They where on there phones, other people were waiting to order and they continued to stay in the back and laugh, When we asked to talk to the manager the manager did not seem to care at all and didnt really help us. Have ordered from here several times. Wings take a while and are a bit small but that's not an issue. What is not good is the cashier taking phone off hook and leaving it. Then hanging it up without helping customer that's called in. Been in several times and witnessed their lack of giving a crap to other customers who have tried to call in orders. Even had comments made about said customers to us from cashiers. If I owned this store I'd be really unhappy with the amount of money these employees are allowing to slip away. * I called to order and was placed on hold. I sent him a picture of my confirmation and they said would ignore it this time but next time he wouldn't let it slide. He then gave my husband attitude. My fiancée ordered food for the both of us last night and the person in the front didn't look to see our bags. He handed us one without letting us know that we had about her bag coming. We left and got home and noticed we didn't have all of our food and we were missing quite a bit of it. He called the store and they told us that we had two bags and to come back, so we did. Once we got there we saw the same guy and asked for the rest of our order and he said it was still cooking. I noticed that there was an older order with our name, but no one came and Acknowledged us until another 20 minutes of waiting and a nice guy came up to us and asked about our order and got the bag that i noticed on the rack and remade all of our food. Our only issue, a minor one, was with the fries. They were a bit on the limp side but that could have been due to the 15 min drive to the house. Literally the longest wait time I've ever had for almost any fast food place. Took maybe longer than a sit in diner would. I only ordered a chicken sandwich combo and a 10pc boneless combo and after asking about the order twice for a status at least, I'm waiting long enough to grow a beard. I'm pretty much just fasting as I wait lol. It almost seemed like they forgot to even start it until I asked the first time. Too slow to make any sense as to why. Every customer including DoorDashers were all with facial expressions of patience depleting and confusion growing. I placed this order at 9:12pm yet it's 10:00pm and counting with no food yet. Where to begin. I originally started my order with a small voodoo fries. Somehow ended up paying for a large. I asked for the 60 cent boneless wings. Ended up paying for a combo and no discount on the wings. I ended up paying more for two things of ranch when I didn't ask for ranch. I was charged for drinks when I never asked for a drink.As you can tell by the box and after counting the boneless wings I found that the tiny boneless wings in the picture were counted as two wings in comparison to the other wings in the box. I ordered the classic 10 wing combo, veggie sticks with beverage @$13.36. First of all there were only 9 things (wings?) They were so small I thought they were from a cornish hen. I opted for 20 oz. of ice with unsweetened colored weak flavorless water labeled tea. I was a walk in, thought I'd give it a try and deem it an absolute waste of $13.36. Maybe these are the new chickens grown without feathers coming in frozen from China? The meat if you would call it that splintered into tooth-pick like dry shreds. Their sauce was red but hot it was NOT. The meal seemed to have been warmed up on a bad baby monitor. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Oh! and the blue cheese dressing dip was so thin and watery when I stuck some celery in it, it immediately drained back into the cup.
