I've come here a few times and I just came in for an order to go. I don't know if they let their wings sit on a rack or set them aside to let the grease drip off after they come out of the fryer but I ended up with 2/3 of my to go order swimming in a pool of oil. This is the first time this has happened but I definitely am a little concerned because I don't exactly want to eat the wings I bought now. I'm a little grossed out and by the time I got home the wings on the bottom were no longer crispy like they usually are. He is such an amazing boy the way he acts and speaks says a lot of good things about his personality. I was very lucky for meeting this kid, my girls obviously were happy to interact with him. We were the only customers (it was early in morning) and after waiting forty minutes for fries we finally asked where they were and were told the order never got put in. Great location, my online order is always ready when it's supposed to be, and never any hiccups. 10 piece meal plus an extra 5pc is my go to for my hubs and I. Fries are perfect every time, and so are the garlic Parmesan wings. My only qualm with this location is BBQ wings are way too drenched and is it just me...but original hot has been WAYYY too salty, to the point of it being inedible. The wings from this Wingstop place are booomb! Way better than other places. I truly appreciate how Paul Ramirez took the time to help me out and giving me advice on which flavors to get. He was very attentive and friendly. At first I didn't think I would like the new Serrano Pepper wings but once he told me to try them with bone-IN I loved how it tasted. I also ordered Lemon Pepper bone-in wings too and they were delicious that way. Before I always ordered boneless when I would go to Wingstop but this Wingstop and the employee Paul Ramirez changed my perspective on having bone-in wings instead. I enjoyed them even more. Worst experience ever. I wish I could give zero stars. We had a preorder pickup for fifty wings for our Super Bowl party yesterday, but we ended up wingless. We placed our order online on Thursday to be picked up yesterday (Sunday) at 3:30pm. We checked in at the counter a little early at 3:15 because we expected a crowd, it was super bowl Sunday after all, but we did not expect the insanity and poor customer service we received. We waited for our order until 4:00, but we could not wait any longer and they could/would not tell us how much longer it would be or how many other orders were ahead of ours, so we decided to ask for a refund and leave. What's the point of ordering ahead if you're still going to wait longer than 45 minutes? Oh and don't even get me started on how there were people who showed up AFTER us with the same pick up time and they received their orders while we waited and waited. They were completely unorganized, unprofessional, and unapologetic. Thanks for wasting our time Wingstop. Edited to add- if any of the employees had apologized, offered to call us when the order was ready, and given us a discount for the inconvenience, we would have gladly taken them up on it. This is the worse Wingstop I've been to and I eat Wingstop often! Every time I come in the cashiers are rude and too busy socializing. Also the tables are ALWAYS dirty. I don't think they wipe them down at all. I've complained several times and still nothing happens. Today I ordered my food online and got there and still waited 30 minutes for them just to leave my food sitting as if I had not paid already. There was literally 3 people in the store so they didn't even check to see that I had been waiting there for a long time and figure that had to be my food. The so called manager Linda was on her cell the whole time so she wasn't even paying attention. I let it slide the last two times but today I am done.
