Wingstop in la Habra has the worst customer services and Charleen and Ada are rude, they go off on customers if they complain about their wings cause the workers do mess up on the orders. But the worse of all they grab the chicken with their hands they dont use gloves and another thing they make few more wings and leave it on the side and give it to the customer so really not all of the wings is fresh. And the vegetables they label with new dates cause the vegetables already have expired and they dont throw away the old vege. read more

If you're looking for Halal WingStop wings, this is the place. Clean and nice establishment but the reason for three stars is the pricing. They charge quite alot compared to other halal restaraunts in the area for their own halal wings, which many people dont like. This place is amazing. I've been to other locations but this one is the best The owner Dave is the nicest guy. He was helpful and really sweet. He made us want to come back. Everybody who works there is really nice but by far the greatest employee is Craig. He's personable and really funny. He keeps us coming back. He remembers us by name, what we order and the people we've brought there with us. I've eaten wings in some of the best places and this place is the best. Everything is good. They have several different flavors and every flavor I've tried is good. You have to try garlic parmesan and original hot. The ranch dressing is really creamy and a little sweet. Never been at wingstop before. We ordered the combo meal. Our soda was flat. I gave it back to the manager who happened to be the owner. I guess they were out of CO2 and couldn't really give me a soda. But he felt so bad that he offered me beer and all kinds of other drinks. I've been to this location a few times. Usually it's pretty quick. On this occasion I waited 40 minutes for a walk in eat here order. Aren't eat in restaurant costumers supposed to be seen with some sense of priority? All while I waited I noticed they did change their wait time for phone pick up orders holding steady at 20 minutes. Numerous people came in and picked up orders while I sat and waited. Adding insult to injury the family that ordered before me got their food at least 20 minutes before I did and furthermore another couple came in as walk ins ordered and got their food within a 15 minute time frame. On our way home from LA we ordered our food and upon arriving to pick up our order, which was suppose to be ready between 15-20 minutes; the food had not even begun to be prepared. So, not wanting to drive out to our favorite Wingstop ( thinking that it's all the same) we opted for our 10 wings, 10 thighs and a large fry to be prepared and the cashier was nice enough to offer a free drink. We don't drink soda but we didn't want to hurt her feelings. She was so apologetic and nice. So we get the food home. A disaster. It was all in a pool of oil and had no flavor. The fries were dusted with sugar instead of Cajun seasoning and because this is the Wingstop at Puente Hills on Colima, we did not want to take the drive back from La Habra Heights. Lesson learned. The Wingstop in La Habra by Harbor Blvd is the best. Crispy and juicy and very flavorful. We've tried others but this one seems to be the worst. Save your money for another venue. read more

Our first time for take out from a wing stop and this LaHabra location really delivered. We had 3 people in front of us and our orders were all filled fast and with efficient staff. Trisha took our order and helped us with the flavor selection. Alot of choices to choose from. We had the lemon pepper, Hawaiian and garlic parmesan fries and all were excellent. I can't complain about the food! But after several bad customer service I will no longer be ordering from this particular wing stop. It happened more than once the first time I brushed it off thinking maybe they are having a rough night although the restaurant was fairly empty until it happened again and said well maybe it's just that particular staff member now the third time I know it's not about bad days it's about poor work ethic and attitude! So disappointing! I had ordered my order via phone and wasn't greeted by the staff which I don't care much for so I decided to wait at the bench after several minutes I finally got up and called for a staff member which were two in the kitchen I said I had an order and asked for my name and said it was ready and handed it to me very annoyed he read the ticket on the bag and my order was correct so I didn't care to check inside every box! After I said thank you and the staff member walked away with no interest. I get home only to find out I'm missing two items from my order I try to get ahold of the restaurant via phone again no answer I attempt at least 5x by this point I'm so unhappy and annoyed I have to drive all the way back!! So I drive back and again I'm not greeted and I was not going to wait again so I called a staff over the same staff which handed me my order only for him to say "sorry I had another staff on lunch" I understand but that doesn't mean you can't get an order right I still sat there for 20 min waiting for them to notice us! Mind you his attitude was just not friendly so I tell him I'm not looking for you to give me anything free I paid for it clearly on my receipt and then proceeded to tell me I'd have to wait a few minutes for fresh wings.
