 with their Louisiana dry rub. The dry rub was a little salty for my taste but it was still the bomb! They told me they could do light spice to knock down the saltiness or even on the side so I'll go with light on my next visit. This Wingstop USED to be my absolute favorite place to eat. The managers even know me by name and they even know my order pretty much, garlic Parmesan ALL FLATS! When I came out of chipotle I see a hit and run accident on the street out front. I go to help get the elderly man's bumper out of the middle of the street and take it to the parking lot, check that he is ok, wait for ambulance. THEN go to Wingstop to get my food. It was just getting bagged up so definitely longer than 16-21 min as you see. I pay, go to the car and check my food and it's not all flats as I requested and paid extra for. I go back inside and tell them that I do not have time to wait for my food to be remade and ask to get the $2 back that I paid extra. The girl at the register was nice but had to ask. She asks one of the guys bagging the food and he says "it's only $1." Honestly it's not about the money it's the simple point that I paid extra for nothing. I said "no sir, it was $2" he said again "no it's only $1" so I hand him my receipt which clearly states $2 and tell him "here's the receipt and the app says $2" he looks to be sure and says "oh" hands me $2 and walks away.
